Found this place a few months ago still my favorite place i literally dream about it. Quick service, food is always hot and fresh love the eggrolls and the bun Bo hue

When to pho's Mac in Plano for lunch and it was pretty good. Got the small combo pho's with brisket and tripe, came with the usual sides like bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño and lime. The flavor was good, but the small size felt like it didn't have much broth, wish there was more. Also got the egg roll's on the side. They tasted fine but a little burn looking on the outside. Service was fast and everyone was nice. Place was maybe half full, no wait to get seated, I'd go back and try something else next time, maybe size up the pho's or Banh Xeo.

Quick and friendly service during lunch hour. Ordered a bahn mi with pork. Crispy fresh bread just like Ho Chi Minh.

My first time trying this place, my manicurist recommend and it was definitely a go to for Pho! The flavor of the broth was pretty good! We ordered the 40 oz bowl, this definitely is shareable! The service was a little slow! We also had the seafood crepes and were very crunchy with fillings of shrimp and bean sprouts! I would come back and try other dishes! We also had the Fresh Spring Roll, not much taste, too much vermicelli and not enough shrimp!

Ambiance: The restaurant is generally not too busy on weekdays. It is clean, with quick service and plenty of seating options, including tables and booth seats. The noise level is moderate. Fried Egg Rolls: These arrived hot and fresh, but they were not my favorite. The filling had more of a soft, potato-like texture rather than a distinct pork flavor. They were acceptable, but lacking in the expected pork taste. Fresh Spring Rolls: These were excellent. The portion size was generous, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. I appreciated that there was plenty of meat. The accompanying peanut sauce was also flavorful and complemented the rolls well. Chicken Pho: I ordered the 30 oz bowl, which was a substantial portion. There was plenty of broth, noodles, and chicken. The broth had a smooth, balanced flavor without overpowering spices. The portion was large enough that I had leftovers, and the overall flavor was very satisfying.

Really solid choice in the Frisco/West Plano area. They have simplified their menu in recent years to adapt but food is still pretty good. The pho is pretty good and smooth with a slight sweet taste. The rice dishes are good with the grilled pork though it's a lot more basic than the broken rice dishes you'd get in Garland. Their best dish is probably the banh xeo. Comes out very crispy and piping hot. Service is always fast and efficient. Great place to satisfy a craving for Vietnamese food in this area.

Adding another review. I absolutely love this place. Hot or cold weather you'll find me here. Pretty authentic in my opinion. I judge it by their bun bo hue and so far, by far the best I've had. Their pho soup is sooo good, and their Vietnamese coffee is really good as well. Also, have to try their egg rolls and spring rolls. Their peanut sauce is also very delicious. Often times, my friends would crave it. If you love pho and Vietnamese food, check this place out! Great for small or large groups. And service is great, food comes out fast too. Pretty good portion size as well. Till then, let's eat!

Rare steak and brisket. The broth is excellent!

Let me begin by saying the pho is fantastic. The broth has a good color, lots of flavor. The sizes they bring you are perfect. This is one of the few places I've been that gives the perfect amount of noodles. The quality of beef is good also. I'll love when they give you the option between brisket and "fatty" brisket because you know it will be fairly lean and meaty. The service is pretty good here, very attentive and helpful. The inside is nicely dimmed enough to relax, the decor is simple and beautiful. I ordered the crispy egg rolls and I was a bit disappointed. Anywhere I have been usually gives you lettuce, cucumber and pickled carrots. Before ordering I asked for extra lettuce to wrap each one, she told me it would be extra. I was confused why since it's just lettuce but I told her I'd order it regular to see if I would require extra. When it came there were only 2 pieces of lettuce and 2 long stemmed cilantro pieces. I asked her if they normally come with other veggies like cucumber or carrot and she said this is how it comes but we add the pickled carrots inside. I was a bit disappointed since I love the fresh add ons and I knew cooked carrot did not sound the same. I tried and they were a bit sad. Great crisp but just as I suspected they were sweet from the carrot with an off texture like gritty beans. Overall, I would still come here for the pho and it's not too loud of an environment which I enjoy.

It's been hard for me to find good Vietnamese food that isn't all the way in Garland. I took my grandmother here who was visiting from VN and we were both extremely impressed by the service, interior decor, and MASSIVE banh xeo (that was very tasty too!). We left more than satisfied. Even the Bun Bo Hue was better than most I've had and still pretty authentic even though they cater to an American crowd. The family who owns the restaurant is also very kind! I will definitely come back when craving some nuoc mam but not wanting to drive all the way to Garland lol

We came here for the first time for Sunday lunch. It was quite packed shortly after opening but the service was quick and food came out quick. Spring rolls were nothing special but the pho dac biet is solid for this area of town. Not the best I've had but it did the trick. We will be back to try the BBH and banh xeo

Of all the times I've been here, I've only had their Bun Bo Hue. Broth always has that right amount of spice and umami. I probably can say that this isn't very traditional since they don't put pork hock and blood cube in this soup. Service can be a little slow when they are busy. It may be more expensive than some other BBH places I've been but the taste and consistency is always well worth it for the price.

Went for a quick lunch during work. Luckily I got there right before the rush. The food was really good. The grilled pork in the spring rolls was great. I was stuffed by the end of the meal so had to just eat the pork out of the last half of the spring roll because I didn't want it to go to waste. And the pho had great flavor. Getting the check took a little while but besides that everything else was good.

This is close enough, that I'm considering it Dallas. I liked everything we've chose. Soup dumplings- Xio lao bao and the pan fried dumpling were both delicious and surprisingly something that my children actually wanted to eat. This is more of an authentic restaurant, and so they don't even offer a french fries (childrens go-to food). So I was pleasantly surprised that they liked the dumblings enough to eat them all. The crab cheese puff was good, but the beef burrito was absolutely delicious. If choosing between those two- I would go for the burrito. The three pepper spicy chicken was also very good, and we especially liked the bang bang noodles with beef. It was a fun twist to have scissors and I love a location that makes their own noodles so that was fantastic. It would be great if we had them down in Houston. The only thing that I didn't love was the customer service. Excellent service despite having no reason to, since we ordered through a qr code located on the tables. I don't write about customer service unless it was genuinely something that was worth telling people. He gave us a good rundown of the situation of the restaurant and provided an in-depth explanation of the menu for my first time there. He gave us plenty of options to choose from and explained what consisted in each of the dishes. Which helped us ultimately make our choices and I enjoyed every single dish. The interior was well decorated with modern/futuristic reflective aesthetics. A great touch that made me love it even more was the dimming bags put over the spotlights adorned around the ceiling to help cut down on glare and make it a bit more comfortable to enjoy the atmosphere. The mixed vegetable salad was a very pleasant blend of sweet, savory, and Sichuan spice. I originally was going for the cucumber but I was interested in more variety and opted to try more of what they had to offer. It still hit as a refreshing appetizer to complement our other dishes. 9/10 The black pepper noodles were actually amazing with how it balanced out a lot of strong, potentially overwhelming flavors. The black pepper was perfectly seasoning the fiery stir fried bell pepper and noodles. The beef played a great supporting role to elevate the dish without making it all about itself. 8.5/10 The Number 1 rice noodles in soup was powerful without being indulgent. The flavors hit hot and hard but still savory and tastefully diverse. Jin recommended it as the noodles have a very pleasant chew and had a diverse plating with bok choy, pickled mustard, and an egg to top it off. 8.5/10 Overall I enjoyed this place completely and will 100% return when I come back to Texas.
