This is my mom and I's favorite place for pho! The broth is so clean and flavorful and herbs and limes really fresh always. You have to try any of the pho dishes-they really do heal the soul

I've got someone I want to hook you up with. Ok, is she hot? Well, she's ok. WTF do you mean ok? If it were you, would you date her? Well, she's more than ok. Bruh, can we get past the use of ok, and I'll pass. It turns out, Pho Ok being located across the street and being the immediate option, it's more than ok of a spot to hit up, and I would even say Pho Okaaaay now. Being called Pho Ok, set my expectations low (like my last ex), but also like my last ex, taking a risk pay offs sometimes - btw, I'm the dude that doesn't like the risk of even one bad meal although on the flipside for dating, it's nothing antibiotics can't take care of. So how is it better? Be specific I say, so when I asked for dac biet (the special) with the rare meat on the side and they brought out ONLY rare meat, they were like, ok, we fix it, no problem. The meats and other ingredients and portions are better and much larger than the spot I have been in a current relationship with (Pho 63), and now I feel cheated. Du m*h, not ok. Oh, and I won't get into how I was dude back in the day in East side San Jose eating pho for like $6-8, but now it's $13S, $14M, $15L cuz I'm ok with the price in 2024. Just not ok with the crazy inflation because I recently paid $50 for UberEats and a 6 piece with two large sides at Church's. Listen up now peoples of cowarado, from here on out, I decree "Pho Betta Than Ok."

Came here for lunch solo in the beginning of the week. The name, Pho OK, is a bit funny but, suiting as the food was just, OK. They had some fun music play & were welcoming. They weren't too busy and was seated right away. I ordered the vermicelli egg roll bowl which didn't have a lot of flavor but, had a TON of noodles and not much greens+ fixings that typically comes in vermicelli bowls. Service, thumbs up... food, OK.

I was so jealous of the zhougg sauce on the lazeena that I ordered a side of the sauce for the lotus salad, it was an incredible addition!! The soup was the perfect compliment, and we were absolutely stuffed when we left. These portions are huge! There's also ample outdoor seating, depending on the weather. The menu has many delectable items making it hard to choose, in a good way. In fact, if I lived in Denver, I'd go back again and again to try everything. The "newer" items include Thai curry lentil soup (which was excellent). grilled kabobs, marinated artichokes, esquites, picked cauliflower (excellent and very tart), dolmas (good, standard dolma), a braised pork sandwich, pimento grilled cheese, and many other items from which to choose. The more traditional items are the classic pastrami, reuben, turkey club, and more, plus a meat / deli counter, giving Leven solid delicatessen cred. The french curry potato salad was excellent. The BLT was one of the best ever had according to my friend. The focaccia & mozzarella was amazing as well. For dessert and I admit an impulse buy at the register, the chocolate, tahini, malted milk brownie was thick, decadent, unique and even better the next day. Great location near the Denver Art Museum, making it a great stop after or before perusing the museum, but probably after because you'll be hungry - you gotta eat something. 5/5, 8.5/10.

You order at the counter, grab a number, and then find a table. Seating was filling up quickly, but we managed to snag one. I went with the Focaccia & Mozzarella, and wow. The house-made focaccia might be some of the best I've ever had, soft, fresh, and with that perfect bounce you want from focaccia. It's filled with fresh mozzarella and spinach pesto, and I added chicken for extra protein. The sandwich is huge, easily big enough to split with someone. The sandwich itself is on the pricier side ($17 + $6 for chicken), but the quality is there. You can also add prosciutto for less, which I'd definitely consider next time. The house pickles on the side were gas. We also grabbed a half loaf of sourdough for around $6, which I thought was a great option. My fiancée and I sometimes struggle to finish a full loaf, so being able to buy half was perfect. I had some toasted with breakfast the next morning, and the sourdough was excellent too. They also have a great-looking pastry selection, and I'm already looking forward to coming back to work my way through the other sandwiches, both grilled and cold. If you love sandwiches, Leven Deli is worth the stop.

Over the span of my visits, I had the chicken banh mi and a salad with chicken. The banh mi, although not very authentic, was a hearty packed sandwich that encompassed a flavorful aioli and crunchy veggies. The chicken salad was packed with fresh toppings and juicy chicken (quite the opposite of those skimpy side salads some restaurants serve). The team members were friendly, the establishment is clean and well maintained, and ingredients taste fresh. I'd recommend BriDer to anyone and especially to those looking for some healthier options.

The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped answer a few questions we had about different dishes. We had about a 20 minute wait for our table, so we grabbed a couple cocktails at the bar first. I had the Harmony in Beijing and my girlfriend had the Oolong Old Fashion. Both were really refreshing and a great way to start dinner. One thing we really liked was the ordering style. Once you're seated, you just keep picking out small plates you want to try, just like a lot of dumpling shops in China and Japan. It honestly brought back memories from my trips over there. The atmosphere and decor was beautiful and felt authentic without trying too hard. Our favorites were the Spicy Cucumber Salad, Spicy Green Beans, Beef & Vermicelli Dumplings, Hot Sea Pork and Shrimp Dumplings, Pork & Chive Dumplings, and the Crab Rangoons. Everything was fresh and came out pretty quick. We also ordered the Chicken Lo Mein, but I only had one bite because we bought it to give to a homeless woman we met at the park near where we were staying. The biggest downside is the price. It's very, very expensive for what you get. Dumplings that were basically the same size and quality as ones I ate all over Japan for $4-$7 were over $14 here. A pretty small plate of stir fried green beans being around $20 was kinda hard to justify. The only dishes we really didn't care for were the Chinese Style Broccoli, which was pretty plain and lacked flavor, and the Pork & Mushroom Dumplings. They tasted good, but they were dry enough that I probably wouldn't order them again. Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner and would definitely come back, but probably only for a special occasion. The food and experience were great, but the pricing keeps it from being a place we'd visit regularly or for a casual night out.

My wife and I stopped into Steuben's to have a snack (donut holes) and a couple of rounds of cocktails. We used the Dining Out Passbook for BOGO cocktails with purchase of food. Our bartender (who was perfectly friendly and helpful) said he needed his manager to get the free cocktail. To be clear, we had literally no interaction with this woman at any point. So it's not like we did something to piss her off. When she arrived at the POS station - behind the bar about six feet from where we were sitting - she proceeded to complain about the "a-holes" (edited for language) using the Passbook and what a bunch of a-holes those customers were (not knowing we were in earshot). And when the bartender - who knew who we were and that we could hear everything - said in a hushed tone "No, they were nice" she proceeded to tell him that she didn't care and that they're just a-holes. I've never been treated so shoddy in my life in a restaurant for no other reason than using a promotional discount that they voluntarily participated in. It's bad enough to attack your customers for using a discount. But doing it behind the bar where customers can hear you is beyond unacceptable. And doing it when the customers you're talking about are within earshot is the most offensive thing I've ever expereinced at a restaurant. You may go to Steuben's and have a nice meal, but just be aware that behind the bar, they're talking about what an a-hole you are.
