I have been to this place 2-3 times now. I really like the goi xoai nghieu (mango salad w/baby clams). I have tried this specialty dish at other restaurants. No where else can make it as good as here. It was packed with flavors. The baby clams didn't even have any frozen taste. Once I started eating it, I felt like I couldn't stop hahha it was that addictive. I have also tried the pho from here. Price was decent and portion was decent. The first time, the pho was broken. The broth was not that hot. Recently, I tried the pho again. It was a whole different story. It came out piping hot. The broth was delicious and the noodles were perfect. The shrimp fried rice was not that bad. It was a bit oily, but pretty tasty. Shrimps were small in size. The portion was also pretty small for the price, imo. I wouldn't order it again. This is the first one star review I've ever written. My mom and I checked this place out for the first time during lunchtime. It seems like a place for large events and parties, and much of the menu appears to be food for drinking. Service was a little unfriendly, even by Vietnamese mom-and-pop shop standards. The establishment also smelled of cigarette smoke (although I didn't see anyone smoking, so maybe it was cigarette smoke that came in from outside the establishment). The food took a really long time to be served--we waited 35 minutes, and I could see several other tables also waited for a while. One table of two that came in at the same time as we did, waited 50 minutes for their hot pot (lẩu). The staff did apologize for the long wait. We ordered one Pho Ga Dac Biet (bone-in chicken pho) and one Bun Cha Ca Thanh Long. The pho broth tasted like the complimentary soup (canh) that comes with com tam (broken rice) at com tam restaurants. The portion of chicken was quite small and dry. The nuoc mam ngot (sweet fish sauce) that came with the bun cha ca Thanh long was very watered down. The mắm nêm that came with the bun cha ca did not taste like mắm nêm or mắm ruốc; as my mom said, we had no idea what it was. The fish was fishy and was not seasoned in the way that we expected bún chả cá to be seasoned. Pros are that the decorations are very cute. Restaurant is spacious and clean. Came here after shopping around at the Asian Garden Center with some family. Absolutely loved how beautiful the place was decorated for the new years, all the nights, decor, and bright lanterns. It was stunning! We immediately got seated down for a party of 7 and the waiter was extremely welcoming and nice! I decided to get the vietnamese coffee, and it was amazing, however a lot of ice, so i'd recommend asking for light ice next time. I also got the Pho and it was flavorful and very fulfilling. My dad got the seafood fried rice and it was incredible flavorful, so many seasoning, and lots of seafood in it! It came out steaming hot! The only problem is that it's tough to have more than one function here at any time because the stage is shared. Went to this place for meetings with friends and found out the service and the foods were excellent. So I did have my birthday party here last few weeks for 30 people on a Thursday and they have live music and all of my guests loved the foods, not only that the bill came out unbelievable decent. I couldn't have found a better place for my perfect rainy days!! The portions are incredible!! I ordered the Pho Dac Biet large and it is delicious!! The meats are all cooked to perfection and allow enough texture to blend in beautifully with the fresh sprouts and other ingredients for a mixture of YUM!! The spring rolls are so beautifully I almost felt guilty, eating them, but they were so delicious that I had to refresh peanut sauce will make you eat all of them. We stopped by this restaurant after arriving in Los Angeles for lunch. There are many restaurants in the Bolsa area, but this one could accommodate our large group. The restaurant was pretty empty during lunch hours, but we wanted to give it a try after our long flight to California. The waitress is young and not too friendly. We went ahead and ordered our food and drinks. The food was mediocre for the asking price. We did not finish the ordered food since the taste was not to our liking. In Little Saigon where you're surrounded by competing restaurants and cramped parking lots, you've got to entice customers that you're worth am opportunity. Our party of 8 tried this place at 9:30am on a Saturday morning. We were one of 2 tables and the server (albeit impressively memorizing our orders) barely sauntered over after we waved at her a few times. The food came out less than hot. Borderline. So when you're halfway through your bowl of pho, it's lukewarm. Not a good slurp. The oxtail pho barely had any good chewing on the bone. The bun cha Hanoi was mediocre according to my party member. I hardly ever post, but please avoid this place at all cost Monday morning, I really want some Duck Balut eggs, so I planned to take 2 hours drive from Burbank to Westminster. I used their online ordering system to order ahead so when I get there, the food is ready I didn't have any problem until I've waited for almost 2 hours and have no updates on my order AT ALL I called them and asked, they told me the item I requested was out of stock. I also kindly asked them to cancel the order, which they promised they would, and they never did. I have to contact support on the system that they use for online ordering, the support said they cancelled the order but the refund was pending, I have to access the system and click on "resolution" to choose refund method and there is no option for sending money back to my card that I used to make the purchase. I wouldn't plan to come back to this place anymore why do I need a "merchant credit" which is ridiculous. If they do this to everyone, they would get pay for doing absolutely nothing, this place should be taken down. TLDR: I ordered from Pho 2 To, Employees said item out of stock, promised to refund but never did, contacted support and still didn't get the refund. The place is more upscale in decor than the last restaurant and it's way cleaner but the ambiance still noisy since there are groups of three or more are mainly guys hanging out having meal with their drinking buddies. Disappointed that they don't have fried sweet potato with prawns but they do have bun Cha Ha Noi and we also ordered mi quang. Food was ok ,not the best I have eaten but price was decent. Went for lunch on a Sunday. This place serves a fairly large menu of staple food and exotic snacks with average prices. Beers are only $2.50 while iced coffee is $4.75. A couple young people in the wait staff was very professional and helpful. He suggested 2 most popular dishes, Cha Ca Hanoi and Canh Bun Rieu Cua. Cha ca Hanoi was authentic with bites of catfish marinaded in tumeric and fried, served on a hot plate, about $14. It was very close to the traditional dish served in the famous place, Cha Ca La Vong, in Hanoi, but without frying the fish in a pot of pork fat over a hot charcoal stove at the table, which can be smoky and smelly. Note that this Northern dish is not served with the fishy herb (la vap), but with other aromatic Northern herbs. Can Bun Rieu Cua was sumptuous with pork shank, snails, blood curls, tofu ect, but the broth is pork bones typical of Southern and Chinese tastes, not made with crab broth as original Northern dish. It's still a good deal $14. This place has a small stage for karaoke nights which can be annoying with bad home-made singers. A dozen old men were out front drinking, smoking talking loudly. Guests inside were also talking loudly. It's a good place for quick bites of above-average Vietnamese food. It's not a good place for quiet, upscale dinners with polite guests. read more

Came here with some friends on a weekend afternoon and this place was packed. We ordered the Pho Dac Biet, Vietnamese iced coffee, summer rolls, snails in a coconut basil broth, corn and shrimp skin and thinly cut grilled octopus and razor clams. The thing with this location is they feature some really exclusive seafood items like the clams, snails and octopus. Seafood itself is really fresh, prepared well and the sauces are amazing. The octopus came with this spicy chili homemade sauce that was delicious. Great place to bring your friends and family. They have high ceilings and large tables.
