The bahn mi's were delicious i got the prok and the flavoring were juicy with their homemade sauce pickled carrots and cucumbers slices balancing it out. The bread was so crispy i throughly enjoyed. I will stop by again another time for the delicious Pho smell that was at the restaurant.

When we came in, I had to get the attention of the lady in the front just to be seated, and that took a while. It was the same when we wanted to order and later when we needed the bill.

Its always so hard to choose what to eat, so we have a little bit of everything. We ordered the Pho, beef soup and curried squid. Portions are right for normal people - we are big eaters. The soup is really large and would be a meal by itself. Spring rolls were just ok. Service is adequate. Food gets there efficiently, but its not like they're the friendliest. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because there was an issue with one of the dishes. I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp and we received Chicken instead. It would not have been a big deal but we already had two chicken dishes and wanted to have a shrimp dish. When we called they asked me if I wanted the $1 difference back. I said, no I wanted the shrimp dish. I told them I took out some of the food and put it on my plate not realizing it was not shrimp. I said that if this happened in a restaurant, they would just give us a new dish. My expectation was that they would apologize, send me the shrimp dish as quickly as possible as we were already eating. Instead, they had to check with the chef and the manager before agreeing to send me the shrimp dish. They asked me to give them back the chicken dish wish surprised me. What are they going to do the chicken dish?? They did send me the shrimp dish within about 30 minutes at no charge. Mistakes happen, and I was understanding. I wanted to help them improve their customer relations as most customers would not be back if they had to plead to get the dish replaced. I would still order from them and recommend them. I just hope they learn from their mistakes as I would like them to succeed. The food is very good and I would like to see them succeed.
