This place is just so unbelievably relaxing, wow. I felt so much better as soon as I got in and sat down. There was also plenty of verbal reassurance from the proprietress to relax and take my time, to just have the appetizer and decide on the rest later .... I'd also never seen a place before that offered a full-sized serving of Pho broth! I ordered that. I had to try it. It was delicious and amazingly, still warm hours later when I was finally hungry (or maybe thirsty?) enough again to want it. Service here was good, and the appetizers the spring rolls ($6.25) and summer rolls ($6) were enjoyable. The issue was the pho. The broth was very bland, and the meat quality wasn't great (it even had an off smell). As of March 2026, it's priced at $15.50 per bowl with no size options, and the portion was quite small (more like a small at other places). Overall, it was disappointing. While eating, I even found myself questioning whether this was an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I hope they make some improvements. read more

Like many others, we have been experiencing issues in the very small portion sizes. We have ordered Bahn Mi sandwiches a couple times a month for years, but over the past year the meat portions continue to get smaller. We have started paying $5 for extra meat on the side, but they add it onto the sandwich so we can't see what we are actually paying for. When I showed them the sandwich at pickup today, I was told "this is what the boss says to do". At this point, it's no longer worth continuing to order here. read more

My husband and I both enjoyed our meals here the other day. The peanut sauce really made the spring rolls yummy. Our vermicelli dishes came out quickly, hot, and tasty. The iced coffee was creamy but you could still taste coffee which I appreciated. Cute small restaurant vibe in a strip of stores with plenty of parking. Nice convenient location. I've been here before and I was hoping this time would be a better experience but sadly I was disappointed again. Their fresh spring rolls are good- but it's the pho I have an issue with. I ordered take out and there was like an OUNCE of raw steak and maybe another ounce of brisket. So two ounces for $15 pho you're practically paying for noodles and broth only. A decent order of protein would at least have 3.5 to 4 ounces of meat... step it up please. While traveling, I found this restaurant and decided to try it based on reviews and the food looked fresh in the pictures. The expectations were met and exceeded. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. I liked that there was plenty of food but it wasn't overwhelming. Their food has become more consistent. The pho broth is very good and I like the fried cruller that you get when you eat in the restaurant.

For Lorton, this place isn't bad. I am not sure if this a Vietnamese owned restaurant. Pho was not typical of what I find at other Vietnamese owned restaurants around the area. Lotus Pho & Grill replaced Pho Cong Ly and the banner outside said it was under new management. We have both dine-in and take out experience. The staff appear to be more kind. The interior appears to be clean. You enter, and can sit anywhere that's open. You order at the counter and pay before the food is ordered. They will bring the food to you. We typically get the tai and tai chin. There was one time when we didn't get the sprouts in our takeout order. After we called, we were told they were out. I wish they gave extra hoisin and siracha sauce. When we do takeout, we typically microwave or reheat the broth and then put the noodles and meat in. Will definitely order again!! read more

I'm assuming this place is new. It's very clean and bright! Customer service is great! I got the V7 Bun with Eggrolls and Grilled beef. The dish came out so well plated! The egg rolls have that nice crunch to bite ratio. The Beef was very tender! I wasn't expecting that. The pickled veggies with rice noodles gives this dish a very fresh feeling. I like their food -- but they do a very poor job preparing deliveries. The portion size of the broth and add ins are inconsistent and they clearly don't QC the to go orders. I ordered a A1, P6 and viet iced coffee (delivered). The rolls were great, and huge. The dipping sauce was flavorful. The Iced coffee was on point, strong! The Pho was good, I got eye round. This spot is under new ownership and I am happy to say it is much improved. We have had take out twice and everything we have tried has been solid and very tasty. The interior is pretty and clean and the staff is very welcoming and nice. It's nice to now have some very good vietnamese in the neighborhood when we are tired of pizza. Ordered spring rolls and the P1 pho which is the pho with all the different kinds of meat. Both were lacking in flavor. The "peanut" sauce shouldn't even be called sauce it was so bland. I had to scoop out half the bowl with my roll to taste anything. The pho smelled nice which got my hopes up but when I tasted it, I was disappointed by the lack of flavor. I had to completely douse it with hoisin and sriracha to taste anything. It shouldn't be that way. The portion size in the pho was also really poor. I was able to grab the entire portion of noodles in the bowl with one scoop of the chopsticks. Unacceptable. The meat was okay but some cuts were definitely on the chewy side. They did not provide chili sauce ready to go on the table which is also unacceptable. Everyone else reviewing this place has no idea what they're talking about and they obviously haven't been to a real pho restaurant. Go to pho duong in Burke for some real pho. read more
