The service used to be not great but everyone has been so friendly and efficient when I go in to pick up as I typically order online. I was also very happy to see how busy they were the last several times as well. It is also a great place to quietly work during breakfast while other places can be so loud!

BUT the Dolomite (their "Italian" hero), which is the simple, yet complex sandwich that ALL sandwich shops should be judged on, was just fine, and I ended up only eating half of it. Specifically, the inappropriately sesame-seeded bread was too airy & fluffy. The cold cuts were sliced too thickly, and densely piled together into a brick-like slab of meats. It all added up to a sandwich, although carefully made, didn't really satisfy my soul the way a good sandwich should. Unfortunately, I've had the same experience at their shop in Fort Collins, so maybe this style of very pretty, but vapid sandwiches are just not my jam.
