We ordered the Bo luc lac (shaken beef w/rice) Amazing flavor you'd expect. Tender cut of meat and most importantly you can taste the wok flavor! 10/10 My wife's favorite Thai tea 10/10 can't beat it. So refreshing oh a hot day. Pho with rare steak, aromatic flavor with a bit of sweetness from the rock sugar. Just wish it had a bit more noodles but maybe I just love rice noodles too much 9.5/10 Pork eggs rolls super delicious!!! Place looks nicer than some of the other restaurants in the area with booth/ chair seating. One of the staff members does speak English. I do like that they provided plenty of vegetables and interestingly they gave us some different veggies for our different entrees. Rare steak pho- the meat was thinly sliced and was tasty. 3.5 stars Located in a super crowded plaza next to Luc Dinh Ky restaurant. The food is ok but at the usual $15 for an entree, I was hoping for yummier tastes. My friend said her hu tieu was a bit "too sweet" and my pan fried noodles was just ok/fine, some of my meats & veggies seemed like they were cooked too long, kind of scorched. Relatively small restaurant with some TVs inside. this place has a lot of different options to choose from, yet I always stick with the bun mam which has seafood and eggplants. the food tastes authentic and comes out quickly. my only gripe about it is that I usually ask for no pork and they tell me (more so push for me to keep the pork) that the pork is good and I should get it. If I wanted the pork I wouldn't be saying anything about it. They accept apple pay. read more

But Thank goodness for Kasey's Pho and Grill in Westminster California which has been a community locals favorite for over ten years. They make everything fresh by hand and never frozen on a daily basis to keep all their kind and generous customers coming back for more every week. They also help the Seniors by accepting EBT Cal Fresh Debit cards. Overall I truly enjoyed their Amazing food options today. Everything was great and they have patio seating outside too. I went around 7 o'clock yesterday. There wasn't anyone inside eating, I usually don't try a restaurant if I don't see people eating. The people were nice the lady offered to help me find what I wanted. I got the shrimp spring rolls, and filet mignon with noodles. It was seasoned well and nice portion size. Still one of our go to restaurants for home made Vietnamese comfort food. Their mi xao gion (fried nest egg noodle with beef, seafood, and vegetables) is still my absolute favorite dish from them. My husband gets their bun thit nuong (vermicelli noodles with barbeque pork and fish sauce) and always raves about the freshness. From the time of calling in our order to coming in and paying, we are always treated with kindness and appreciation of our business. The restaurant is a small mom and pop shop. The Vietnamese Pho restaurant without a number or Vietnamese name. I'm not sure who Kasey is, but I'm happy they have a place named after them. The place isn't very big and kind of reminded me of a New York diner without the barstools. it was very bright and fairly clean which was nice. Service was as you expect a place like this in Little Siagon, short, curt, and efficient. As par for this culture, individual dishes are delivered when they are finished, not altogether so everyone can start eating at the same time. One oddity I've never seen before is silverware was delivered in a cup of hot water. Maybe this is who Kasey is distinguishing themselves from other Pho places? Did they read this in a trade magazine and think this would help prevent the spread of Covid? In reality, it didn't hurt anything, was just, well, different. The food was OK and served the purpose of the moment. Parking was a little hectic as some nail salon was throwing a party hence blocking a few spots, but it didn't suck. Unassuming restaurant but their food is the star.I highly recommend their Sliced beef filet mignon perfectly cooked beef and just right on the amount of spice used that brings out the flavors of the beef and when mixed with the vegetables so comforting to my taste buds. The pho is not salty like the other typical pho restaurant and the steak is not rubbery. Friendly staff who accommodate all your needs. In fact, since our first time to try this place we asked a lady who tells us that her daughter only prefers to eat pho in Kasey's. And so she recommends us the food they usually order. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed! The lady greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately sat us down. My friend and I ordered a few different dishes to experience what they have to offer. We orders the crispy noodles which is a fried noodle with a gravy and vegetables on top that was to die for! Also the fried rice which has shrimp and sausage was amazing and so flavorful. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. This one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have ever been too! The restaurant actually had plastic dividers between each table and all of the staff were wearing masks. The waitress provided disposable chopsticks and napkins in a plastic bag as well as our utensils in a cup of hot water - all of which were thoughtful COVID-19 precautions. Kasey's is a cozy restaurant located on the busy Bolsa Ave, right next to the famous Luc Dinh Ky in the business corner between Bolsa and Bushard. The amount of parking spots in this area is moderate, and the space between each spot is quite narrow. So dinner time may be a challenge for those who want to join here. Most of their foods are good quality. We usually have the rice with either shaken beef or fried salmon, bun mam, hu tieu mi dac biet, ... Bun mang vit is average, cause the meat portion is little, but the salad tastes ok. Service is friendly. Sometimes, our table gets waited by older Viet uncles and grandpas. They are really sweet and always ask if we need something to make our meal taste better. What interesting is they are putting utensils in hot water cups to keep it clean. It does bring a little peace in mind during these times to me and also makes a great unique impression to those who dine in with them in this cozy place. read more

Not sure what happened but the quality of food has decreased a lot. My mom ordered a $13 bowl of bun mam and it only came with bean sprouts as the veggie side dish. There were also barely any noodles in it. It was basically a big bowl of soup. My brother ordered the fried rice and it took so long to come out that the rest of the table had already finished eating their food. The fried rice came out nice and hot, but it was so flavorless and bland. The fried rice here used to be one of my favorites. I ordered banh canh and the soup was slightly salty. read more

Wow it's been awhile since my last review here. was craving some Pho Ap Chao so decided to stop by for a to go order and try it out again. The worker there who took our order was so friendly! He didn't rush us to pay, constantly offered us a seat, and gave us some complimentary chrysanthemum tea while we waited! The food itself was pretty good, still don't like the meat that's in it but the flavor was there and it was a good portion for ~$9. Literally felt like I walked into an Asian house. Super cozy place with great customer service! Was attended to very quickly & since I didn't have any beef about anything, I went for one of my all time faves, Spicy Beef Soup (Bun Bo Hue)! As for taste, the soup was good, refills on water on point, the noodles were slurpy good! Its a standard decent place mixed among the Little Saigon Area!
