Very happy with the Beef Noodle Soup. I've heard it said the more authentic is like a stew broth. I think it's heavy and greasy. This broth was light and flavorful. Not much on ambiance. They could use some music or a fountain to break up the chatter. If I lived here I would definitely come back. Nice folks too. read more

Brand new pho place so I had to check it out. Came in and ordered what I usually get: the combo pho. Standard issue. Couldn't go wrong with it and the price point was there. Lots of meat, decent amount of noodles. Brand new place so they are getting it together but I was satisfied. I was a bit thrown off by the foam water cups. But thats a small issue really. Overall the pho is good and I would recommend. Staff is very old school and most likely family owned and operated. Small food plaza too and theres a sushi spot nearby. read more

I have been here a couple times. The pho is alright, nothing special but not bad either. The egg rolls were somewhat bland but the place looks clean and the service was there. There are much better places to eat Vietnamese food but as people have pointed it out, not bad for the Glendale/Burbank area. read more

The reason I'm giving this establishment a one star is for the following reason. My friend and I ordered the veggeterean and combination pho soup. After tasting the first spoon my friend pushed the bowl away and told me the need tastes funky I didn't like and I can not continue eating I was surprised because he is not a picky person and will eat almost anything so I'm assuming it was so bad that he couldn't continue eating. I enjoyed my soup because I always order the veggeterean pho and I know how it tastes and I like it. When I asked for the bill I noticed that the waiter had not taken off the combination soup off the bill When I asked him why do I have to pay for this when it wasn't consumed and it didn't taste right. His response was "sorry I can't take it off the bill it's restaurant policy I don't make the rules" he then went and explained the situation to the people standing behind the counter they seemed to be the owners I guess and they still left the charge on the bill. So I'm giving it one star for horrible customer service and they also lost me as a customer. I will not be going back there again. read more

Food was good but the service was horrible. I don't usually write bad reviews. I guess I've never encountered such bad service as I did at this place. It was our First time here and we came in and sat there waiting to be seated but no one came, there was a bench and a paper with names on there so it was safe to assume, that's how it worked..after about 5-7 min I ended up walking up to them to ask, and then they seated us. They didn't offer me a booster or high chair even though they saw me struggling with my child, I had to ask for it, and the girl said "let me check if we have one in the back" even though I spotted an empty one across the restaurant. I thought that was odd..Any other place always offers one when they see a child. Then it takes a while for them to come get our order, At this time I wanted to leave but my family was really hungry and decided we'd stay. Only for them to fully serve another family who came way after us... the very last upsetting thing was them sweeping by our table as we were finishing up our meal and you can visibly see the dust rise. Safe to say I won't be returning, very unprofessional. People here weren't polite at all, it was pretty shocking to me. There are PLENTY of delicious pho spots in Monterrey park that are much more welcoming and worth the drive! read more

$6 for fried egg rolls the size of my index finger, no joke. That comes out to $1.50 per piece. Soups are good but nothing special. Very pricey, two soups plus the egg rolls came out to $25. read more

The food is not awesome, but it's pretty good. It is also cheap and you feel like you get your money's worth of food. I'm planning to go back. Also, the place is very plain in the sense that it has no atmosphere. It is basically just a bunch of tables next to each other. I would say is not a place to take your date. If you order take-out, make sure to check that everything is in your bag. I walked a mile back to my office only to see that they didn't include the bag with all the pho toppings-- jalapeños, cilantro, sriracha, bean sprouts etc. I just paid $16 for some plain chicken, broth and noodles. When I called up to let them know-- there was neither an offer to deliver the missing items, nor one of a refund. "Oh we'll give you a discount next time." Yeah, there won't be a next time. There's a way to make things good with a customer and a way to lose them. They just lost me. read more

Our first time here and we can't wait to go back. We tried the vermicelli with grilled beef, the beef bahn mi and the pho...all were delicious. Service was fast and super friendly, prices are beyond reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get and the restaurant is quaint and clean. I am a pho fanatic (well, that and ramen- actually any noodle based dish....:)) anyway, this is a consistently good quality, clean, place with reasonable prices. I've also been told that they don't use MSG which is very import for me as it gives me migraines. Their takeout is very fast and now they have a children's pho which is a smaller portion of the adult pho. I also love that they are very fast. I wish they were open on Sundays, but of course I understand that everyone needs a day off! read more

The only place that I have been to that offers vegetarian and seafood Pho...you can request the vegetarian broth to go with your seafood or just have a vegan Pho. Overall great food, extremely friendly service and very good prices.... A great place to eat. read more

Service is so slow - might as well have asked for the check right when you sit down and order just to get it in time. Their pork spring roll doesn't have the typical umph because they skip out on the crunchy wonton skin, cucumber and bean sprouts. Lacking a regular portion of vermicelli for the bun bowl dish. I am new to the area and this was the closest pho to my place. I ordered the seafood combination and their imitation crab pieces are twice as thick as they normally are. I loved how fat and chewy they were. The broth was perfect, tasty, and not too heavy. The price was normal, but the customer service was superb! I ordered Shrimp pho here. I believe it was #17 on the menu. The shrimps still had the shells on them, the pho tasted weird and to top it off I found hair in it. The service was ok that's why I give it two starts. read more
