Absolutely a winner! Good food, clean comfortable seating and outstanding service all in the same place. I seldom have a server check on how everything is in a Vietnamese or Chinese restaurant at any price point after slapping a plate on the table. The servers here have circled back more often than not in my weekly visits the past month. Food is fresh and authentic. Parking is plentiful at all hours. Today's service was beyond disgusting. We waited about 20 minutes for our food that never came. People came into the restaurant ordered and got served; we still waited. Great tasting bone marrow soup! Their Phos are delicious too with lots of meat. The tendons are so tender and yummy. The place is very modern amd roomy compare to other Vietnamese resto. Staffs are really friendly and their place is clean too. The only thing I am disappointed is their Com Bo Luc Lac - not as tasty as other Viet place and I thought it is way over price for its meat portion. I hope they will check on this one. Other than that I still recommend this place and we'll still go back here for the Steak & Tendon Pho and for sure not ordering the Com Bo Luc Lac anymore. read more

Food is probably the only good part of this restaurant. The service is laughably slow and terrible. I don't know if it's the lack of employees but if that's the case they shouldn't open up every table in the restaurant if that backs up the kitchen. An order that should have taken 20-25 mins actually took 40 minutes. I understand sometimes if there's like a swarm of orders but communication would be nice to let me know what's going on. read more

Came on Memorial day lunch and this place was pretty busy. We waited around 20min which was no big deal. Our table ordered spring rolls, a large pho with brisket and two #46 (Vermicelli with grilled pork, shrimp and egg roll) with a Thai tea and passion fruit tea. The food came out pretty fast and the service was quick and the staffs were friendly. The food was on point with super hot broth and Vermicelli was delicious!! It's definitely one of the best Pho place I've been to with quality meat and tasty food. I would love to come back in the future. read more

Came here on a Saturday night at 6pm and there weren't too many customers inside. Thought that was weird, first thing I looked for was the health score. Couldn't find it anywhere, it wasn't until I left when I saw it hidden in the front area. They accidentally gave my mom an "old" menu with old prices. I didn't get a picture of it but everything looks like they were marked up at least $1. And since we were in an asian restaurant probably run by old asian people, they 100% did not honor the old prices even though it was their mistake. Just FYI, I can run down two streets and go to Pho Super Bowl and get the same meal for 2/3 the price. Food was decent, wasn't exceptional and wasn't terrible. We and the table next to us were struggling to get any waiter's attention at the end of the meal. All in all, I'd probably go to Pho Super Bowl next time. read more

We ordered to-go. Extra charge 1$ for to go order. Generous with meat. But only gave us one half of a single beef ball Would also have loved more bean sprouts, and I think basil, jalapeños. For some reason the soup wasn't as hot when we get home even though we live less than 5 mins away. I called on my way and waited for the food to come out. Maybe they don't want the soup to be too hot but we prefer our soup very hot for the rare beef. Very nice and friendly person taking our order and when we picked up. Rice Vermicelli #50 Pho Dac Biet ALWAYS and what i love most about this pho place, is that it doesnt charge you extra if you want to be extra.... **clear noodles, steamed beans sprouts, extra hot soup, onions on the side....** YOU NAME IT. Their Pho bowls are big for the price and during my meal, I end up having left over meat... SAID NO ONE EVER, but i just did because that is what happened! Did you know you can also get a complimentary pho soup with your entree? I think this is what sold it for me. I really did not want noodles, I just wanted a Bahn Mi, but i also wanted the soup. I told the waiter and he said NO PROBLEM. and i said. NO WAY! haha. Came here during their soft opening! First impression is that the restaurant is very clean, spacious, and modern looking. The menu also had plenty of pictures, describing the types of meats (e.g., brisket, flank, etc), which is extremely helpful for those not familiar with Pho. Service was friendly. I had a fairly negative experience here though. When I had taken out my chopsticks from the paper wrapping, I realized that half of it was eaten by termites!!! :( It was pretty gross because all of this wood dust ended up on my table. When we had informed the waitress about it, she apologized and took it away, but not without leaving another cloud of wood dust on our table. The pho is decent here. The broth is pretty flavorful and not too oily. The meat was okay too. Prices are higher than most (about $9-10) for a regular size bowl. Overall, not my first choice for pho in the area, but decent. read more

Been coming to this location for years and can definitely tell that service quality has gone down. It takes multiple attempts to try and get something and nobody checks up on you. Love this place! Food is delicious. We ordered a few different things but the best would be their rice plates & pho. Place is nice and clean with plenty of seating. Bathrooms are clean (always a plus)! Only cons were that they blast music to a point where you have to yell to talk to table mates and service is a bit slow. For pho the noodles were perfectly cooked. It doesn't get super soggy and keep breaking in the broth while you're eating it. Broth is good and nice & hot when served. The rice plate was delicious as well - their charbroiled meat is amazing. It looks like a small portion when served bc of the way it's plated but trust me.... it's enough. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is insanely strong!!!! Fantastic. 10/10 love this place. Will definitely be back. Just beware of parking in the HMart place - I've had the car logos on my car's hub caps stolen EVERY TIME I park here (one at a time). read more

This places has more of a modern feel to it than the other pho ha in the area. Definitely has more updates to it. The food seems about the same in taste and price points. The service is really fast and I actually feel more welcomed here than the other pho ha. Definitely enjoy the vermicelli dishes. The fish sauce isn't over powering. The thit nuong in the Bun was way too salty. The chicken in the spring roll was cut too thick and was flavorless. The soda chanh was just a little lime with tin of sugar and flat soda water. flat! I asked for them to remake the drink since the first one had no bubble. Second had some but was flat in less than a minute. It is, however, one of the most expensive bowls of pho I have ever purchased, with each regular sized bowl coming in at $8.50. This high price is balanced with the portions they give. Absolutely disgusting and needs a visit from the Health Department. The food is horrendous, old meat, and the staff do not care a single iota even if you bring it to their attention. We ordered a #3 pho in regular and a #4 pho in large, as well as a charbroiled pork chop. The tendon in the #3 pho, once I bit into it, I spat back out instantly. Despite steeping in piping hot pho, it was cold and... I don't know how this is even possible, but DRY! The charbroiled pork was similar. Despite being charbroiled, it was still cold on the inside and severely undercooked. The wait staff never came in to check on us. The pork remained untouched after 1 or 2 bites before discovering that it was inedible. We waited quite a while, but no one came to check on us or give us our bill. I walked to the register myself after a long wait. I said "Hey, just to bring it to your attention, the pork was severely undercooked." She responded, "Okay, I'll let them know" and billed me in full for something comoletely inedible that they served. I didn't even get a chance to talk about the rest of the order. Never coming back to a place where they overcharge for human food that I wouldn't give to a dog. Stay away. read more

First time visiting this Vietnamese restaurant. Seems like the place has been renovated recently. The dining area is clean and cozy. Although in a busy lunch/dinner time, one might find the tables to be too close for comfort. The wait staff were courteous, friendly, and prompt. He was patience in answering some of our questions and checked on us at the right moments. For this visit, we ordered the Spring Roll, the Combination Pho, and the BBQ lemon grass pork ribs with rice. The Spring Roll was excellent. The wrapper was just the right thickness. Perfect to hold the shrimps and the fresh vegetables. The sauce complemented the Spring Roll well. In fact, one in our party commented that she could just have their Spring Rolls as her dinner. As for the main course, the Combination Pho was loaded with ton of meats. Unfortunately, the broth, the key of a good pho, did not deliver (just not as flavorful as it could be). The BBQ lemon grass pork ribs was a real disappointment. It was marinated well but just didn't taste like it ever touched open flames. We all came here for a co-worker's birthday, and I was surprised at how good the food was. Formerly a Bob's Big Boy, this restaurant is one of the biggest Pho restaurant's I've been to, and they really pack in the patrons! The variety of food is great, and the taste similar to that found in Westminster Vietnamese restaurants. I will come back with the family next time to see whether they agree! read more

Pho Ha Plus is the ONLY pho restaurant I go. Their outdoor dining setup handles covid very well, with plastic acrylic screens separating each table, and all the staff wear masks! Customer service was impeccable, the servers were EXTREMELY friendly and kept checking up on us and were extremely patient to me and my mother's annoying requests LOL. Their pho is very filling and comforting especially on a rainy or cold day! The only "negative" thing i have to say about the pho is that y'all give too much meat and I can never finish it, so i feel bad wasting it! Just make sure y'all come super hungry cuz the portions are HUGE. I also love their rice dishes with the charbroiled pork or chicken. You can taste the smoke from the grill or whatever they cook the meat with, so I know she came fresh off the grill! It always is perfect well seasoned and I love the little side of fish sauce. Got some pho #3. Forgot to take a picture. So this is a branch of another store in anaheim. This was confirmed when the manager recognized my friend as Disneyland cast member cause they are there so much after shifts. But overall service is amazing. Gave me refills on my drinks and came by how everything was. So I only gave it a 4star as the pho was just ok. The portions of meats and vegetables were generous but the broth was just ok. It was a bit bland. But I've been here before and thought it tastes better. Pretty sure I'll be back again and hopefully they're just having an off day. read more

Dirty dirty place! Bit into a spring roll and heard a crunch. Looked at the spring roll and it was gross! There was mud within the sprouts!!! (See pics) Did they freshly pick the sprouts from the ground? Did they just not wash it good? Or did they drop the sprouts on the ground of the kitchen, pick it up and put it in the spring roll? WTF is mud doing in the kitchen? Or are the workers hands dirty AF and they don't wash them? Who knows? But it's disgusting! I liked going here until this incident. Dirty, filthy place! read more

Pho was good, 10.75 for a large and 9.75 for a regular.. they look almost the same, so if you want to save a dollar, just get the regular. Got the #10, slices of eye round steak and brisket. It was good, broth came out hot and flavorful and there was plenty of pieces of meat. Total was $25 including tip for two bowls. Been wanting to check out this place since it opened. My fiance and I decided to come in for lunch today and check it out. We ordered an extra large steak pho bowl well done to share with, pork spring rolls, shrimp spring rolls, and combination fried rice. Total cost $34.37 We were seated within 2 minutes, ordered within 5 mins of sitting down, and started receiving food and drinks within 5 mins of ordering. Everything that we ordered was seasoned very well. The food was absolutely delicious. When we received our XL pho bowl, we had to ask if we received the XL because it looked very comparible to the regular bowls in other tables. We overheard the gentleman seated a table over verify if his bowl was XL too. It must have held alot though because our bowl was filled with lots of noodles, broth, and plenty of steak. We even had some leftovers. Ambiance is open and welcoming. There place is filled TVs, bamboo plants, and orchids that serve as decoration. Great service, clean and welcoming atmosphere, and good food. I can see why we always see it crowded at night. We will definitely be coming back read more
