I waited about 30 minutes and then noticed that people who arrived after me were already seated, so I went in and realized it was more of a first come, first served situation. When you order, they ask whether you want bone in or boneless, and I chose boneless. However, I noticed there was not much meat with the boneless option, which made me feel a bit scammed for the price they are charging. Because I was already full half way into the meal and was having a hard time trying to finish all the food. The noodles didn't look a lot when it first came out but it was A LOT. I guess there's also option if you want thin or thick noodles for more chewy texture. They didn't ask me but mine was the chewy glass noodles. Fresh delicious healthy free range chicken with either mung beans noodles or rice noodles but ultimately it's their flavorful chicken bone broth and house salad with onions that keep customers coming here again and again. They are all very polite and clearly trying their hardest, and the owner was especially friendly. However, they need to hire more help or become more efficient. The wait wasn't super long (~30 mins) but I feel like a lot of the wait was due to inefficiency. For example, we waited quite awhile for someone to take our order as they were all busy doing other things (cleaning tables or serving food). Ambiance: 4 The restaurant is in a strip mall next to Phuoc Loc Tho, which doesn't have a ton of parking but it wasn't too hard to find a spot in the evening.
