So my wife were in town for a few days we decided to try some Vietnamese food as we love it. We ordered Bo luc lac- Essentially really tender, ribeye meat in a garlic sauce with onions, bell pepper peppers the meat was kind of chewy and tough. 7/10 we also ordered some spring rolls.- pork and shrimp. They were not bad they were decent.! 8/10. But we really loved their. Bank mi- thit noung ? Marinated pork. Vietnamese sandwich. it was amazing! 10/10 we liked them so much. We came by the next day grab two more on our way to the beach. So if you're ever in the Lincoln city area and you are craving Vietnamese I think this might be the place for you.. the service was good, the young lady that took care of us was very nice and friendly. We stopped by a little after they opened on a Sunday and there were only few other people dining. There was only one person/server working, and while the service was speedy and the food came out relatively quick, the server was wearing AirPods in both ears the entire time, which did feel a little unprofessional. We ordered the B1 pho and it was really good! The broth was flavorful and the meat was delicious! I'm glad they opened up this pho place - I don't remember it being here the last time we visited Lincoln City. A great, warm start to the chilly beach day! I can't choose 3.5*, so I'll just round up. The place is new in town and they serve really delicious and flavorful pho, I would totally order that again. We also had the regular bun bowl with pork and shrimp and that one, even though fresh, didn't hit the spot. The fish sauce was lacking flavor, I was missing the daikon radish and the pork was really chewy. Neither the pork or the shrimp had the deep lemongrass flavor I was looking for. We were also certainly surprised about the price, $20+ for a bowl of pho is definitely on the super high end. This is definitely not an affordable lunch spot, especially if you come with a larger family. Service was excellent and there is plenty of parking in the parking lot. read more

We arrived around 8pm and they mentioned that they were only doing take-out. Which is totally fine since it was mentioned before we ordered and paid. Our cashier was very sweet and patient while we sat down and looked at the menu. We ordered a banh mi and rice dish which came out very fast, around 10 minutes. The ambiance is very clean with lots of seating. I can see it being nice for couples, small groups, or large groups. Cơm Đặc Biệt 4/5 Everything was cooked well and flavorful but it felt like it was missing some key elements. There was no fish sauce, which I feel like an important part of this dish. Not sure if this is different for dine-in though. The portion was on the smaller side considering the price ($24). It's pretty pricey even by Seattle standards IMO. We have been waiting for this place to open in the strip mall by Safeway for months! They had their grand opening last weekend and my kid and the BFF tried to go but there was a long wait so they gave up and went to sushi. Determined, last night (5/2) we gave it another shot and called in takeout at 6:00ish. They estimated 45-60 minutes to get food ( it was more like 90) but we aren't mad, just happy to have them. We got pho ga ( chicken), pho chin nam ( beef things), grilled pork spring rolls, and a grilled pork banh mi. Everything was fresh and delicious. The peanut sauce with the salad rolls was really good.The pork in the rolls was a little chewy. I liked my banh mi a lot, the baguette was lovely, but it could have used a little more meat and there was no daikon radish which is my favorite part. I think we will be frequenting this place a lot. We love pho. A few locals have commented on the cost, pho is around $20-22, banh mi was $12, but I think that is just how things are between the economy and being in a tourist beach town. ( shrug). This pho spot is excellent! The waitress was very nice and attentive. The interior looked new and clean -- it turned out they have been open for just over 3 months. It's location Ed right next to Safeway and a bunch of other shops, quite convenient. Now, the food. Of course we had phos here. And it was great! I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was for a random spot we found (well, we did search on Yelp and saw the good reviews yo come here) in a small town. The broth was very flavorful. The meat cuts were mostly great, except the tendon - that one could use a few more hours to soften to the melt-in-the-mouth level, it was still a bit chewy. The veggies were very fresh, tasted great with the pho. Overall I would def come back whenever I am in town. I hope it will keep everything clean as it ages, and keep up the good service. read more

It was such a lovely place. Very spacious and great lighting. We were able to seat ourselves because it wasn't busy at all! Everything came out within 15 minutes. The Pho itself was perfect, along with the spring rolls. The broth wasn't too hot, so it was ready to eat! The peanut sauce that went along with the Spring Rolls was so delicious. Love this place! I think the vacant strip mall should become a food court with Pho at the top, and bring in other cuisines such as Ethiopian, Peruvian, Goan, Yemani, the whole world. Then take the vacant parking spots for food carts and farmer's market for diy kitchens. Maybe even some puppet theaters and open air classes. read more

The food overall is good. The stew and bánh mi were tasty. The pho seemed fresh but the broth had a flavor I'm not used to compared to Los Angeles restaurants. Four stars for taste and location but not a fifth because the prices are much higher than I'm used to in LA. But maybe that's because there is little competition in this area. Would I come back? Finally..... a Vietnamese pho restaurant! Great location and beautiful decor. I ordered the B1 which is the beef, tendon, flank steak, etc what other pho restaurant would call the "special." The size was disappointing, the broth was good or on par with other pho establishments , and the meatballs, tendon, cartilage, steak was well proportioned. The problem is the price $22. Yes, I was shocked at the cost. Especially out on the Oregon coast. I really hope they stay open and I will be back if......... they adjust their price. read more

I had the B5 beef pho. It was so delicious and you get a huge bowl. The sprouts were crispy and fresh and the beef was tender and delicious. I paid 20 dollars for the soup and that will keep me from going back as often as I want to but I will go back. Our server was attentive and kind. It's a cute little location and it seemed very clean. My only complaint is that my jalapeños seemed a bit dry or dehydrated and my limes did not seem fresh cut. 9/10 read more

Good service. Good quality. I have visited twice now and found that their Pho broth is too salty. I was warned by someone else that it was but needed to give them the benefit of the doubt. Again, great food! But they need to lighten up on the broth with the salt. Maybe give a bit more lime and jalapeños. I found the Pho taste was unusually flavored. The server had little English and could not explain what was in the soup other than it's a family recipe. The bowl was large size and there are no other size options. The noodle and veggies were fresh but had to ask for fish sauce to flavor the soup base. My wife ordered a rice skin rolled veggie/shrimp with a peanut sauce. She found the roll flavorless. The dipping sauce seemed homemade. She also ordered one of their noodle bowl dishes which she also found flavorless. After added spice and fish sauce, she was able to enjoy it. The service was good but there was just one young man serving and running the cash register. The room was almost full of guests so he was really busy. The room was quite noisy during dinner hour.
