Ordered their spiciest Level 3 Pho Filet, expecting a fiery challenge, but honestly? It wasn't that bad. Either I've built up my spice tolerance or this level 3 isn't as dangerous as it sounds. The broth was flavorful, the filet was tender, and overall, it was a decent bowl of pho. Nothing to complain about, but nothing that makes me rush back either. If you're in the area and need a bowl of pho, it'll do the job, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. If you're someone who loves spice but doesn't want to sign a waiver before eating, this is a good middle ground. Otherwise, better pho spots exist elsewhere.

Tofu spring rolls were DELICIOUS. The peanut sauce was not too sweet and overall on point

This place was VERY good actually. All the sauces were FILLED with garlic (in a good way), but my mouth was literally BURNING for a few hours after we left... the cilantro sauce was fantastic!! The garlic noodles and prawns didn't disappoint and I really liked the tofu spring rolls!! My friend had the Vermicelli bowl which was also presented beautifully. The restaurant is super clean and the staff is attentive and pleasant. The food came out promptly. Adding this place to my list!

Very spacious and clean restaurant. The staff is so quick and kind. They work hard. As for the food, yummmmm. I ordered the short rib pho. The broth was a little dark but rich. It wasn't salty at all and was very flavorful. The pho comes ợt two ribs and they were very tender. I loved that the pho came with the thick noodles option, which is my preference. As for the shrimp wontons, they were deliclous. I ordered them to be mild but could have totally gone spicy. Looking forward to coming back here.

New place on Main and Beach. Shared parking with other businesses so it might fill up kind of quick. Nice quaint little spot. Staff is attentive so far so good service. I came infor pho but tried something different. I ordered a lemonade, seafood crispy rolls and I'm forgetting the main dish but its a beef slice / small beef patties dish with vermicelli and all the garnishings. This entire meal was refreshingly good, hella tasty! It hit the spot. 9.8/10. I'll be back to try other things.

I like to go to Little Saigon in the Bolsa/Westminster area when craving various types of Vietnamese dishes. However, it's nice to have a few Vietnamese Fusion restaurants in the nearby Huntington Beach area and this is one of them. I used to go to the Vietnamese restaurant "Pho Saigon" that used to be in this building before "Pho HP Vietnamese Kitchen" took over about 2 years ago. I was delighted to find that I knew the co-owner Amy, who is super friendly and warm. She definitely updated the interior to a more modern and brighter feel. The menu has various options for entrees: Pho (rice noodke soup), Vermicelli Salads, and House Garlic Noodles. Good assortment of appetizers with both meat and vegetarian options: including crispy (fried) egg rolls, fresh (non-fried) spring/summer rolls, garlic chicken wings, truffle fries, and a Golden Pear Salad. My son and I recently came and had the Garlic Noodles with Filet Mignon. I had the Beef Pho with Thin Rare Steak and Beef Ball. Both were delicious and tasty. We've taken our non-Vietnamese friends here often and they all love it. Favorites have been the Garlic Noodles with Filet Mignon or with Shrimp. Please do note that the leave the tail and skin on the shrimp -- I love it because it holds even more flavor (but I know some friends who had difficulty de-shelling or eating the shrimp like this). The oxtail soup is great. My friend raved about the Golden Pear Salad, which tasted fresh, crisp and sweet. It had crispy pears, figs, burrata cheese, arugula, honey roasted nuts, and balsamic vinaigrette. Great blend of flavors! Located across from the 5 Points Plaza in the shopping area that has Boudin SF and Zankou Chicken, this is a great choice for a nice Vietnamese Fusion restaurant with bright clean ambience.

I guess this is a thing in OC

I was really looking forward to try their spicy pho, which received tons of rave reviews from the other Yelpers. Alas, my heat tolerance apparently is not up to par compared to a level 2 spiciness. It was too spicy for me to taste the broth, and I had to keep drinking water to put out the fire on my tongue. If I return, I will try either the shrimp or the short rib pho next time.

The criteria for dinner was defined as a place with pho in Huntington Beach that is somewhat coastal. I used to live in this area over 20 years ago. Boy, has it changed in this community. It's amazing that you can now find a Vietnamese restaurant around here. My friend was visiting from Europe and she hasn't been able to find decent pho over there. So Yelp led us to this restaurant and we were pleased with the experience. We came on a Saturday late afternoon. We were waiting for a couple other friends to arrive and so we wandered over to the dollar tree store, which was amusing for my friend and convenient as she needed to pick up a few things. There were just a few other tables occupied. Our server was a very polite and respectful young man. Kudos to him for taking his job seriously and not being rude as I've experienced with many other younger or inexperienced or burnt out servers. My friends were very happy with their selections. We all ordered a different type of entrée. Pho, vermicelli noodles, salad, wings, and shaken beef with garlic noodles. I'd return if in the area again. The kind service made it a pleasant visit. That's pretty rare to come across at some similar restaurants. How refreshing!

Delicious food as always and they are very respectful with requests. Our server was Troy and he was very attentive to our needs. I requested their tasty ginger honey tea without lemon and they made it without! Very nice. Tables and booths are clean and we'll maintained.

Been here 2x. Authentic, have some unique things that may not be available at all places. Great attentive service. Flavors are solid and are solid. My new favorite thing is Bun Cha Ha Noi - it's marinated meat with noodles on the side. I like very savory, meaty things, so this hits the spot with the Viet use of greens and noodles. Friends thought the food was solid, the hotpot pho and other things are unique if that appeals to you, worth a try for sure. Modern decor but casual dining.

    Good

Love space The food here is good, the people are kind, and it's clean. That's why I like this place.

Would probably be good to update the menus or at least include a sign on it that they don't serve alcohol? The fried chicken came plain and were soo crispy! I'm glad the sauces came on the side because we were not a huge fan of them. The sweet garlic somehow tasted like chocolate. Both were pretty thick and sweet. We had actually expected just the usual soup ramen place, but later discovered that, although a view varieties of ramen noodles are offered on their menu, their specialty was in fact the dried version of a bowl of soup ramen noodles, or what our server referred to as a bowl of "reverse" ramen noodles, better known as Mazemen noodles.... sounded really yummy so far as I have always preferred dry noodles to soup ones. So, my wife went ahead and ordered a bowl of spicy California Tonkotsu ramen noodles, and I went with the Saitama Chicken Mazemen noodles..... and some handmade spicy wonton and fried Karaage Chicken on the side. Our food came out pretty fast, super hot, super fresh, and super delicious! I tried some of my wife's soup ramen, and yes, had great flavor... not too salty, and perfectly medium firm ramen noodles. As for my Mazemen noodles....woweee!.... this was my first time trying Mazemen noodles, with a large board on the wall with instructions on how Wadaya's Mazemen noodles should be eaten. When the instructions were followed, I dug straight in and...mmmmm good! The combination of ingredients in the bowl.... peppered ground chicken, scallions, chives, poached egg, minced garlic, fish umami, and seaweed flakes.... when all tossed together just made for an amazingly delicious bowl of noodles! I really loved and enjoyed it so very much! The Chicken karaage and spicy wontons were very delicious too and went great with our noodles. Other than that, very cute and cozy ambiance... like a little Japanese ramen place, service was excellent.. our server was so nice, so friendly, so attentive, and so helpful.... this made for just the perfect lunch! This place may not be as high profiled as other more popular and well known brands of ramen places, but it's definitely one of the best we've ever tried, and we'll definitely be back soon.

To my surprise, it was a good experience that we had. The shop was small, but the staff has a workflow nailed down. The parking was not too terrible on a weekday evening -- I was worried about the warnings, so we parked on the street. When walking to the hotel, I saw that there were many open spaces in the parking lot! We had the chicken cartillage and the calamari for appetizers. The cartillage was good, but portion was quite small. Some additional seasoning/salt would have also made it much better! The calamari was definitely VERY different from other places, but I liked the batter texture. What I loved about the ramen here is that they let you customize from the noodle size, texture, spice level, and the salt level! I always prefer the thicker noodle type, so I found it comforting to be able to request it at no extra charge. Beware there is extra charge for Spice level 4 & 5! I had the Garlic Tonkotsu ramen, which was flavorful and not too salty/creamy. My fiance had the Tan Tan ramen at level 5 spice, which he thought it was not spicy (it was for me!) and not as flavorful as what I ordered. Overall, I would definitely revisit this shop next time I'm in Oahu!
