The food was good. The only downside for me was the Goi Cuon, it didn't have enough noodles. I tasted more vegetables than anything. The egg rolls were good perfectly cooked. Even their peanut sauce had a twist to it that I enjoyed. Service was very fast, ordering felt a bit rushed, but didn't bother me too much being served quickly offset that The place is nice. Well lit seems cozy. I'd eat here again taking some home to let the wife taste.

staff was very rude and there were bugs in multiple dishes.

I have visited this place many times before but my most recent experience was terrible. Staff was not welcoming and was very rude. One of my friends received the wrong meal and when we asked for a different dish they said it would be out in 2 minutes. We waited for 25 minutes and it never arrived, and they tried to still charge us for both meals even tho one was untouched and the other was not received. There were also bugs in multiple dishes.

Food was good but the service was terrible, staff were inattentive and rude. They very clearly treated our table less than because we were white, we felt discriminated against. Waiters were very kind to other tables but neglected ours. We felt overlooked the entire time, and it made the experience uncomfortable. It's disappointing because we came in expecting the same level of service as everyone else. I hope the restaurant works on treating all customers equally. There was also a hair found in my bowl which was unsanitary.

I was in the Riverside area attending a Yelp event. Afterwards, I needed to pick up dinner for my youngest daughter. I found this Pho Ha nearby so I called and placed my order for pick-up... 1 Pho Dac Biet and 1 Beef Chow Mein crispy. It was about 30 mins before closing time. When I got here, there was only one table of customers. Wow, this is probably the most fanciest pho place I have ever been at. Lots of elegant bright lights and seating was all along both sides of the walls. It was a really nice pho place to say the least. After entry, I had to walk all the way to the back to pay and pick up my food. Staff was okay... not the most smiliest. It was a very quick visit. I didn't even take too many pictures as the staff were kind of watching me for some reason... not sure. Anyway, the portions are quite big for the price. My daughter enjoyed her foods. Will I be back? It all depends if I'm in the area and if I'm up for some pho.

Number 11 and order of enrolls

The number 11 is raw steak and fatty brisket. The food comes out made to order so you know you're getting a very fresh meal. The broth came out super steaming hot as well as the egg rolls. The egg rolls were super delish. Like most Vietnamese restaurants, the service wasn't the best but that's a sure sign that the food will hit. This is my go to Vietnamese restaurants in Riverside over any other, been coming here for the last decade. Vibes are pretty great, it has recently gone through a renovation (not sure when) but place looks clean and refreshed.

Delicious and reasonably priced food, and great portions. So many options. Service is great- greeted and immediately seated. Within 5 minutes our order was placed. Plenty of seating and the ambiance is chill- you can have a conversation without having to yell.

First time here . Ordered to go pho well done flank . Food was good and fresh . Service was fast and friendly. Found my new go to Pho restaurant. Can't wait to try more of the menu items . My wait was short but the ambiance seemed good to go alone , with family and friends .

Pho Ha provides impressively fast service in a clean and well-maintained environment. I tried the rare steak pho, which was decent, though not particularly memorable. The efficiency and cleanliness of the store make it a convenient spot for a quick meal.

I absolutely love this pho restaurant! I have been going there almost every week! The best thing about this place is they open early at 9am for the early birds like me! The restaurant is clean, I see the employees cleaning all the time. They have fast service too! Or maybe because when I go there it's always quite early with a few customers. My favorite is still their #1 pho combination. There are 2 size options too medium or large and it's just a dollar difference! Their vermicelli #99 is also pretty delicious and generous portion! Also try their appetizer egg rolls and spring rolls! Flavors are always on point! Will definitely come back to try their other items on their menu!

The food has really fallen off, and the service never been great. Nice looking place, pretty food but that's about it.

Decent pho, good broth, steak actually comes pink medium rare. Combo fried rice is delicious but my favorite is the sauteed pork ribs which I could eat every day. Comes in a cast iron bowl with rice and veggies. Love the pan fried noodles and drinks also. Always a busy crowd, fast service and ambiance is nice with remodeled newer clean booths

Our table ordered a variety of their vermicelli bowls (short rib, chicken, grilled pork+shrimp), Pho (special combo and brisket), eggrolls, thai iced tea, and vietnamese iced coffee. Everything we ordered was so delicious and there were generous portions of meat in all of our dishes. The fish sauce that came with the vermicelli bowls was super delicious and tasted so much more flavorful than any other Vietnamese restaurant I've dined at. The pho broth was piping hot and tasted so clean and refreshing. Drinks were also great and I honestly loved everything about today's lunch! I will definitely be coming back with my family and my kids loved all of the food (pho and vermicelli) too!

Service was extremely slow for it not being busy. They were a bit stingy on the lemon wedges and veggies. There were three of us and we ordered three bowls of Pho. When we asked for a sauce plate/cup, he looked bothered. Well next time just put little sauce plates on the table and we wouldn't have to ask you to get it. Like how do they not know people like to dip their meats in Siracha and Hoison sauce. Not everyone just pours it into the bowl. When we ordered our Pho, we also ordered a Banh Mi sandwich as a to go order. At the end of our meal, my wife went to pay and the check included the price with the sandwhich. She paid and asked how long the sandwich would take, they said, "what sandwich!" Uh, the one we just paid for. Cashier looked confused and asked to see the receipt. Then he went to the back and asked about the sandwich. We could hear someone in the back saying they didn't make a sandwich. Cashier apologized and we waited another 12 minutes for the sandwich. Pho was actually good but a bit on the pricey side. $20 for the Dac Biet. The pho was the better of the two. I liked the vegan spiced beef meatballs but the airy and light fried tofu in the pho didn't feel texturally comparable to sliced beef in pho. I also didn't feel like there was enough protein in the bowl, since normally pho is packed with a variety of different meats. The flavor of the soup was nice and the amount of noodles was satisfactory as well. The banh mi was not so good. I liked the crinkle cut radish and carrots but that's about all. The sliced beef meatballs and the fried tofu again didn't really evoke the taste and texture of meat in a banh mi, and the protein was basically just a few thin non-overlapping slices per section of the sandwich. The worst offender-- the sandwich was dry. Vegan should mean vegan mayo, not no mayo at all. It was sooooo dry. I had to take it home and add my own mayo. I don't hate this restaurant, and I really appreciate the willingness to incorporate a vegan friendly menu. However, the pho and banh mi missed the mark for me. Secondly, it tasted really good. I ordered the vegetarian rice noodles. My only regret is that I didn't tell them I wanted the big flat noodles, so they defaulted to the skinny spaghetti-like ones. Now I know that even if they don't ask, tell them what I'd prefer anyway. Lastly, the portions are big enough to bring leftovers home which is a big deal for me since eating out can be expensive. If I'm paying that much, being able to get a second meal out of it is much appreciated. Parking wasn't an issue. I immediately found one right in front of the restaurant. As for the restaurant itself, it's modern and clean. Beware that if you end up sitting facing the windows like I did, I was blinded by the sun shining off a car window, so I had to scoot all the way inside the booth. It's because the door is made of glass and unlike the other windows it doesn't have signs to block glare. When I was about to leave, I told them there was no more toilet paper in the restroom and they went out of their way to stop what they were doing to get more for me. Apparently, the cabinet inside the restroom was empty, so one of the employees had to call another employee for help and they found more in another cabinet outside the restroom. I quite enjoyed my experience here and just writing this I'm already craving more of the food I had ordered.

However, I recently read their reviews and laughed that they give straight peanut butter as a dipping sauce for their spring rolls. That is a big no-no. Anywho, I was going to do takeout and drive home to eat because I had my dogs with me, but after I ordered I saw there was a table outside so I decided to stay. I ordered their salmon special with garlic noodles, spring rolls, and a vietnamese coffee. Total was $33 and I was able to split the portions for lunch and dinner. When I entered I did not speak vietnamese and neither was the employee in the front aware I was viet. After I paid and didn't leave a tip, she said something in vietnamese about either giving me a smaller portion because I didn't leave a tip or just complaining about not receiving a tip. Once I got my food and said thank you in vietnamese, the employee in the front got real quiet. Lmao I sat outside with the fur babies and enjoyed my salmon. It was flavorful but noodles were kind of dry. The spring rolls came in 2. They add avocado, tofu, and jicima in addition to other ingredients. This isn't your traditional spring roll. I can also confirm that dipping sauce is straight peanut butter with not even enough water mixed in to make the texture smooth. Its like getting a cup of peanut butter that is watery on the top and dry and chunky from the middle down. A sauce like this will not be acceptable in the vietnamese community down in Bolsa. Haha! The coffee was also only okay, didn't finish it. I dont think I would drive out of my way to eat here.
