The best pho I've had in Denver! We were greeted immediately and our server was very friendly! She was also VERY, VERY knowledgeable about the menu. She described each dish we asked about to a T. She sold us on the Haus Pho. With the traditional Pho, you can add savory sauces and spices yourself, but the Haus Pho comes with its own flavor of spices and extra herbs. It was DELICIOUS! We also had the crunchy vegetable egg rolls as an appetizer, which were great. All of our dishes came out steaming hot! I had read a review that said the portion sizes of the Pho weren't big, so we were pleasantly surprised to see that they were huge! We had enough left over to take for lunch the next day. The restaurant itself isn't very big, but it is nicely decorated and I saw a seating area outside (weather permitting). We will most definitely be back for more Haus Pho! read more

New to Denver/Aurora area. Trying to find a Pho place and saw that Pho Haus has gotten many reviews. Ordered the chili-garlic edamame, shrimp spring rolls, pork belly banh mi sliders, Haus Pho trio, iced Vietnamese coffee and iced Thai tea. Overall, I enjoyed the food here. I wouldn't say the Pho is traditional, since the Haus Pho has a layer of this chili/sate oil. It's similar to the spice of a bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle). The bowl that they served the Pho in did exceed my expectations and the portion was pretty big. I was able to share it with my husband and each bite came with a piece of meat! The edamame was delicious as well. A little disappointed with the banh mi sliders only because the pork belly itself didn't stand out and shine however it still tasted great with the pickled carrots/daikon radish and etc. I would still recommend this place because their Haus Pho is unique. Next time, I would like to try the rice bowl or noodle bowl. read more

Recently discovered this new hidden gem of a restaurant. My server was named Annie and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We got the Haus pho and the banh xeo and I would really recommend these dishes! The banh xeo is a Vietnamese crepe dish and it was absolutely amazing. Never have I been so totally blown away by the kindness and hospitality of a restaurants staff like I was here. Waitress and hostess were out of this world sweet and genuine and generous. We were having trouble deciding between 3 items. We ordered 2. When the food came out, the hostess brought all 3 and said the third was on the house. Wow. Food was incredible. One of the most flavorful authentic phos I've had. Banh mi, so soft and crisp on the outside. Flavorful fresh. Really good. At the end waitress asked if I wanted a coffee to go, I said yes please that sounds great. When the check came, the coffee was on the house. Waitress even chatted with us and gave us local directions on where to hang out and how to get on public transit. While we were in Denver, we decided to try this restaurant. Upon arrival, we noticed mostly only Caucasian in the restaurant. We started to doubt the authenticity. Is this an Americanized Asian restaurant? The service wasn't very good. It took a long time for the food to come. So I was hangry. But when my Pho was served, I was very happy. Not your typical pho shop but I have to say the food I had was close enough to authentic even though I felt many aspects of the food here were Americanized. A friend told me about this place saying that they had good pho and something special called a pho-rito which is a burrito stuffed with pho that you get to dip in the broth. I was sold on that and was really wanting to try it out since I never had eaten anything like that before. Unfortunately when we arrived, the staff informed me that the pho-rito was a seasonal item and that it was not coming back until late June. It was unfortunate news but the rest of Pho Haus's menu looked great so I was still excited try out their food. We ordered the Banh Mi sliders which were solid and what is nice is that you get to choose your protein depending on what you're feeling like eating. We also ordered the haus pho with the trio of meet which included brisket, meatballs, and rare filet. The broth was very flavorful and had a little spicy kick to it which made the pho very enjoyable. The last thing we ordered which was the real standout of the meal was the Banh Xeo which is a vietnamese crepe that is made with tumeric and stuffed with the meat of your choice and vegetables. I thought the Banh Xeo was really delicious as it was crispy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside. I will definitely be coming back to have the Banh Xeo again and to finally try the pho-rito which judging on their pho will be excellent! read more

PHENOMENAL. Best pho I've had in Colorado. I recommend the Haus broth. So tasty. My husband had the pho trio - brisket meatballs and another meat that we fail to remember. The meats were tender and flavorful. Not chewy like other places I have visited. The broth was out of this world. He also had the fresh shrimp spring rolls. They were made fresh and you can tell. The veggies inside were crisp and the herbs were perfect. I had the grilled chicken rice plate and I was blown away. The chicken is so flavorful and tender. Hummm. I expected the pho to be better. It was ok, it seemed to lack flavor that I'm use to. Portions were good, and the pork spring rolls were really good. I love the casual, unassuming environment, Sapporo on draft, and world rocking pho. They have REALLY mastered dynamic broth...deliciously tangy, and spicy in all the right ways. Pho Haus is delicious! Denver has no shortage of Vietnamese restaurants, and Pho Haus is up near the top. The pork fresh rolls are incredible. I always start my meal there. I then get the grilled chicken pho which is a unique offering I haven't seen elsewhere. The House broth has a little spice to it and a really dynamic flavor. The traditional broth is also delightful and has bold flavor without a bunch of additives. They are usually busy but you can add yourself to the waitlist on Yelp. Park in the neighborhood area as there is no parking lot; mainly street parking!! It's good to walk for a bit because your stomach will need it after chowing down on a traditional bowl of the Pho. The clear beef broth of my bowl was so warm and flavorful and the bowls were tall and wide. My friend brought me here for a birthday dinner when I was turning 22! This restaurant is super cozy and modern-like appearance brings millennial and tradition together. I really didn't finish my bowl, and neither did my friend because the portions were more than generous and we got full pretty fast. We tried our best to finish everything, but we were thrilled to take to-go boxes. My friend got the Haus Bowl which had a variety of spices that were beautifully described in the menu. I also learned that there are a vegan bowl, which brings a modern adaption to the 21st centaury dining experience. I will be excited to try the Haus Fries for (5) because it seemed that it would be something I would like. The Banh Mi Sliders and the Vermicelli Noodles are something that draws me because I make Vermicelli Noodles at home all the time and want to try out ideas on ingredients that I can add on. read more

Pho Haus is 100% my favorite pho spot in the Denver area. I absolutely love their Haus Pho with its spiciness and the chili oil(?) that they out it in to give it that reddish color. The fried egg rolls are also a favorite of mine and I normally ask them to leave out the lettuce in the container so that they stay crunchy when I get them to-go. The dining room has a nice, hip ambiance and the waitresses are always so sweet and prompt. The music is normally on point as well. PHO HAUS IS SIMPLY THE BEST!!! read more

Let me preface this review with the fact that I'm used to hole in the wall Vietnamese places with delicious food and huge portions. This place is more of an Asian/American fusion place. I got the spicy pho which wasn't really very spicy at all. I also got the spicy edamame to share with my friend as an appetizer. Both items tasted good, but they were not exceptional. Considering the fact that the prices at this restaurant were higher than other pho places I have eaten at, I would expect the quality to be better. I think this place attracts more people because it's not a hole in the wall and some people care more about ambiance. I am always happy to go to a hole in the wall place to eat some exceptional food put out by hardworking people. I wouldn't deter someone from going here, but if asked where to go for pho this would not be my first recommendation. read more

I came here with some friends because we are always on the lookout for good pho and we saw that this place had great reviews. When we walked in, we were quickly seated and our waitress brought out some waters and came to take our order. We started with the chili garlic edamame and then we got the haus pho, brisket sliders, and a grilled pork loin noodle bowl. The edamame was tender and super flavorful and it was probably my favorite dish that we had. The rest of the food was good...but just not great. There are some other pho places in the area that we love, and compared to them, we just felt like this place didn't stand out at all. The service was pretty good, very attentive and friendly, and the location is alright. The food is also nothing to complain about, we just weren't super impressed. Honestly I was between a four and a three star on this one, but I went with the three because there was nothing that made me want to return to this restaurant. I would not necessarily recommend anyone to not come here - they seem beloved by many, so maybe they were just having an off day when we went - but I don't plan on returning when there are so many other phenomenal places in the area. read more

Awesome little spot. Started with the fresh pork spring rolls, which were made even better by a crispy rolled up fried wonton sheet inside- genius! Also split the brisket bahn mi "slider" (it's just a bahn mi cut in half) which was also tasty. The main course was the combo noodle bowl, which is not quite the traditional presentation of Vietnamese bun, but delicious nonetheless.
