I had an unexpected need to stop for a Tesla Supercharger and I'm so pleased I found this place in walking distance to the charger. Tough to say why this place is not rated higher. It's new, fresh , well kept and clean. Pho overall and service is really good with excellent portions and quality ingredients. I just wish for broth with greater depth of flavor but still a great stop. Really nice find in Mo Val , bravo

Walked in and was greeted immediately, they young man helped me with ordering, his customer service was great, I took my order Togo. While waiting the aesthetics. And atmosphere was very pleasant and pretty, They had pictures for every thing so you could see what your food would look like. The dishes in the menu look great, and that initiated me to order more. I will be back.

15-minute wait on a Sunday afternoon for lunch here. Pho Ha #7 has several locations in So Cal and a regular stop anytime I am in the area. This was the first time I've eaten at this location. My family is obsessed with the beef stew pho here so seven out of the eight of us got that. I got the pick your own meat pho with rare steak, fatty brisket, tendon and tripe. We also got the egg rolls and pork spring rolls. Everything was good and hit the spot on a rainy day. This location is pretty big and fit a lot of tables. The turnover was also quick as the noodles come out pretty quickly. Service was overall lacking. Even though there were eight of us, they only brought out five glasses of water. We had to ask three different servers five times for three additional glasses. Also, my husband ordered the beef stew rice and they brought him a beef stew noodle which he just told he'll eat. The restaurant is in a strip mall so parking was easy.

Honestly pretty top tier! They updated their menu and boba with a wide selection. The Thai tea was authentic and strong and the sweetness was perfect. (If you like sweet) The beef pho was amazing how is. all I did was added a bit of the brown sweet sauce and I loved it. Service was fast !

My family and I used to come here regularly, and for a long time, this was one of our favorite spots. We kept coming back bc of the food and service; another was the cash reward program. If you paid cash, you received a stamp, and after 10 stamps, you earned a free dish. It felt like a genuine thank-you for customer loyalty. I personally have two full stamp cards. Unfortunately, after not being able to visit for about two years, I came back hoping to use the reward I earned, only to find out it was no longer being honored. What disappointed me most wasn't even the food--it was the lack of communication. No explanation, no conversation, just being told through an employee. That hurt, because loyalty should matter, especially to customers who supported your business consistently. Honoring those stamp cards wouldn't have been a loss. It would have been a gesture of integrity and appreciation. Instead, it felt like something special was taken away without regard for long-term customers. I truly hope this place reflects on how they treat loyal patrons. Good food brings people in, but trust and appreciation are what keep them coming back. You have a chance to make it up, contact me. I still have family local there.

I came here because I had 45 minutes before my 4:30 pm massage appointment at Foot Reflexology, so I thought I should eat something before my stomach starts growling like a hungry person lol. I like this restaurant, is nice, clean and the menu is extensive, they have a lot of food, even the presentation was fabulously beautiful. I looked through their menu, if I had more time, I would of ordered more items then just the beef ribs pho. I didn't want to have a full meal before my massage, just something simple but it was a full meal, so much meat and the beef ribs, the meat just slid right off the bone. I think this was the most expensive pho I ever ordered lol, I had beef ribs pho before but it wasn't like $20, more like $16-$18. The restaurant looked nice but is really dirty if you look really close. The walls, the condiments area and the napkins dispenser are filthy dirty, they need to deep clean the whole restaurant. But like most people, who cares if the place is filthy dirty, as long as the food tastes great, right ? lol I was picking through the bowl to see what kind of meat was in it, one big chunk of tendons ( big plus) 1 giant beef ribs ( big plus) lots of tripe ( big plus) , fatty brisket (big plus) flank (big plus) and the rare steak ( ok, not the best of meat, it was dry). I would order it again, the broth was just perfect, it was too heavy with the grease. And as I was enjoying my pho, I was looking at their many tv screens, some with menu and one was the giant pho challenge, is pretty cool that they have that. Is $67 for the bowl, if you finish it within the 90 minutes including the soup, the pho is free and you get $100 gift card, no restroom break and if you don't finish it in that time, you pay the $67. It looks like a fun challenge. Maybe if I'm in the area again, I'll give it a try, come hungry lol they need to get those plastic Asian soup spoons, the metal spoons are not fancy lol my bill was less the $20, I wonder if the young lady added tax to it ? I gave her $25, she gave me $5, and I tipped her $3 and the change. If you guys come here and try the challenge, please post it, I would love to see if you won. Good Luck

FIRST TIMER on Sunday 12/21/25 around 1pm. Came with family who raved about the food here. Upon entering, it was noticeably busy, very packed house. We waited no longer than 5 minutes to be seated. FOOD, was AMAZING. Their beef pho bowl (BIG BONE Xi QUACH BO #98) is humongous. Super bowl status. The broth was flavorful and the beef bone came with a fair amount of meat on it. In the soup there are beef meatballs. No noodles, but they do give you all the fixings thai basil leaves, bean sprouts, chiles, limes. Hoison and Chili are already on the table along with utensils. I ordered #39 COM BO LUC LAC which is a beef (marinated beef) dish served with grilled onions & bell peppers. Side of rice and vegetable salad. The beef is cut into bite pieces, it was very tender not hard to chew at all. The beef was marinated just how I like it, with a lot of flavor lol. It's like a teriyaki marinade. Aside from the beef my other favorite part of this dish was the vegetable salad. It was pickled radish atop pickled carrots, pickled cabbage, romaine lettuce and tomatoes, ALL PICKLED and sooo good. #50 NEM CUON, grilled vietmanese pork sausage spring rolls were ok. The grilled pork was a litle hard to chew and kind of bland. I couldn't really taste anything with this roll. THE PROBLEM...was the service. Albeit, it was a Sunday afternoon, but the vibe was totally not matching the quality of the food bc the food was frickin good! The food also came out in a timely manner for how busy it was btw. But the service was terrible. We kept having to ask for little things like our waters, for scissors, for bowls, for our other drinks like soda and the smoothies we ordered. We just kept having to ask bc they never brought it out to us. My Aunty waved down one waiter and he literally looked at her and walked towards the back ignoring her. I honestly lost count with how many times we asked different waiters/waitresses for things and it never came. Just not a very "welcoming" attitude amongst the servers here. I'm sure they were overstimulated with the busyness of that day bc that's what it felt like, but I hope they figure out a system that better suits their employees and customers. It almost felt like they were avoiding contact with the customers lol that's how bad it was my first time here. Obviously I will follow up and come back for a second visit. My family kept apologizing to me and saying "We swear it's never like this" and I hope they're right for my next go around. The food was amazing but the service hindered my first experience here.

DONT GET ANYTHING WITH CHICKEN! The chicken is so nasty I would not recommended 1000%. This is the nastiest restaurant ever I would not recommend. The service is buns they are disrespectful. Don't ever come to this place if you are taking a girl on a date. I took a girl here and she literally left me because of how nasty it was. They only gave me a small portion of it.

Came here for the first time! Tried it out with a large party on a Saturday night and while the food was yummy, it was perhaps too busy and one of my friends never got her food. Food 9/10 Broth was delicious and flavorful. Sometimes I find pho broth to be too much to finish, but I couldn't get enough of their broth. The meat was good, but the fat of it was kind of tough making it less tender. Not the best brisket meat I've had but overall delicious pho. Price was average for pho at around $15 per bowl. About a quarter of the group I went with wanted bahn mi, but unfortunately they were out of it when we went around 8pm. Service 6/10 I went with a group of 9 people. We got there around 7:30 and were seated around half an hour later. Most of group ordered #1, the pho, and it came out pretty quickly. My friend ordered #56, vermicelli noodles with pork. All the rest of our dishes had arrived and we reminded our waiter that we're still waiting for another dish, but it never came. Our server later gave my friend a different dish before we explained that it wasn't ours. They seemed s bit confused and took it away. Even explaining this, my friend never got her food and instead shared with me. We weren't charged for her dish so it almost seems like the order never went through? I'm confused, but my friend waited the whole meal for her dish that never came. I think the confusion was due to the place being so busy and so much happening. Other than that, service was fine. They were incredibly busy though with a long line of people ordering food to go. A good sign of a popular spot. Atmosphere/Aesthetic 8/10 The place was packed. Aesthetic is clean and trendy. Would come here again if I lived closer and perhaps at a less busy time.

Authentic Vietnamese pho. I've been eating at the Pho Ha restaurant chain for decades, starting with the San Bernardino location off Mill St. This location off Day st is as good as the others. Fast service. Decent prices. Freshly prepared dishes and rich broth in all the pho. I had the mixed stir fry on crispy egg noodles. I love this dish. Pork, chicken and shrimp stir fried with crisp veggies, poured over crispy egg noodles with a tasty gravy like sauce. Hits the spot.

The only critique my daughter had was the way the beef part of the beef fried rice was better in previous times. It was served whole rather than how it was before we ordered. She ate it just as well and I packed one of the whole beef pieces for lunch tomorrow. So, it is your preference on how you want the beef prepared so ask before you order if you want it whole pieces or smaller pieces. The ambience is good. Bright, cheery, cool in temperature. Our pho came quickly but we had to wait awhile for the basil/sprouts/jalapenos and lime, which were a skimpy. We waited so long we got up to ask if we were going to get any and they said yes, it's on it's way. All pho restaurants bring that plate out immediately after ordering. A heaping plate. Would have been nice if they told us this platter was on it's way. We were partially through our bowl when it arrived. I ordered my usual, Pho Tai. Most pho places serve the thinly sliced beef rare, over the hot broth and noodles. I would swish it in the broth and it's cooked. This place broth the beef fully cooked, not thinly (not shaved) sliced and the meat was of poor quality. Very tough. The broth was good but not much flavor. No check was presented, so we assumed we have to go up front to pay. That's when the server got up from a booth where she was relaxing to check us out. Again, hence the 10% tip.

The pho was the better of the two. I liked the vegan spiced beef meatballs but the airy and light fried tofu in the pho didn't feel texturally comparable to sliced beef in pho. I also didn't feel like there was enough protein in the bowl, since normally pho is packed with a variety of different meats. The flavor of the soup was nice and the amount of noodles was satisfactory as well. The banh mi was not so good. I liked the crinkle cut radish and carrots but that's about all. The sliced beef meatballs and the fried tofu again didn't really evoke the taste and texture of meat in a banh mi, and the protein was basically just a few thin non-overlapping slices per section of the sandwich. The worst offender-- the sandwich was dry. Vegan should mean vegan mayo, not no mayo at all. It was sooooo dry. I had to take it home and add my own mayo. I don't hate this restaurant, and I really appreciate the willingness to incorporate a vegan friendly menu. However, the pho and banh mi missed the mark for me. Secondly, it tasted really good. I ordered the vegetarian rice noodles. My only regret is that I didn't tell them I wanted the big flat noodles, so they defaulted to the skinny spaghetti-like ones. Now I know that even if they don't ask, tell them what I'd prefer anyway. Lastly, the portions are big enough to bring leftovers home which is a big deal for me since eating out can be expensive. If I'm paying that much, being able to get a second meal out of it is much appreciated. Parking wasn't an issue. I immediately found one right in front of the restaurant. As for the restaurant itself, it's modern and clean. Beware that if you end up sitting facing the windows like I did, I was blinded by the sun shining off a car window, so I had to scoot all the way inside the booth. It's because the door is made of glass and unlike the other windows it doesn't have signs to block glare. When I was about to leave, I told them there was no more toilet paper in the restroom and they went out of their way to stop what they were doing to get more for me. Apparently, the cabinet inside the restroom was empty, so one of the employees had to call another employee for help and they found more in another cabinet outside the restroom. I quite enjoyed my experience here and just writing this I'm already craving more of the food I had ordered.

I came here with my family and everyone loved their food and drinks (Thai Tea & Matcha Tea). Will definitely return when I'm in the area.

After taking my dogs to the doggy park nearby, I decided to grab some vietnamese food. The area is…read morenostalgic to me because I used live here but I dont remember eating here much. However, I recently read their reviews and laughed that they give straight peanut butter as a dipping sauce for their spring rolls. That is a big no-no. Anywho, I was going to do takeout and drive home to eat because I had my dogs with me, but after I ordered I saw there was a table outside so I decided to stay. I ordered their salmon special with garlic noodles, spring rolls, and a vietnamese coffee. Total was $33 and I was able to split the portions for lunch and dinner. When I entered I did not speak vietnamese and neither was the employee in the front aware I was viet. After I paid and didn't leave a tip, she said something in vietnamese about either giving me a smaller portion because I didn't leave a tip or just complaining about not receiving a tip. Once I got my food and said thank you in vietnamese, the employee in the front got real quiet. Lmao I sat outside with the fur babies and enjoyed my salmon. It was flavorful but noodles were kind of dry. The spring rolls came in 2. They add avocado, tofu, and jicima in addition to other ingredients. This isn't your traditional spring roll. I can also confirm that dipping sauce is straight peanut butter with not even enough water mixed in to make the texture smooth. Its like getting a cup of peanut butter that is watery on the top and dry and chunky from the middle down. A sauce like this will not be acceptable in the vietnamese community down in Bolsa. Haha! The coffee was also only okay, didn't finish it. I dont think I would drive out of my way to eat here.
