I came in once just to grab boba because I was craving some taro milk tea. It wasn't a long wait to get my drink, even though they had a full house and a lot of people coming in and out for mobile and takeaway orders. The service was quick and good. The staff were polite and efficient. The dining area was clean and organized even though they did have a full house. The taro milk tea was pretty good. The only thing I was disappointed about was the amount of ice in it. It was pretty much a whole cup of ice, so by the time I got back to my car, my drink was actually more than halfway gone. Otherwise, it tasted really good. I haven't tried their pho, which people seem to really love. It smelled really good in there, so I think one day, I'll come in and actually dine in and try some of their dishes.

A2. Summer Rolls with Shrimp - Gỏi Cuốn - so delicious!

We ordered from here and the service was quick! The food arrived nice and hot and it was very delicious! My friend ordered the beef Ramen and I ordered the chicken Ramen and a side of pork. We each ordered summer rolls and all of it was absolutely delicious!! We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Stopped in for dinner prior to seeing a movie at the local Alamo Drafthouse. The staff were amiable enough, not overtly friendly, but courteous and patient, and sat me immediately. The dining room is rather plain in appearance, though it was quite clean. (I don't usually factor this in to my ratings unless it is unsightly, which certainly was not!) Ordered the gói cuôn (summer rolls) and phó ga (chicken phó). The summer rolls were decent; not super fresh or flavorful, but with a decent texture and portion for the price, and with a delectable peanut sauce including crushed peanuts. The phó was quite flavorful, savory and hearty with nice portions of chicken, onion and herbs, though I would have appreciated some more scallions. The meal was served with Thai basil, a lemon wedge and bean sprouts (unfortunately a bit too bitter, which tells me they weren't super fresh either), which were a welcome accoutrement. Overall, a solid experience for a local phó eatery; would mostly recommend trying to source fresher veggies if at all possible.

So I've been here x2 now and I ate in the 1st time and did Togo my 2nd time. The 1st time, I got Beef Pho, shrimp rolls, and with a Mango Lemonade. The Pho was great! I loved it! I went during lunch so it was busy. But I was sat right away. The service was very attentive and the food came quick. The lemonade was decent. They have a wide variety menu and they have a light up board that showcases all their drinks. On my 2nd visit I got Beef Pho and the Honey Lavender Limeade! This limeade was a 10/10. I definitely enjoyed this one more than the Mango Lemonade. The Togo Pho came with the broth separate and all the noodles and fixings in a bowl. This is the first Togo Pho I've had where they actually give you a bowl to eat it out of out instead of that big white container. Even Togo the Pho was still very enjoyable. I will definitely be back, this place is def worth a try as the name says it all.....it is really PHOnomenal!

My wife and I took an unexpected date night to Pho-Nomenal after some daytime pho cravings. Coincidentally, I did not get pho but she did. Everything I got was fried. The fried rice, the spring rolls, and the chicken wings. The chicken wings were good but they looked a bit different than the photos online. Overall meal and service was great. Will definitely be going back in the near future.

Great food, drinks and service! The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious and quick. We ordered two lavender limeade drinks, spring rolls with shrimp, pho and bun bo hue. The lychee lavender limeade came with popping bubbles at the bottom. The honey lavender limeade didn't come with any toppings, and was a little sweeter than the lychee drink. The summer rolls were pretty comparable to other pho restaurants. The pho bo vien (meatball) was decently portioned as well. I probably would've like a little more noodles, but it had a good amount of meatballs. The bun bo hue was also pretty spicy. Overall, if you are craving warm soup on a cold day, this is great spot in the area. They have so many pretty drinks that are worth trying.

    Banh Mi Chicken

The place is clean. Service was slow. We ordered a drink that we had to ask about and it came only after we got the food. The food was okay, the banh mi sandwich the bread was super crunchy and not flavorful at all. The pho broth was good but everything else was lacking flavor especially for Vietnamese food. The server never came to ask us how the food was. Not sure why the ratings are this high but this restaurant is not a repeat for me.

I decided to come here this past weekend after a long day of outdoor activities. I was pleasantly surprised to know One Loudoun has a legit Pho restaurant. Fast service and food was perfect! What more could you ask for in the Winter Season We will definitely be back!

Seafood pho with Egg Noodle ( satisfying and tasty)

I never been expert in Vietnamese food, so I can't assess authenticity of dishes. What I can say,it was yummy!!! Papaya salad was fresh and crispy, dressing was a little too sweet for me,but shrimp, carrots, papaya and cabbage made nice salad. Summer roll with grilled chicken was solid and tasty. Seafood pho was highlight of the night, egg noodles were promptly cooked, broth was subtle yet aromatic. Seafood inside was generous and delicious. Service was quick and professional, restaurant is well managed and pleasant .All in all, this is solid eatery with very affordable prices.

My husband and I are so grateful to have discovered this place while visiting! The service was great, the pho was AMAZING, and it's a cute/cozy atmosphere inside as well. HIGHLY recommend!!! My husband and I both customized our phos-- I couldn't decide between two so they split them for me and I'm so glad they did! The beef brisket pho was SO good. You can choose between the chicken broth or the beef broth-- my husband had the beef broth and I had the chicken broth, we each thoroughly enjoyed our choices. We also each got a bubble tea and enjoyed it. They do have a nondairy option for the milk tea upon request-- normally it is made with whole milk.

Food: great big portions! Flavorful and fresh, I had the grilled beef with vermicelli loaded with veggies, and a yummy fish sauce. Others in our group had gigantic bowls of Pho. Yummy looking with lots of meat. Service: super amazing, I swear the server was the only person working the whole restaurant. He also made amazing Slushie with bobas Ambiance: lots of tables each equipped with various sauces and cleaning wipes. Love how they automatically bring you forks, napkins and triangles chopsticks

Yummy vegetarian food, quick and efficient service, relaxed and chill vibes.... Trifecta! Clean, crisp flavors in the pho.. was pleasantly surprised at how aromatic and full of fresh ingredients the pho was. Loved the salty fried tofu (the oil content was quite a bit).. Overall would come back here in a heartbeat.. see myself craving this over the winter months! Great job Pho nomenal... keep it up!

I place an uber eats order on 09/23/25, I went to the restaurant-nomenal place a dine in order through Uber Eats mobile app. After I place the dine in order by using uber eats mobile app, I was waiting at the table, but the server told me that uber eats order only for to go, they were not serve eats dine in order. Then I got my food to go and I have to eat on the street. , Even they said they can do one time exception let me dine in, I still feel super embarrassing, I really don't understand, if you guys got an option for place a dine in order, if you guys take my dine in order, even the restaurant receipt showing this is a dine in order, why I got to go order instead. This is not the order I place. Hate this place!!!

The cuts of meat purchased are all Prime cuts. On Christmas Day, we enjoyed our "cow" slabs as they melted in our mouths and no knives were needed. The Prime Standing Rib Roast was outstanding. I got their combo offering of Caribbean BBQ Ribs, Jerk chicken wings and 2 skewers (4 choices) of seafood and beef tenderloin. It comes with a side of sautéed veggies and choclo corn. The waitress Flavia was very helpless and recommended a traditional Peruvian fruit juice that was delicious - Chicha morada. It was very similar to Hibiscus juice. To start they bring out a free offering or yucca chips and something similar to corn nuts, but softer. Comes with 3 sauces. As for my dish, the presentation was great and the portion was enough for 2 or 1 Peruvian Foodie. The plating looked like a mini BBQ Grill. The Ribs and Beef Tenderloin Skewer were my favorites. The ribs were glazed with a rum BBQ sauce and covered in my favorite fruit- pineapple. The beef pieces were incredible tender with no fatty chewable pieces. The seafood skewer had some grilled fish, a piece of octopus and 2 shrimp. Same sauce as the beef, but I enjoyed the yellow and green sauces so I kept dipping there. Some of the jerk wings had a little char, which I liked, but not most of them. I like my jerk wings with a kick and these lacked any spicy heat. Good flavor though. The sautéed veggies with Peruvian(choclo) corn tasted really good. I had asked Flavia if I could sub for Cole slaw instead, but a $4 upcharge was not happening. Yet, it worked out and I am so glad I did not switch. I destroyed it before finishing anything else. I took home 1/2 the Ribs and 3 wings. It is a pricey place, so you got to budget yourself. I am fasting the next 3 days, so I thought to treat myself before I start. Guess what I am having for dinner?

The space is nicely redecorated with a pleasant ambience, but the lack of customers was hard to ignore--we were essentially the only ones there during lunch hour, which never feels like a great sign. We went straight to the bar for a beer, but the selection was limited, much like the former establishment. The menu was unique, but the pricing felt high for the area: appetizers over $10 and entrées over $20, with no lunch menu available. We ordered the Oxtail Sandwich and the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. Both had good flavor, but the execution missed the mark--the sandwiches were soggy, likely from too much sauce in the meat. Nothing stood out enough to rave about. Service was accommodating but not particularly memorable. Overall, this felt like a one‑and‑done visit. The concept has potential, but the value, execution, and overall experience didn't justify the price point.

I only went to the zataar fries and hummus/pita and was told that it would be a 30min wait, then after speaking w the kitchen ladies the guy said it it would be only 10min. However, once I purchased he came back to tell me now the wait would be 20min. Keep in mind, I'm only ordering side items, two of which, the hummus and bread, are pre- prepared. So now I have to find something to do for 20min. I finally go back 20min later and my food is ready. I sit and open the brown bag and its just regular fries, no zataar...which was the main reason I came here. I go to the front desk and ask the girl at the register for zataar seasoning. She says that the front desk guy should have told me that they were out of zataar as they dont have any. What a waste. I specifically went for the zataar fries, paid for it, waited 20min for it only to get plain old fries that I have in my freezer and dont need to leave my house for. I dont dine out often, esp at fast-casual places like falafel inc, but I dont see any reason to ever come here again. I'll stick w the trader joes fries and trader joes zataar seasoning. The service has consistently felt inattentive, and there seems to be a lack of communication and attention to detail from the staff. One recurring issue is that sauces and condiments are often left empty even when the restaurant is not busy, and the food itself is frequently assembled very sloppily. Presentation and consistency matter, especially when customers are paying premium prices, and unfortunately this location does not seem to prioritize either. I've also ordered delivery from other branches multiple times, and one of the most frustrating patterns across locations is the extremely small amount of sauce provided. The sauce cups are already tiny to begin with, but many times they are only filled halfway. What makes this more confusing is that even when ordering a sauce sampler, which clearly suggests the customer enjoys the sauces and wants variety, the portions are still minimal. It gives the impression that the restaurant is trying to cut corners on very basic things that significantly affect the customer experience. Overall, between the inconsistent service, sloppy food preparation, and inadequate portions for add-ons like sauces, the experience has been disappointing enough that I would choose other options instead.
