Service was good and quick. We ordered six dishes and the best one was the shaken beef. The other dishes were a tad bit on the sweeter side for us.

Hi. I'll get straight to the point. Food was flavorful, yummy, and honestly pretty quick to come out. The service was friendly, welcoming, and sweet. The ambiance was cozy, comfy, with a chill feel. I recommend the garlic noodles with beef. Add some of the soy sauce on the side into the noodles, mix, and boom a delicious comfort meal.

All the dishes we tried here are good, and the staff are quick and friendly. My favorite is the mi xào don.

Great ambience and service here. Good Vietnamese comfort food is hard to find. But Thank goodness for Kasey's Pho and Grill in Westminster California which has been a community locals favorite for over ten years. They make everything fresh by hand and never frozen on a daily basis to keep all their kind and generous customers coming back for more every week. They also help the Seniors by accepting EBT Cal Fresh Debit cards. Overall I truly enjoyed their Amazing food options today. Everything was great and they have patio seating outside too. Nice comfortable clean restroom available for all guests. My Favorite is the roasted pork made to order or as an appetizer. Enjoy the Sunshine of Life. God Bless America

Noodles with a grilled pork and egg rolls. Bún thịt nướng chả giò. Delicious.

This place is especially known for their duck noodle soup. However, everything on their menu is delicious.

It was hard to enjoy the food when there is no A/C especially in this hot weather. I didn't really it my food, it took it for to go because it was so hot. The fan wasn't doing much. Service is wonderful

Very Vietnamese hole in the wall with nice staff and pennywort juice. The pho was just okay but their banh canh was on point. Could've used more noodle but the meat portions were generous. Broth was good too. Solid Vietnanese squeezed orange juice. Plenty of parking and seating on a Sunday morning.

The food was good. Service was fast. But This place has no AC. It felt like a sauna. I realized most asian restaurants do not turn on their AC. Made my dining experience meh. But I will come back again to try other dishes in the winter.

Unassuming restaurant but their food is the star.I highly recommend their Sliced beef filet mignon perfectly cooked beef and just right on the amount of spice used that brings out the flavors of the beef and when mixed with the vegetables so comforting to my taste buds. The pho is not salty like the other typical pho restaurant and the steak is not rubbery. Friendly staff who accommodate all your needs. In fact, since our first time to try this place we asked a lady who tells us that her daughter only prefers to eat pho in Kasey's. And so she recommends us the food they usually order. Therefore, the verdict is in this restaurant made it in my go to Vietnamese restaurant list every time we're near this area.

    Silverware served in hot water??

The Vietnamese Pho restaurant without a number or Vietnamese name. I'm not sure who Kasey is, but I'm happy they have a place named after them. The place isn't very big and kind of reminded me of a New York diner without the barstools. it was very bright and fairly clean which was nice. Service was as you expect a place like this in Little Siagon, short, curt, and efficient. As par for this culture, individual dishes are delivered when they are finished, not altogether so everyone can start eating at the same time. One oddity I've never seen before is silverware was delivered in a cup of hot water. Maybe this is who Kasey is distinguishing themselves from other Pho places? Did they read this in a trade magazine and think this would help prevent the spread of Covid? In reality, it didn't hurt anything, was just, well, different. The food was OK and served the purpose of the moment. Parking was a little hectic as some nail salon was throwing a party hence blocking a few spots, but it didn't suck. Overall, there are better places in little Saigon, but if you're hungry and not picky, this place is OK.

The chicken was crispy and the dipping sauce gave it that extra yummy goodness. The dish also came with a side of broth that had chicken bits in it, was nice to help digest your dish. I also loved that they gave you pickled veggies & fresh veggies. We also ordered the Loi's Fusion Saltado, upgraded the rice to garlic egg fried rice. The beef was soft and tender, the fries were nice and crispy and the fried rice was fresh. You 100% need to get the Thai Tea. A lot of place add too much cream/half and half diluting the tea flavor, they do not skimp on the actual tea in their drink. The color speaks for itself on the dark orange hue!

Not sure if it was just that night or if it's how their rice is always cooked, but the rice was on the drier side so I had pour soup on my rice or else it was too dry. Service was okay. I would give them another try. Maybe for their noodle soup dishes.
