    Delicious!!

This is a renovated Viet Restaurant and I believe a new name to it from the last time I visited. The counter is splashed with white marble decor and everything looked clean. The grilled beef vermicelli was amazing!! It was better than I thought!! The beef is marinated first before cooking it. With every bite, I was in awed. I could eat this meal everyday or every week!!! The rest of the meal complimented each other. The place is large and can accommodate lots of groups. Lots of parking in front of it too!! Yes, I will definitely go back!!!

Not your typical pho place, this restaurant is very modern and beautiful, very trendy remodelling to keep up with the area. The house tea is very unique not the typical green tea we usually expect at Pho. It's very floral with a hint of sweetness similar to lychee. It's something found at a tea house and not complimentary at Pho. They offer it iced and hot. Found out afterwards, it's a special Pandan leaf tea which they sell at the front counter for $9/lb. The amazing sweet floral bag scented the car and I'm regretting not buying more since we're not near this place. The beef pho is decent, in the quantity and quality of meat for the price. The soup broth isn't overly salted with msg either. We ordered #5 & 6, and we both got perfect noodles, hot broth and enough beef to be satisfied. The condiments are standard hoisin, siracha, chili oil and a bonus of pickled garlic slices and hot banana peppers. Generous side plate of fresh bean sprouts, two lime wedges and big sprigs of Thai basil was also offered. The dessert options are interesting, the fresh combo has Pandan jelly cubes, julienned coconut flesh, slices of Jack fruit, lychee and Logan pieces. Once ordered they ask if you want fresh durian to be added in and then coconut milk is poured in. If you're a fan of the tropical fresh fruit and coconut milk then this is a must try! Requested the durian be added in, and it's probably maybe a tablespoon worth dolloped in, but my partner said it was too potent to taste anything else afterwards. Service was friendly, food came quickly enough though it was on the relaxed pace for a lunch rush, but no issues. Wound highly recommend this place and re visit agin .

Pho Lan family-run business with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere is Your New Go-To for Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine near Vaughan Mills and Canada's Wonderland. Enjoy rich and flavourful Pho that is made with a slow-simmered broth, spicy Bun Bo Hue, Hanoi-Style Vermicelli and more! Pho. Everything is prepared with fresh, premium ingredients. It was my first time trying Bun Bo Hue and now I am obsessed! We loved the food there and will definitely go back again when we're near the area. Their staff are very attentive and friendly. They offer plenty of parking spaces.

We had Phở Đặc biệt, Goi Mango, Nem Cua Be and che Thai. All were delicious. Service was excellent.

This location was previously a Pho Mi and it looks like they have changed ownership. Fully renovated the interior is now modern and airy. Menu has all the usuals, pho, bun, rice dishes etc. They also do hotpot. Prices start at 16.50 for a regular size and about a buck more for a large. Buns start at 14.95 but most are in the $16.95 region. What was ordered: Grilled Chicken Bun with spring roll Rare Beef and Beef Ball Pho - regular size The verdict? Portion sizes are good! Flavour? Broth has MSG and broth itself was unremarkable. Service was decent but it wasn't busy when we went.

Delicious lunch! Serving good to share for two. Had a che dessert to finish the meal - not too…read moresweet but satisfy the sweet craving

Tips: - This place takes debit and cash only…read more - The hot tea is scorching hot. A couple of Wednesdays ago, after work, I had an early dinner at this Pho Anh Vu on Highway 7 in Vaughan, between Keele and Jane streets. I have passed by this eatery a number of times since it opened. It was time to check it out. This location used to be Veg Italiano. There used to be a pho place a few doors down. It is now a Turkish eatery. This small plaza does have some turnover. However, the Turkish place and this eatery have been here for at least a couple of years. I hope they remain. I got here at around 3:30 pm. I had no problem finding a parking spot. I backed into a vacant one and walked in. I was immediately greeted by a male staffer. I got to sit wherever I wanted. I chose a booth by the window. I got menus to peruse. There were two other tables with customers. It was nice. Hot tea came to me with two cups. The hot tea was exceptionally piping hot. I used both cups to pour tea into them and let them cool. I was ready to order. It took a long time to get a server to come over. The woman at the counter noticed that I was ready and flagged the male server to take my order. I got these items: - Soda lemonade - Grilled chicken on vermicelli with spring rolls My soda lemonade came first. It was fizzy, cold, and refreshing. I loved it so much. I would get it again in a heartbeat. It also helped me down my food as I waited for my hot tea to cool down. When my tea was finally at a temperature that wouldn't scorch my tongue, it was fragrant and yummy. I loved the grilled chicken. It was flavourful and grilled to perfection. The vermicelli was generous and yummy. The spring rolls were stuffed and crispy. This dish came with dipping sauce that I ended up pouring on everything. I feel that I needed more of it. I paid at the counter with a debit card. I tapped and was good. This eatery got busy after 4 pm. My guess is that everyone came to watch the Canada-Switzerland FIFA game. It got tense in the place. Eventually, Canada lost this game. I used the washroom before I left. It was beautiful and clean. It's a decent location that serves good food. The tea was too hot. Service started off slow, but was a lot better once my order was place. I'd love to return to try more items off the menu. (280)

It's been a good run at this local staple…read more Pho Metro is one of the more well-known pho spot in Vaughan with tasty flavors, fast service and large portions. Ever since I discovered the spicy Curry Brisket Pho ($20.95), it has always been my go-to dish here all year-round. As creamy and thick as the broth appears, the intense Thai coconut curry flavours are perfect to slurp down in this modern fusion dish. We always order Pho Nam (XL $21.50) as well and both come loaded with a heaping portion of brisket slices in the piping hot noodle soup. From time-to-time, we also add the Banh Xeo savoury egg pancake which arrives on a huge plate even larger than the noodle bowls. Presented with a heap of greens & herbs, the crispy golden crepe is light and filled with bits of shrimp, pork, onions & bean sprouts. This is wrapped with the lettuce leaf for crunchy and refreshing bites. The menu prices have slowly but steadily increased over the past couple of years. There is still cash discount available. Not much has changed with the decor over the years in this spacious but dated restaurant interior. Service is always kind, fast and kid-friendly which is nice for young families. Skip it or hit it? I admit we don't visit as often as we used to all factors considered but boy that Curry Brisket Pho is something I crave.

Shrimp and Pork Rice Paper Rolls - The shrimp, pork, and lettuce were wrapped on the very outside, but the inside was just fully stuffed with rice noodles. I had to take out most of the noodles, otherwise I would have been too full. Chicken Wings - Just those standard, regular friend chicken wings. By the way I didn't see any sticky rice that was mentioned on the menu? House Special Noodle Soup - Meat lovers' choice. I'm not a big fan of pho (always feel like there's too much MSG in it), so I can't really give a fair review on this one. Service was good. Overall, it was a pretty average dining experience - nothing really special. Vietnoms has gotten so popular these days that I don't make an attempt to go on the weekends prime…read moretime as there is often a wait or you may get a cramped seat at the counter if you don't want to wait as long. Best to go on weekdays to get a better chance for seating. Recently tried a couple new items on their off menu including the curry beef noodle (fried egg noodles on top), these crispy triangle shaped rolls (forgot the name) maybe pork and crap roll? Then followed up with something I've gotten before the dry chicken pho noodle salad. The curry beef with the crispy egg noodles reminds me of khao soi though there is less of a coconut flavour and more salty and savoury. I don't usually have curry Vietnamese style so I didn't know what to expect. But we found it a little too salty and also I personally prefer my curry a little sweeter like Japanese or coconut-ish like Thai or HK style curries. It's good, just not to our palate. It's a generous portion so we took it home and actually used the remaining curry broth to make a tasty stew with other ingredients and a touch of marinara sauce and it turned out really tasty! The crispy triangles rolls we had were fantastic and I like the side of fresh greens with it. Dry chicken pho noodle salad is always good. I like that they provide the broth of beef balls on the side so you can always enjoy it with the broth if you like. I think the extra broth with beef balls only happens for dine-in though because I have taken out that same dish before and I don't remember them including the extra broth on the side. The other time we also tried their shaking beef (comes with a fried egg on top) with rice and ordered the tapioca seafood and pork noodle soup - look through my later photos for reference. I don't think we'll order the shaking beef again but the tapioca noodle soup would be in rotation. Love that they are always experimenting with different dishes and I'm always excited to try something new here from their off-menu dishes.

I've seen all the rave reviews for this place And…read moreI really wanted to give it a 5 star or at least a 4 star rating But I have settled on a 3 star rating, only because the 2 male employees (1 looking like the owner) were phenomenal and gave excellent service. However The food I ordered didn't live up to the hype. We ordered 1. The sizzling meat plate with baguette 2. Banh Mi Dip (beef banh mi with a soup dip) 3. Small fried spring rolls Now, maybe I came in with overly high expectations. I've seen some reviews raving about these menu items But I was very disappointed in the dishes. The sizzling meat plate was actually not sizzling and was Luke warm. (Although flavours were not bad). The banh mi sandwich was kinda soggy even without dipping yet. And The fried spring rolls tasted like they were bought and frozen and not handmade. (I could be wrong but if I am, then that's even worse) All in all I won't be back, sorry But If you do go, maybe you will have a better experience with the food 3 stars is the best I can give, given it is a local spot and deserves all the support from Yelpers. Sorry again, just not my cup of tea, (literally)
