Haus pho so goood. Whatever's in that family recipe, I wish I had it, the flavors are mouth watering and you don't need to add a single thing to it. The portions are hefty, for $9 it's a steal. I had enough leftovers for a second meal although my boyfriend finished the whole thing. The restaurant itself is pretty small and we waited about 15 minutes for a table on a Thursday night. Most of the tables are for 2, a few for 4, I wouldn't recommend going in a large group. The service was great and overall I would definitely go back or get takeout since there isn't much parking outside of the restaurant. A great addition to the neighborhood! read more

Best Pho I've ever had ! The house recipe Pho was definitely the best I've ever had. We ate here while in Denver/Colorado for the summer and I still think about it--wishing there was a Pho Haus in Dallas that I could eat at during the rest of the year. The Thai tea was yummy too. Pho haus is one of my favorite pho restaurants in denver! Why might you ask? Because of of their broths are incredible!! The traditional is savory, it's got depth without being rich or heavy, it's NOT oily, greasy, salty at all which is a big plus to me. They have a Haus pho passed generations down which is a little sour, tangy, little heat and savory! Its Devine, comforting and exactly what you need on a cold day, hungover, not feeling well or just because it's truly comforting! Their pork spring roll is a surprise! It's got a crispy roll up instead that adds wonderful texture to their pork spring roll, yes spring roll with rice paper not the fried egg rolls. Ask for a little sriracha, but be careful, it's HOT. Pretty sure it's homemade. The vermicelli noodle bowl is a favorite and they are ok with me asking for extra lettuce and veggies inside. Bottom line- all of their foods are wonderful, fresh, made from the heart and purely delicious! It's by far my favorite. I've eaten almost every pho place too. read more

I actually drove 11 miles from my hotel to check out this Pho restaurant and I am glad I did. From their authentic Thai Tea to their Banh Xeo (egg crepe with fresh vegetables, fish sauce and crispy lettuce is a homerun, I ordered it with crispy pork. The key to Strategic Pho is the "broth" and I was looking for a rich beef broth with a kick to it, so I went with tonight's special "Vietnamese Short Rib Pho" probably the best bowl of Pho in the last 10 yrs., and I eat a lot of Pho. This place has *the best* pho I've ever eaten, hands down! I'm obsessed with pho and ramen and I drive my husband crazy eating them several times a week. I know my way around good pho, and the house broth here is amazing! I tried the haus trio pho. Perfect balance of flavors and spice. The broth was nice and dark, which is always a good sign to me (vs. a clear broth). Color indicates yummy spices. It was so good I seriously am thinking of going back today (I went for the first time earlier this week). If you like pho, you must try this place! Our meal at Pho Haus was great. I had the traditional Pho and honestly, it was probably some of the best broth I've ever had. There were too many noodles for me, however, this was only minor and is just my personal preference. We also got the edamame and it was salted perfectly. The price was extremely affordable for the food as well, making it an easy and inexpensive trip out. Parking was difficult, as we had to find something along Pearl street rather far away. If I were alone I think I would rather do take-out so I wouldn't have to walk alone to and from my car. The inside of the restaurant was quiet and comfortable. The tofu was quite mushy and there was a lack of vegetables. 3 giant slices of cucumber and some daikon/carrot slaw. It came with a side of fries which WERE crispy but inexplicably covered in cinnamon. Husband had a pork belly crepe that was full to the brim with bean sprouts sautéed with onion but not other veggies. Not much pork belly was visible. Everything about it was incredible and I wish I lived closer so I could keep going back. I highly recommend this place. They also warm up their peanut sauce for the spring rolls. Went to this restaurant after seeing it was a darling on Yelp. Sadly, very disappointed with the service and food quality. After several calls to see if the manager/owner would speak with me to help me understand what went wrong. The manager/owner just ignored me for over a week. The bad dinner started with an online take-out order a week ago. Website says 30-40 mins for the food to be ready so after putting the order in at 6:30, we grabbed the food at 7:00. By the time we sat down to eat at 7:05 over $60 worth of food at home, it was all cold. Cold food seemed likely since while I waited to speak to the hostess taking someone's order, she ended it by saying it'd be ready in 15-20 minutes. If only someone bothered to update their website... Of the 5 dishes we ordered, only 1 was really all that good tasting too with the sauce and combination of foods. That was a spring roll of some sort. The pho was good, but for the price and the fact that we had to reheat it in the microwave I'd spend my money elsewhere. House special barely tasted like it was a curry. More mild coconut milk flavor that anything. And, let me tell you a Bahn Mi with fries is pretty bad when everything is cold. Overall, pretty expensive compared to similar restaurants in the city. Finally, after a thoroughly disappointing meal I called the restaurant up. After being placed on hold 4 times in a row only to not be picked back up, the hostess that answered. They said the manager could update the website pickup time. So, for an explanation of why this wasn't accurate, I asked to see if I could speak with a manager on duty. Hostess said he would be out for the next hour or so, took my information, and said Aaron the manager (and owner based on LinkedIN) would call me. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. So, I called again 2 hours later just as they were closing. Manager (Aaron) wasn't in again, so I gave my info and asked that he called me so I wouldn't have to write this review. I tried one more time to speak to a manager between last week and this (last Thursday) only to be told again the manager was out. read more

Found my new local pho spot - moved to Parker 3 years ago and ate Pho pretty much every week to cope with missing California weather. Anyways the owner was super chill, came by and talked to us - told him we loved the food and he was happy to give us 10% off and invite us back. Super welcoming staff and everything. I've been back 5-10 times since because all the food is good. I order the haus pho, which is somewhat non-traditional, they use a normal pho broth with some other ingredients which include lemongrass. It's bomb, very flavorful and the broth is not overbearingly sweet like you find at many pho places. The trio meat is unique and I loved it (meatballs are delicious!). I've also had their seafood pho which was spot on as well. Great option for vegetarians and for certain animal eating restrictions (plus not too "seafoody" for my seafood annoying friends haha). Well recently we tried somewhere new, the Pho Haus. We might have a new favorite Pho spot from now on. Sure it's a little further from home and parking might be a little challenging. The pros outweigh the cons. The service was excellent. The sweet iced teas were amazing. The Shrimp Pho was some of the best that I've ever had in a bowl that was artistic. The crab cheese wontons were cooked to the perfect amount. The ambience was remarkable with a relaxing vibe. The bill at the end of the meal seemed very fair. Our first visit was a enjoyable success. Maybe I've been living a sheltered life but I didn't know about the Haus Pho broth that is served here that is not beef, chicken or veg based. It tasted a bit like shrimp and all I really know is this was their moms recipe. That and it was dee-licious. At the end of the day rice noodles, tofu and veggies are rice noodles, tofu and veggies. What really brings them to life is the Pho broth. This magic Haus broth was both a little spicy and totally satisfying. I added a squeeze of lime, sriracha and the hoisin sauce and bam! Best one I've had so far! The whole vibe of the place is great. It has a very modern look. I love all the signs they have hanging and their bike lamps. Im sure everyone knows this already but... AMAZING. As a patron of many pho restaurants and previous worker in one, I can say the tradition pho broth is great and holds the taste very well (while other places nearby simply taste like spiced saltwater). Pho Haus provided us with great broths as well as very fresh ingredients for our take out order. Most places won't give you the bang for the buck that this place does. Over all incredible authentic taste with meaningful flavor and ingredients. Highly recommend. And their house broth is closer to a miso ramen for those looking for a fun change of pace read more

I guess I'm in the minority with my rating. My expectations were high based on all the positive reviews...maybe too high. I ordered via UberEats delivery, so this is for delivery vs. dine in experience. I ordered the Haus pho, the crab cheese wontons and the pork belly banh mi sliders. The Haus Pho- I enjoyed the pho. My only issue was that it was packed so poorly. I had a puddle of broth at the bottom of my delivery bag (thank goodness the bag was plastic and not paper). The container of broth was on its side in the bag. I just feel like they should use a better container and take more care to wrap that container before putting it in with the rest of the order. Or give it to the delivery driver separately. It was really annoying to have everything I ordered drenched in broth. And I lost out on eating a decent amount of broth. I've ordered pho many times for delivery and have never had this issue. Crab cheese wontons- Eh. I thought they were really stingy on the filling. It was mostly just fried wonton and tasted like what I get from a typical cheap Chinese food place. They were nice and crispy though! Pork belly banh mi sliders- For being more expensive than most banh mis, this really missed the mark. There was hardly any meat, undercooked fat on the pork and there was way too much mayo. I think the fries would be good for dine in. They were soggy by the time I got them, but that's to be expected with delivery. I ordered for the sliders, not the side of fries. I ended up tossing it all in the trash. Overall, the food was disappointing. I was left wishing I'd spent my $40 elsewhere and wouldn't order from here again. read more
