This little restaurant has very limited seat. Menu is very simple two page. This probably family own and try to thrive in Bay Area. Price is in the medium range. One of the best things for sure is the Banh Mi. We got the pork belly banh mi. The bread is definitely crispy and the pork quality is good. We also got the Vietnamese crepe with shrimp. The shrimp is no head but the shell still there. I think even the Vietnam sell this way but for America the shrimp need to loose the shell. I got the Banh Canh Cha Ca. It is a clear broth with crab cake, fish cake and more. Great for cold day food.

Food was amazing!! Had the vermicelli dish & everything else we tried was 10/10 Will definitely be back

Absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. The dishes tasted authentic and comforting, just like true Saigon home-style cooking. The restaurant has a clean, cozy vibe, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Portion sizes were generous and the prices were great for the quality. Highly recommend this place if you're craving amazing Vietnamese food!

When we were there, the AC was not working, they put on a portable AC and they didn't have sugar cane that day. So it was kind of disappointed. However, the food was good. I had a S1 Banh Xeo pan cake. It got shrimp, slice pork belly, bean sprout. I warpped the pan cake in lettuce with fresh herbs. It was very tasty. We also had B5 pork belly Banh mi. Their special spread in the bun made the sandwich tasted unique and delicious. The seafood udon soup N2 was also good. Especially the crab meatball. It's the highlight of the whole bowl. The service, the pricing was reasonable. I can't wait to try their other dishes and banh mi next time.

Service was fast, food was pretty decent. Not the best I've ever had, but not bad. I would go again.

Beautiful and clean interior! Staff were friendly and nice and they even gave me some chili oil when I asked! The vermicelli was delicious coming from someone who's been eating it her whole life authentically.

I was craving some pho and my usual go-to spot was closed so I decided to check this place out. Y'all... this place is amazing! The food was so delicious, the restaurant itself is small but very cozy, and I just loved it. I got the Thai tea and we tried a few different types of pho and they were all incredible. If you're looking for your new favorite pho spot, look no further!!

The servers were very polite and attentive. They introduced themselves and asked us what we would like to drink. We kindly told them this was our first time so we'd like to look over the menu. We both got taro boba tea the ordered after looking over the menu. The chicken pho, beef pho, and bánh mì was delicious, very filling and addicting. My brother got the shrimp spring roll and he loved it. The taro boba tea was ok, but I'm use to having more condense milk in mine (teehee). They are very hospitable, family orientated and are health concious, they have alkaline water from Japan and no msg in their food. The ambiance is fresh, made us feel right at home, nice and cozy.

Gonna be honest as a viet this food was average and more so a 3.5/5. Service and everything else is 5/5 portions were great too. The spring rolls lacked meat. The meat itself lacked seasoning. The fish sauce was good. Plenty of noodles and veggies not complaining there. Inside is small and played nice bolero vietnamese music.

My husband and I loved this place. We drove forty minutes out of the way during rush hour traffic, because I saw online that it's listed in the top ten Best Pho in Tampa, and the food did not disappoint. We had two different pho bowls, egg rolls, spring rolls, two Thai teas with boba, and a passion fruit milk tea with rainbow jellies. The warmth and hospitality of this cozy little restaurant is unmatched. We were promptly served by the owner himself, and when we mentioned we have an upcoming trip to Vietnam this summer, we had a long chat about the countries history, things to be aware of, and things to do. We will most definitely be back very soon, and I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thank you for having us!

Very clean and friendly small restaurant! I tried the chicken pho which was a generous portion with fresh ingredients. I also had a Thai milk tea that was on the sweet side for me, but really balanced the flavors of pho. Excited to try the crepe and fresh rolls on future visits!

The customer service was great very attentive and fast . chicken was hard and chewy not edible and the noodles were a little too starchy for me and seemed slightly undercooked. The pork and rice was very plain with no veggies, which was disappointing since my kid actually loves her veggies The spring rolls arrived cold and hard and came with fish sauce; peanut sauce is available, but you have to ask for it. We also tried the vanilla bubble waffle with cookies & cream ice cream. The waffle itself was fresh, a good size, and comes with two toppings we opted for fruit. Unfortunately, the ice cream tasted stale and freezer-burned, so Id skip the ice cream scoop They do have a huge variety on the menu, so I may come back and try a few different dishes next time.

The service was great, Delane my waitress took my order and checked in on me at the right intervals of time to see if I needed anything. The manager "chino Jay" also warmly greeted me and made me feel welcome. I requested some extra "beef tendon" for my Pho and he quickly responded to fulfill my request. Speaking of PHO: The pho was excellent -- rich, clear broth with plenty of tender beef, fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and that perfect balance of savory and brightness. Exactly what you want in a big bowl of pho. The grilled short ribs plate was another standout. Beautifully charred, flavorful meat served with a fried egg, yellow rice, fresh cucumber, tomato, pickled veggies, and a solid dipping sauce. Everything on the plate worked together. The bánh mì was fresh and well-built -- crisp baguette, good filling, plenty of pickled carrot/daikon, cucumber, and cilantro. No sogginess, just solid execution. They even got the Vietnamese iced coffee right -- strong, sweet, and properly iced in a big glass mug. Portions are generous, the food tastes authentic, and the place feels clean and welcoming. If you're craving real Vietnamese food, Pho 813 delivers. Will definitely be back.

I visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and found that the selection was pretty much exactly the same both times, The pho is only on weekends, dry noodles and meat are pre-portioned into bowls, and the broth wasn't hot enough to properly warm the meat or soften the noodles, leaving them on the dry side instead of tender...I couldn't finish my bowl The bánh xèo was nice and crispy but quite oily and only had 1-2 pieces of shrimp. Some dishes were flavorful and fresh, while others seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and weren't kept hot enough. The standout dishes for me were the rice congee, bánh cuốn, chicken wings, and the caramelized fish. Those were well done and the reason I'd consider coming back. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive. Overall, it's worth trying at least once if you're curious about a Vietnamese buffet, but compared to many of the excellent Vietnamese restaurants in the Tampa Bay area, I still prefer ordering freshly made dishes over the buffet. I live in Miami where there isn't much Vietnamese food but my parents moved to Pinellas Park only a few minutes away from this restaurant so I was super excited to visit and go with them! Vietnamese buffets are not a common business model, and from other types of buffets you know that sometimes the quality can suffer, but Quan Ngon strikes a great balance between quality but also diverse options from many subtypes of Vietnamese cuisine. I won't be able to go into everything I tried (that would be a novel) but I will hit some of the highlights: - Grilled pork with broken rice: pork was marinated well, savory and sweet with a nice chargrilled taste, great with the rice + eggs + scallion oil or even by itself - Curry chicken: tastes very similar to how I remember my family does it, light but a bit creamy and with tender chicken and potatoes - Braised clay pot fish (but it's buffet style so served in a warming tray): savory, a bit sweet, tender fish that goes well with rice to soak up all the sauce - Fish sauce wings: not a super traditional dish but it's popping up all over modern Vietnamese restaurants now, slightly crisp outside juicy inside with a delicious savory sweet just salty enough glaze - Dessert (Che) bar: I'm not a huge fan of Vietnamese desserts, but I have to admit their row of Vietnamese desserts are well cooked, and sweet but not too sweet (also approved by my Vietnamese parents so you know it's legit!) For the price, the Quan Ngon Bistro buffet is more than worth it; for not too much above the price of a single entree at most other restaurants, you get to try a generous array of well made dishes. Whether you are native Vietnamese or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, I'd definitely recommend stopping by!
