Their lunch special hits every time! Unlimited meats, unlimited seafood, unlimited veggies, unlimited sauce, unlimited soup, what's there not to love? There's only one worker during slow hours, but she is still attentive, coming by to check if we need more meats, soup, etc. Today was my first day getting the included ice cream. I had the ube and cookies and cream and they were delicious! We love this place!

We have visited this restaurant with the ownership change and wow what a difference!! Meat selection was very fresh and the self serve veggies and sauces were fresh as well and everything was clean! Our server I think his name was Rafael was very professional and was attentive to us the entire time. Highly recommended! I'm glad we gave this place another chance with the new change. Both of our broths were very flavorful the spicy Japanese miso and the sichuan broth was delicious! Very flavorful! I would only say the AC didn't keep up and we were pretty hot but it was 100 degrees outside so I would imagine the AC just wasn't keeping up. But if it was cooler in there it would have perfect. Either way we would return!!

I visited Chuan pot for the first time this past weekend, on a Saturday to be exact. When I went there were a few people in there celebrating a birthday but other than that it was pretty empty. The place is very inviting, a decent size with plenty of tables. For drinks I had their Strawberry Matcha and it was pretty good. They have all you can eat hot pot with a few broth options, meats, appetizers and ice cream. We ended up ordering clean and clear and the spicy miso. They have lunch specials Monday through Thursday.

First time here with my family. It was fairly priced. I like the selection of meat choices since we basically only eat brisket, beef round, beef chuck eye, and lamb. They do have chicken and pork as well. We enjoyed the other amenities: the sauce bar, assorted seafood, assorted vegetables, and assorted noodles. All of it was fresh and yummy! The servers were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is roomy and good for group gatherings. Parking is not an issue for it is in a plaza. We will definitely come back.

My family and I (group of 5) had a Sunday lunch at this restaurant. We arrived right at opening so we were seated right away and only half of the restaurant was occupied. Our order was taken right away and given right away too. We ordered mushroom and spicy miso broth. I felt the spicy miso had great flavor, but wished it was spicier. I wish I could have tasted more umami/mushroom flavor in the mushroom broth. There's a cold bar where you can get various seafood and vegetable items. There's a lot of options for both. Good quality for the vegetables and seafood. Same can be said for the meat. Everything is all-you-can-eat for a reasonable price ($25 for lunch and $30 for dinner).

With the amount of ayce hot pots places around, it's tougher to stand out. I tried their house special broth and their "Yao Hon" Cambodian broth. Not sure if it was the sauce I made, but everything was salty. The workers are very friendly and attentive to us, but they did not check or restock the self-serve bars. The vegetables, garlic, green onions, cilantro, rice were all empty. Overall the variety for AYCE is lacking.

This place was amazing! My mother recommended this place cause it had a Cambodian Soup Base called "Yao Hon" which is a one of my favorite hot pot soup bases that is not very common. The meats and the variety's of seafood and veggies were spectacular. The customer service was wonderful as well. They came and checked on us often and made sure we had our fill of meats and we were comfortable. I will be coming back again soon and recommending this place to my friends and family.

I went with my boyfriend for the first time. The meat selection menu was really small, only 8 choices. There was a 90 minute time limit. The rules for how many meat platters we could order was confusing. We asked twice for clarification and we were still confused about the meat platters. I overheard other customers ask again as well, they were confused by the rules too. This restaurant is supposed to be all you can eat (AYCE) but that seems inaccurate and misleading. We ordered spicy miso and clean & clear broth. The broths were good! We didn't get individual pots, so the temperature was super inconsistent. My broth was barely boiling, while his was boiling nonstop. The veggies (mushrooms, carrots, tofu) were still too tough and chewy after boiling 40 minutes. We used forks but they only had small plastic ones. Our bowls were small and metal, so we couldn't pick it up while eating. The platters had only 4-5 slices of thin meat. The service was fair. The ambiance was okay, there was music in the background and lots of space. There were 3 big frozen self serve areas, seafood, veggies, sauces. The restaurant was empty, considering it was lunch time. There was a good variety of toppings, meat and seafood. We went for lunch special for $25/person. It was not worth the price, limited meat selection and fair service. Empty restaurants are foretelling.

Came for lunch on a weekday to avoid the crowd. This place offers good value for the price along with a large selection of hotpot items. The place is clean with plenty of dining space.

Went here for my birthday a while back since I was craving hot pot and it was SO DELICIOUS! This place is so special because they have a Cambodian broth called yao han and it was so rich in flavor. My husband is Khmer and said it tasted very close to how his mom makes it. The owners were so sweet and the service was so fast! The really took care of us. There were many options for the veggies and meat also. I was impressed with the cleanliness because some hot pot AYCE places don't put the same amount of care. We will definitely be back and will bring our family too!

Definitely coming back here soon! One of the best hotpot places I've been to. Amazing service and they have good selections of veggies and meat. My favorite was definitely their beef short plate. The marbling was incredible and everything tasted amazing. I also love how the interior of the place is decorated. They opened up pretty recently so I would definitely recommend!

On Yelp it's called "Pot Pot" but inside and the menu calls it "Pot Pot & Tea"…read more Essentially, this place is a Taiwanese hotpot similar to Boiling Point. You pick a pot of food, it comes out on a burner, and then you eat it while it's cooking on a small fire. When I first saw the menu prices online, I thought there was a surcharge because it was online but when I actually arrived, the prices online were correct. In essence, it's like a more expensive version of Boiling Point. I got the Beef Hot Soup Pot and it was 23.99 for dinner, which is more expensive compared to Boiling Point which is less than 20 before tax. So it's costing more than BP. There are other pots on the menu too which is about the same price as BP which is like 20 bucks. I was kinda surprised that the ingredients were pretty much like for like in terms of what is inside it. In terms of taste, it's similar to BP as well, I feel the pot here is a bit bigger but I felt like I was eating a lot of cabbage. I don't think there was more beef/meat. They also have the bean sauce (which is my favorite), but it's a little bit saltier here. Service here is okay. The employees don't really walk around to check on you. They mostly stay in the front counter huddled together. I struggled to get a water refill until the very end when I got my check. The interior is pretty big, the parking lot wasn't packed when I arrived and there was plenty of parking spaces. Restaurant was a bit empty during peak dinner time. Overall, my impression of this place is that it's a more expensive version of Boiling Point which makes it just okay in my book. If you are craving BP and don't want to wait for those lines, this is the next best thing but I feel like the beef pot shouldn't cost 3 dollars more than BP. After tax and tip you're pushing like 30 dollars for a Beef Pot.

Considering how hot the weather already was outside, there did not seem to be adequate air conditioning or enough fans to keep the dining area at a comfortable temperature. We tried to communicate our concerns to the staff, but they were not helpful. Instead, we felt rushed to pay the bill, and the way they handled our concerns felt dismissive rather than genuinely trying to resolve the situation. What concerned us even more was that the excessive heat appeared to affect the food itself. The raw meat warmed up very quickly, became extremely soft, and released a significant amount of reddish liquid onto the plates. It no longer looked properly chilled or appetizing. Given how hot it was inside, we were genuinely concerned about whether the raw meat was being kept at a safe temperature. We ordered three plates of meat but ended up barely touching them because we simply did not feel comfortable eating them. Cleanliness was another major concern. Some of the bowls did not appear to have been properly cleaned and still had visible food residue from previous customers. There were also unpleasant odors around the condiment and beverage areas, which made the overall environment even more uncomfortable. At one point, it became so hot that we genuinely felt like we might suffer from heat exhaustion. In a restaurant serving raw meat, proper temperature control, cleanliness, and a safe dining environment should be basic priorities. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Even if the price may seem affordable, it is simply not worth saving a few dollars when the dining environment, cleanliness, food quality, and customer service are this concerning. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

They weigh your bowl of stuff (veggies, meat, seafood, noodles, etc) and it's $15.99 per pound. If you don't pace yourself, it's very easy to end up with an expensive bowl of hot pot. Mines ended up weighting a little over 1.5 lbs, so my hot pot was over $25 before taxes. Some broths also have an additional charge (like the tonkotsu is $4.95 extra), so keep that in mind. I picked the organic miso broth, which had no extra charge. My hot pot was pretty yummy since I got to choose exactly what I wanted in it and even though I ordered a little too much, I enjoyed it the next day for lunch. There were four of us, including my 6 year old nephew, and it turned out to be the ultimate family meal. Since it was my very first time experiencing hot pot, I wanted to go all out and try a bit of everything. While waiting for our main meat cuts to arrive at the table, we checked out the self serve area. Their savory Japanese curry is mouthwatering, and they had a cold noodle dish that was super tasty. I had to exert some serious self control not to fill up on the curry before the main event, but it was just so good. Once the meats arrived, my sister showed me how to cook them in the bubbling hot pot. Every single broth had its own unique, rich flavor profile, and every single one was delicious. The quality of the meat here is premium grade, and the marbling on the Wagyu beef was absolutely outstanding. I'd love to see where they source their meats because everything tasted ridiculously fresh, right along with the items at the veggie station where they offer over 20 different vegetables, noodles, and toppings. Lots of memories with friends, family, and a lot of people who aren't a part of my life now, either sadly or good riddance wise. It's located on the second floor of the business plaza building. The times that I've gone, there hasn't been too much of an issue finding parking. There's layers of spots around the periphery of the plaza. Sometimes there's a wait, but I've never had to wait for too long, even for their lunch or their dinner hours. Many changes have been made since the last time I've been there I'm sure (of course rising prices due to the capitalist hellscape we live in), but it's still the same. Paper pot shabu. Unique and eye catching. Since its inception, I don't think I've seen any other place do it like this. It's like a metal base that gets heated up, a basket exterior gives the shape to the "bowl" and the paper helps hold all of the soup in. I'm sure that it makes for easier clean up, hopefully. My go to has always been the "Spicy Yaki" broth since it both has a decent king and some sweet umami flavor to it. Nothing spicier than Shin Ramyun noodles if that's a good indicator of heat level. Love the little grinding of the sesame seeds at the start for the sesame sauce. It's crazy that I did that at a shabu shabu place first and not a katsu place. Trendsetters. Not sure if they still have it with the new/digital menu, but my friends and I always got the "WOW" add on for an extra $3 and it comes with sausages, dumplings, ramen, fish and rice cake, and kamaboko. With all of this, the mixed veggies, udon, serving of rice, and your protein, it's quite filling. I usually get lamb or beef. To be honest, I've been scared to try this spot because I have heard about how spicy the broth can…read morebe...for years!! Today, my coworkers finally persuaded me to give it a try since the weather is cooler & I feel very silly now. The exterior and interior decor of this place is on point with the bold red and lanterns. It really sets the mood. Service was exceptional during lunch (wasn't too busy). The staff helped change out dirty plates often. Everything was clean. They were helpful in explaining the AYCE menu. The only problem I experienced is how slow the virtual menu was to load and long buffers between each click. At one point it stopped working to reorder so the waitress had to do it manually anyway. We got the half tomato (light spice) and half spicy soup (mild) base and both were really good! I might upgrade to med next time. The meat quality was great, esp the 1 wagyu plate per person that comes with AYCE. Surprisingly the fatty beef was so tender as well. Even the mala beef didn't hurt going in...or out. The bellflower veggie is a must try. Never had this crunchy vegetable before. Love the self serve bar with so many desserts and Chinese chips options.
