We always eat here after getting a body massage and this always hit the spot. The service is good, fast... food is super good, tasty and servings are appropriate in size. Best of all, price is reasonable! Whether it's pho or meals with rice (No. 40 is my favorite) , everything is reasonable! Seats and tables are ergonomic! It feels like home sweet home. I know they don't need a Yelp review but I thought I should give them kudos for being here :) At the end, we wanna take the "bog bone" to go and we were given a plastic to go bag. I said there used to be a container for that. Young man said it is "expensive" and for orders only. I told him this we did ordered this but need to do it to go. He gave us a foil container with no cover. This part is the disappointing part. I hope they have better ideas on how to pack food they post on the menu. Unbelievable. read more

we had a bad experience unfortunately and. i hate to put a bad review but that is how it went. we ordered some of their pho with sides of tripe and beef. on the beef we find a hair so we called the waiter replace it no problem right. then on the tripe we find more hair. the waiter tells us it's from the cow and it is impossible to pick it out. like if it's normal. i cook all the time and never have hair in my food. lol. sooo. eat at your own risk. the rest of the food was good but i will probably not be rushing back there soon read more

Great food and great service! The wonton dry noodles were delightful, they had so many veggies and wontons, and the sauce and broth it came with perfectly complemented it. The shrimp spring rolls were fresh and tasty. I would recommend this place! They also have a lot of parking and Tesla superchargers near by! read more

This place used to be our spot, we've been regular customers for a while however i don't know if there's a new management or what but we've had nothing but horrible experiences. To start off with the service, they have forgot about us on multiple occasions, they pretend they didn't seat us and take almost an hour to take our order. When the food does come out eventually if they messed up or didn't bring out all the items they take another hour. Overall this is so disappointing to write but they need to bring the old crew :((( read more

Great service! The workers actually smile and are very helpful! I love friendly people!! The place is clean, the food is good and it feels nice inside, like a light flow of good energy which is nice! Have been going here for years, and realized I have never left a review. This is the best and only pho I will go to in the IE. I have tried ither places, but the experience is always the best here. The place is really clean and the environment is nice. The staff is SOOO friendly and the food is delicious. They have consistently been so good, and I have never had a bad experience. Authentic Vietnamese restaurant with a ton of business on a late Saturday night around 9pm. It was bustling with people but luckily we were seated right away. The service is no nonsense. Water dropped off right away. Food came very quickly. We ordered pho and it was pretty good...I've had better in Orange County but this is pretty good for the area. You can tell they cooked the broth from lots of beef bones. The flavor was really good and there was a good amount of ingredients. They offer a cash discount but I didn't bring cash this time. read more

The service was terrible. Got sat down waited for a server to come take our order for over 10 minutes. When a pair of patrons that came in after us got sat down and attended in under 3 minutes of them being in the restaurant. Awful experience this has happened multiple times at this restaurant. Never again. Please do yourself a favor and go to Pho Le on Frederick behind the Regency theater. read more

Walked in Saturday evening and was seated promptly, ordered some hot tea first and waited...20 minutes for no hot tea and not a menu. The staff seemed to be waiting tables and taking orders for people that came after us. Until we flagged what seemed to be the manager and he seemed to be equally confused as what we were waiting for. After that the food came out ridiculously quick with very few toppings, more broth than anything. im honestly sad to be writing this review. i usually come here and it's great but i just ordered a pineapple smoothie and i kid you not there were so many broken peaces of plastic. i was honestly shook because i've never had this type of experience. i ignored it after finding the first peace but i found like 4 peaces and i was scared to drink it after if a manager can please reach out to me please i had t throw my drink away which sucks read more

Mmmm mmm mmm none of these locations disappoint. Stopped in the other night and ordered the pork rolls and filet Mignon. Staff were prompt with seating and food was delivered within 15 minutes. It stayed pretty busy so wouldn't be surprised if sometimes there is a wait but there are plenty of tables for seating. Food was reasonably priced and the portions were more than enough to take some home. read more

Finally went and tried this pho place. I was debating to try this place for a while. So glad the place was clean and didn't smell any cleaning products like other places. Everything sauces and utensils and napkins box are available on the table for you to use. Looks like most of the pho are $13.56 a bowl. I ordered #1 Pho Dac Biet (Pho Special). I was happy it was good because I was super hungry. Oh they don't have the original roosters sriracha here, it's not the same. And I also ordered A34 Thai dessert $5.95; it was a simple dessert but yummy. I love that the jelly tasted fresh not like the one in the supermarket. Good vibes..... Service here was great! Every staffs here was happy and friendly. Paying was very quick, convenient, and easy. Plenty of parkings. For sure I will come back again to taste other items on the menu. read more

Omg if I can give 10 stars I would!!! We absolutely love coming to Pho Ha #7! Their veggie egg rolls, pork rolls, their pho, and their meat is amazing, I recommend trying the #39 if you're not feeling like Pho. Their service is great as well, very attentive and always coming around to make sure you have water. :) The vibe of the place is great as well. Great music, not too loud and they have TV's with different channels if you want to watch something while you eat. :) read more

Was really excited to get a bahn mi as my husband has never tried it. We walked in and waited by the hostess stand. Another couple walked in after us and was seated before us. The hostess then pointed to a table for us, she didn't greet us. When we walked to the table there was old food on it. I told the server that the table we were pointed to was dirty. I also explained how the couple that came after us was seated before us. He did not offer to wipe the table so when I made an issue, he tried to move our table. We instead left and won't be back. So rude and disappointing. read more

For this portion the prices here should not be more expensive than pho in Costa Mesa, Orange and so forth. They upped their prices and made their portions smaller smh. Guess I'm sticking with pho le down the street. read more

When I come to this place the food is amazing but the customer service is terrible. We are never asked how we are doing and even after we clean after ourselves no one comes to us with the check and we have to go up and it still takes a cool minute for them to even acknowledge us. The best pho beef noodle soup and Vietnamese food in Southern California! We also serve sandwiches or banh mi, rice dishes or com, and many different snacks! Our restaurant is well known for our adventurous stir fry rice and noodle dishes that include shaken beef with rice.

History

Established in 1990.

Our first location started with immigrants from Vietnam starting a store in Pomona. Since then, many franchises have spun out from the original. Our #7 creates a distinction from the quality of food and service that you will expect to receive from us. We have just opened up our new location here in the Canyon Springs Plaza from our older one on University Avenue.

Meet the Manager: Phu N.

Phu is our newly appointed manager at the shop, you can expect to see him and many of the others just like him running our shop and making sure that our customers receive the best service possible. He's a fresh college graduate from UC Santa Barbara looking to make his way into the restaurant business.

Our pho came quickly but we had to wait awhile for the basil/sprouts/jalapenos and lime, which were a skimpy. We waited so long we got up to ask if we were going to get any and they said yes, it's on it's way. All pho restaurants bring that plate out immediately after ordering. A heaping plate. Would have been nice if they told us this platter was on it's way. We were partially through our bowl when it arrived. I ordered my usual, Pho Tai. Most pho places serve the thinly sliced beef rare, over the hot broth and noodles. I would swish it in the broth and it's cooked. This place broth the beef fully cooked, not thinly (not shaved) sliced and the meat was of poor quality. Very tough. The broth was good but not much flavor. No check was presented, so we assumed we have to go up front to pay. That's when the server got up from a booth where she was relaxing to check us out. Again, hence the 10% tip.

The worst offender-- the sandwich was dry. Vegan should mean vegan mayo, not no mayo at all. It was sooooo dry. I had to take it home and add my own mayo. I don't hate this restaurant, and I really appreciate the willingness to incorporate a vegan friendly menu. However, the pho and banh mi missed the mark for me. The restaurant was packed, and it actually surprised me because I don't usually see that many people at restaurants in Riverside. The energy inside felt lively but still comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the fresh tortillas. They come out hot and fresh from the oven, and you can literally watch them being made right in front of you, which made it even better. And the best part is they're free. We ordered the carne fajitas and chile relleno. The fajitas were incredible, the meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfect smoky sear that comes from being cooked fresh on a hot skillet. Everything came out sizzling and stayed flavorful with every bite. The chile relleno was also really good, with a nice balance of savory and slightly creamy filling that paired well with the sauce. It was actually my first time trying fajitas, and I can confidently say I'll be ordering them again the next time I come back. I definitely plan on returning while I'm still at UCR to make up for all the years I didn't know this place existed.

Shitty customer service! Came in & was not greeted. Walked up to the counter to pick up my phone order & not one person even acknowledged me & there were 3 employees who walked right by me. One of them was a young lady who was charging out another customer & once she finished she walked away! After being ignored, i figured I'd ask the other two employees who walked up to the front register. Both of them ignored me once again! I repeated myself louder so they can hear me in case they didn't hear me the first time & one of them said "oh take a seat & I'll call you when it's ready" Okay...so I take a seat & wait around for a few minutes & finally the young lady who I first saw comes up to me & asks if I had already ordered & I told her I was picking up a phone order. I tried the bún bò Huế and the bún chả giò. The bún bò Huế was disappointing--it lacked the spice and lemongrass flavor that defines the dish, and it was also missing pig feet. Without those key elements, it didn't really feel like authentic bún bò Huế. The bún chả giò was also underwhelming. I expected more fresh herbs, but it came with very little. The egg rolls were super skinny and didn't feel worth it for the price. The fish sauce was good, but it couldn't make up for the lack of value overall. On a positive note, the special fried rice was bomb. That was definitely the highlight of the meal, and I would order that again. This place has always had horrible customer service but the food is pretty good so we just go to eat. I always left a tip even though the waiters are always rude and never give more water. I always order the same item. This time they brought me a different item and I asked the waiter kindly to change it to the one I wanted. He blamed me and said it was my fault and to LOOK AT THE MENU BETTER NEXT TIME. Put it this way, they brought me what I wanted but later I was vomiting and had stomach pain for 7 hours. The interior is very neat and orderly, modern decor and very comfortable just a sidenote the men's room may be one of the cleanest that I have ever seen in an Asian restaurant. Kudos to the staff the food quality is excellent, it's a comfortable environment with great service. Highly recommended. The restaurant is surprisingly cute and spacious inside, and the hostess/waitress was really friendly as well. I ordered the classic - rare steak pho and added an app of egg rolls. Both were super tasty. I love that they also have all the toppings for the pho as well as sauces. I'll definitely be visiting again.
