We typically opt for the combination option with various proteins, although we did notice that tripe was missing, which we usually enjoy. Even so, the broth was rich and well-balanced. 2nd time trying them out and honestly, they have been pretty consistent with their quality. We ordered the fried potstickers and egg rolls and they were fine within seconds. I'm selfish and wish there were maybe just an extra egg roll since it's only two small ones cut in half. We went to the restaurant on a cold day specifically for the filet spicy pho. I have been craving pho and my partner said he had the best spicy pho a few years back in south Fort Worth. So of course we had to go. The restaurant is located on the corner of a small strip shopping center. It is clean and has ample seating. I have to mention the bathroom is one of the cleanest I've seen and they had mouthwash and flossers in there if you needed. They are under staffed at the moment so we had to wait longer before the Server could even get our drink order. But once the service started the Server was really good. My boyfriend like his Pho soup but I didn't care for the Chicken Pad Thai. The flavors that I am used to were not there. It was cooked well. I order the beef noodle Pho, hands down so good. The broth was just right I will definitely order this again.

Wasn't sure when we went it, reviews are a bit mixed but most seemed to be about skimping on the meats specifically. The place was fairly empty when we came in around 1600 hours, however there was a steady stream of takeout the entire time we were there. Wife and the Pho and it was good. Has a bit different flavor than other areas. Had a take hint of a sweet spot in the broth, but the broth was thick with the bone marrow oils and flavor, could taste the cilantro and I'm pretty sure I could taste some ginger in it. Not 100% sure, but pretty sure. It was good. Wife ordered it with brisket and steak. This is where the reviews shined a bit, they added the brisket but not the steak. We did mention it, and the server brought a small bowl of broth with steak in it. If that happens at take out, I can understand the bad reviews as that's frustrating. The Stir Me Crazy plate was really good. The sauce they used was nice, had some zip to it with a hint of sweet. Comes with buckwheat noodles that are usually a bit earthy but it wasn't noticed in this plate. Egg rolls were really good, tho a bit overcooked. We ordered take out from here: 3 entrees and 2 egg rolls came out to $50! It's kind of expensive for what you get in my opinion. At other restaurants, I'm used to getting a heaping plate of culantro, basil and bean sprouts, jalapeños and limes. Here we only got a handful of bean sprouts, some jalapeños and one sprig of basil. I thought the meats were pretty good, but because we didn't dine in, we didn't get to stir in the raw pieces of thinly sliced beef I think. Therefore, some of the meat was kind of over cooked. I liked the variety of meats though. Tendon and Vietnamese meat balls are so delicious in pho! We also got an order of "egg rolls". At home, we call these spring rolls so the lady on the phone was kind of confused when I said "spring rolls... the fried ones". The menu has "spring rolls", which at home we call "summer rolls". Very confusing, but the "egg rolls" that we got were just ok. The order only had 2 pieces. I appreciated that all the dishes came with packets of plum sauce and sriracha. They also gave a whole bunch of utensils. Would I be back? Ehh it was good, but I think I'll stick to my favorite Vietnamese places when I'm at home and try other things when I'm in FW. read more

Im only giving this restaurant 1 star because the management staff here is extremely unprofessional, greedy and is a disgusting excuse for "leadership". This place needs to reevaluate who they have in charge because the few times I've been here during the weekend, I've seen a male manager who never helps anyone, and just walks away during a rush... must be their first time managing or this is just a family owned business which would explain the laziness. My friends and I were scrambling for a lunch place to eat. My friend asked if I was OK with trying a spot they liked, and I jumped in the car happily. I'm not one to eat pho, so I decided to check out their other entrees. Let me tell you, this entire menu sounded delicious, and I struggled with what to pick. I ended up selecting a vermicelli bowl. I went with the shrimp (cause I LOVE shrimp), and the pork bowl, because everyone including our waitress stated the pork was delicious. Well, they were all correct. This did not disappoint! The bowl was kind of a mix of a salad and noodle bowl, with a delightful vinaigrette. The meat was super flavorful and matched well with everything in the bowl. I was very pleased with this healthier dish and was surprised how filling it was. Some things that stood out to me: our waitress. Sandra, was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The bathroom. Bathroom was top notch for me. They had a clean up check sheet on the wall and required a clean up every 1.5 hrs... and it reflected in the restroom. Very clean. This place it wonderful. I've actually only been to the restaurant once, but we've eaten their food many times via the various delivery options like Uber and Door Dash. And I have to say, their food travels better than any other place from which we usually order. It is reasonably close, so it always arrives hot and fresh and tasty! Of course, once it took longer than expected because we had forgotten to change the address in the app. They took the food to her place, then brought it to my place (about 7 miles apart) (and don't worry, I gave the young lady working for UBER a HUGE tip to make up for my mistake) and guess what? It was still amazing and delicious. As I said, it travels REALLY well! If you're wondering, we usually get the grilled chicken fried rice, although we have ordered other options as well. They always pack in extra Sriracha for my lady and extra soy sauce for me, just like I ask. It's tender grilled chicken over amazing fluffy fried rice made to perfection and it's one of my favorite meals. I would highly recommend trying it. Of course they have a full menu, so peruse all you like and find something you want to try! In house or sent out for order, you'll be happy with this wonderful restaurant. Food was good but the service is in desperate need of repair. We entered and stood up front for over 5 mins without acknowledgment. I went to the bar to ask if we sit ourselves or wait to be sat and was told they'd be right with us to sit us. We got sat and it took about ten minutes in a not busy restaurant to be asked what we'd like to drink. Once she went and asked we went ahead and placed our food order. Only other times we saw her was when she left our appetizer & then when she took our main course. When she dropped the food off she'd basically run off with no opportunity for us to ask for anything. Never returned to refill drinks or anything. My brother went asked for a to go box and our check. Over ten minutes passed and nothing. I had to go up front to get the box and went ahead and paid then. We were there a bit over an hour. There were three dirty tables in front of us when we got there, it took about thirty minutes before anyone went and started cleaning those up.
