We've had their Viet specialities time and time again and they're always delectable. Today I strayed from their core competencies and ordered Green Curry. Got red curry instead. I dont mind red curry, I love red curry, and love to have it, but not when it's been thickened with something disgusting, tastes primarily of the thickener, hardly any coconut milk, was salty, and had rubbery chicken. Sent it back, hoping the green curry would be better. No improvement. Lesson learned, but my advice to the owners...if you're going to offer basic Thai curries as part of your house specialties, make sure they taste good! Advice to myself and others....stick to the Vietnamese dishes...those don't disappoint or leave a bad taste in the mouth. read more

just kinda average fare, altho I did not order a 'pho' or viet specialty and settled for a typical chickn dish, best to do when trying a new place and you are hungry and dont want to be hungry when you leave the place. Went for lunch and the pho was fairly good. Prefer the pholicious in the KOP mall as I like their egg noodles. The serving size is bigger than the KOP one, almost too big as I didn't finish it all versus pholicious where the serving size is just right. The place here is clean and parking is sizable. This restaurant is fine. Soup was ok but not perfect for me though. Tendons were ok but need more work lol. Fatty flanks are too fat. Meat balls are fine just need more work. Everything was fine but didn't reach my fav requirements. But good for someone who loves pho very much. read more

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. My wife and I ordered two apps and two orders of pho (I got the chicken pho). Needless to say 15 mins goes by with no apps then finally our waiter came over and said they lost our order in the computer. He needed our order again. He would have had it if he wrote it down. Then our apps came and the veg. spring rolls had meat and shrimp in them. Not what we asked for. They had o go back. Then my chicken Pho came out and was actually pretty good. Pho here is good, not great. Consistency is the same (we've been 4-5x now) so you know what you're going to get. The broken rice is very good, and the meat is marinated and cooked well. Place could be cleaner, and ambiance is basically a renovated diner (not nicer or more hip, just changed a bit to look "Asian"). Overall a solid 3star joint- reliable and decent for the slightly high price they are charging for pho. Good for a Wednesday night date not Friday or if you're trying to impress someone. read more

I was ordering for my son so I really not decided that fast. My husband and I were anxious to try this new Vietnamese Thai Chinese Restaurant, so we went for dinner last Saturday night. It did not disappoint, food was amazing. Last night we tried this place and the food and service were not bad. Tried the Pho deluxe which was pretty tasty but we've had better in other places. Also tried the beef banh mi which was spicy but good (need to check for those peppers next time!). We also had the honeydew bubble tea which was good although again, we've had better in other places. First and last time . The pho is pricey and wasn't that good . The service was bad takes forever for the foods to come out. The store need music or tv not just dead quiet where you feel like you are just sitting there waiting for your food to come out. I ordered takeout for the 2nd time and my wife and I were delighted again with my selections. We ordered the Chicken Pho Soup, the Hawaiian Fried Rice, and the Pad Thai Chicken. They separate some of the noodles and accompaniments for takeout so you may want to ask them what goes with what if you are unsure. Everyone was delicious, quality meets value. I called the restaurant to tell them we really enjoyed their meal. When my husband and I lived in Norristown, we ate here almost once a week. We really loved it. The Thai tea is great, and we love everything we've ordered. The golden bags and the chinese pancake are my favorite appetizers. My husband loves the pho and the vermicelli with lemongrass is my favorite. We even went once with my father in law who has dietary issues, and they were very accommodating. Great place. read more

I have been coming here for about 6 months now and I have yet to have a bad meal!! Everything, and I do mean everything, is prepared fresh and tastes amazing. From the appetizers (best crispy spring rolls with fish sauce) to the Pho soups to the vermicelli dishes to the bubble teas! And the owner and staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. I ordered for two friends who have shell fish allergies and wanted the vermicelli and they took extra care to make sure the dishes were prepared separately so there would be no chance of contamination. We were craving pho, but our normal place was closed for the week. We drove by and decided to try the pho here. This place seemed run down, and. closed at first coming into the parking lot. We walked in only to see that it was just as badly kept inside. It wasn't clean by any means, and had reusable plastic chopsticks. The floors were weirdly sticky and it looks like the employees never learned to properly clean. The pho options seemed alright, even though they were stingy with the noodles, and the brisket was severely overcooked. We had to ask for a fork, and got an attitude from the waiter, like it was our fault the restaurant is too cheap to buy wooden chopsticks, and eating their pho was nearly impossible. My gf was disgusted by half the meat in her pho and neither of us cared for the broth too much, even with adding everything into it. I would not recommend this place if you are having a pho craving, go to pho thai nam if you want some quality service and food. read more

I really wanted to like this place more because the guy working there was so nice and I liked the place, but I didn't love the food. It smelled like pho the second we walked in so I had high hopes. We went here for pho, and it wasn't my favorite. It lacked the certain specific seasonings and special tastes I find in other pho. It tasted too plain. The beef what rough and hard to chew, and I didn't like how long the pieces were for soup. No amount of hoisin sauce changed it. We also ordered general tso chicken and maybe this was my mistake for ordering this from a restaurant that begins with "pho". But it wasn't very good. The portion was also pretty small for the price. We also got a Chinese pancake which was pretty good and the dipping sauce that came with it was great. They do offer many smoothies and bubble teas and while we didn't get any, other people did and they looked delish! I wouldn't come back here for pho but maybe to try a smoothie. read more

This place was one of our go-to spots but the last few times the service has been terrible. We kept going back because it's the closest place to us that serves pho. Both waiters were inattentive and one (the guy who is always there) was very rude. My husband who always tips 20% because he has worked in the food industry suggested we tip 10%.
