2nd time trying them out and honestly, they have been pretty consistent with their quality. We ordered the fried potstickers and egg rolls and they were fine within seconds. I'm selfish and wish there were maybe just an extra egg roll since it's only two small ones cut in half. The pho was great again, broth was full seasoned but not too much ans my friends got different meat options, holy wow they load it up and the brisket tasted so good. My other friend got the chicken fried rice and it was very good, not dry or bland. Our server was friendly, didn't hover and but was always within reach

I'm Vietnamese and the food (pho) was so terrible that would be an embarrassment to be classified as Vietnamese food! Server need to be more train and be knowledgeable when answering questions While we were in the restaurant, I guessed the owners were there they were really loud This is the first and the last! Again is embarrassing to call it Vietnamese food!

We went to the restaurant on a cold day specifically for the filet spicy pho. I have been craving pho and my partner said he had the best spicy pho a few years back in south Fort Worth. So of course we had to go. The restaurant is located on the corner of a small strip shopping center. It is clean and has ample seating. I have to mention the bathroom is one of the cleanest I've seen and they had mouthwash and flossers in there if you needed. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming and greeted us as soon as we walked in. We ordered the eggrolls and two regular bowls of the filet spicy pho. The eggrolls came out fresh and hot. Very tasty!! The soup had great flavor. It is definitely not for anyone who does not like spice. My face was flushed and my sinuses cleared by the time I finished the bowl. We both left satisfied and will return the next time we're craving spicy pho.

So when I lived in Dallas I remember visiting this restaurant remembering that this was my very 1st Pho encounter and one day it hit me!!! Why when I live 15mins away I haven't been back? Well can I say I've cheated myself out of some great neighborhood Pho. I've been to Wonder Pho, Pho and Grill (( which I love btw))Khanh in McCart, but this place is TOP NOTCH.... I gave the TCU size and it totally didn't disappoint at all. It was definitely worth a MEMORY LANE MOMENT. One I will not forget to visit monthly I also bought some combo fried rice to top it off b/c I'm greedy like that.

This place was fantastic! We went in for a late lunch after a long night of work. The staff greeted us with smiles and everybody was working hard. This was my first time trying pho noodle and grill And I was very happy that my girlfriend suggested it. All the food was presented well and tasted delicious. We enjoyed everything very much and I can't wait to go back again. Give this place they try and you won't be disappointed!!

Second, the decor was beautiful and the vibe was giving a tree house. And the reason why you're reading this, the food! Takoyaki 10/10: Very delicious and crispy takoyaki with mayo on the bottom. Seared Hotate: This was the appetizer that shook me and my friends. Wabi House has somehow turned scallops into steak. They were very delicious, tender, and juicy. Unfortunate that it only came with 4 pieces Very delicious ramen with chewy noodles! All of these noodles held their sauces and soups very well. Our only complaint with the general noodle dishes were that they had little meat or only one slice of meat. The slice was so delicious and tender, it fell apart when I bit into it! Unfortunately wish I had more. Shoyu Ramen 8/10: A very good savory standard ramen! Not sure how to describe the flavor but it is just a good salty soup when you want something heartful and salty. Spicy Miso 6/10: Not much to it but spice! It came with no meat and I could unfortunately only taste the spice. Dry Garlic 7/10: I did not actually expect for this to have no soup, I guess I should read better, but this was delicious! If you love garlic, this is for you! It helped with my cravings and was so filling. Didn't get to try any dessert but maybe next time!

Should've done a side-by-side, but it was only me. Lol. The fish was exquisite. The heat was also good. This dish pairs really well with rice; I also enjoy taking the leftovers home, letting them sit overnight in the fridge, and enjoying with more rice. Mmm! But I am from out of town and was alone, so I ate it all there. They don't have WiFi, but there was some "guest Frontier" WiFi that was good for an hour. (And you can refresh it each hour.) Next time, I would try the "Szechuan Boiled Fish." Or if that's too much, the Mapo Tofu. The radio was playing like Christian soul; new to me, but as a Christian, I didn't mind. =) Oh, and in the pic I have my Kefir from Trader Joe's. I wanted something dairy to counter the heat, if needed. Mmm.

I placed an online…read moreorder for the two chicken egg rolls, Spicy chili wontons, general Tso chicken and an order of fried rice flat noodles. All the food was on the expensive side, but I heard it was good, so I didn't mine. One of the first thing I noticed was the entrees do not come with rice. There is a $1 up charge for white rice and $3 for fried rice, $5 for noodles. I have never experienced a Chinese restaurant that charged for white rice with an entree (not even PF Chang). I arrived 10 minutes after the time I was told my food would be ready. I checked in at the register and was told it would be another 5 minutes. I was told to have a seat and wait. Since there is no place to sit when waiting for a take out order, I sat down in the closet booth next to the register. After about 1 minute, a very rude lady came over in broken English and screamed that I could not sit there. I told her I was waiting on a to-go order and she just kept screaming "you don't can sit there", so I got up and stood by the front door. If my food had not already been paid for, I would have left after that rude encounter. The ambiance of the restaurant is very strange as they had a boombox loudly playing 80s music. It was so load, I felt bad for the customers who were eating at there. No way you could enjoy siting there listening to the annoying loud music while you ate. About 5 minutes later (15 minutes past the time they originally told me it would be ready) my food was ready. The food did come out very hot. I retrieved my food and took it home to enjoy. Overall the food is very basic and not worth the elevated price. The egg rolls were over fried and greasy. The spicy wonton were very bland and not spicy at all. The general Tso chicken was not good. Very small pieces of chicken, over breaded and a bland sauce. Again not spicy at all. The fried flat rice noodles were the biggest disappointment. Mushy noodles that were all stuck together. Not good at all. Overall the Noodle Works was a big disappointment. There are so many better option in the area (Dragon House or the Wok). Do yourself a favor and skip the rude staff Noodle Works.
