First of all. I have to say, this is the worst pho place I have ever been to. And I wont come back for sure. The service is suck. I didnt even get a cup of water until I finish the meal. There is none customer service at all. The pho is ok, typically like other pho place. But they over price the shit out of it. I order a large pho, it was close to 10 or something. When I got it, I thought it is small or something. They are so stingy of the portions. And there arent that much noodle or meat in there. This is my go to pho place. Everytime I have came in. The people who have helped me have been very friendly, and the foods always been exactly what I wanted. My only down side is that they dont deliver or are on any of the delivery sites. (Grub hub, uber eats, door dash, etc) other then that. Consistently delicious! I've been coming here for years and it always hits the spot. I've eaten Pho all over Snohomish and King county but this one has the best broth by a long shot. Best.broth.ever! Normally I add hoisen or Siracha to my pho but I didn't WANT to, the broth was delicious alone. I will say that the meat in the pho was a little skimpy, and not the greatest. So that was a bummer. Everything else was super fresh. I had never been before so I wasn't sure if I seat myself or if I order at the register and then find a table. (Its a small place so I could have ordered at the door and been fine. Lol) so I ordered at the register, and had my pho out to me within 10 minutes. I didn't see a place for self serve water, and I didn't ask because I figured they would have brought it out. It definitely is a-hole-in-the-wall type place, kinda dirty, outdated. The prices were steep for pho. They have a small $8.95 & large $10.95. I thought for that price, I probably get a cream puff or the small is really big. Nah. Oh well. I ordered a combo sandwich and a Vietnamese iced coffee to go. The total came out to be a whopping $9.75! From the second I walked in, the service sucked ass so as he watched me sign for the receipt, I wrote a big fat $0.00 for the tip. Then I looked him straight in eye and he looked all perplexed like he was asking himself, "Huh? What!? Why?!" in his mind. Sandwich was mediocre in both size and value . The Vietnamese coffee looked like it was for a kids size meal. It didn't even taste Vietnamese. It tasted like one of those Starbucks coffees you get in a glass bottles at the gas station. Definitely wasn't worth $9.75. I should've went down the street to get some teriyaki. I was actually thinking about picking up some Wendy's on my way back to work. As I finish writing this, I'm already hungry and I still have a few more hours to go at work! What a rip off... To my friend at the restaurant: ban cua tôi, thuc pham và dich vu cua ban là xau! and the coffee tasted like lo dit. The place itself is kind of cool though. Yes, the decor is lacking. But who cares about decor when the food is delicious, authentic, and made daily with fresh ingredients? I'll gladly take over the table from someone bent on "ambiance" for the fantastic food and generous, warm, kind, and humble service of Harry. Small but great place for food. Service is always fast an friendly. The Pho is pretty good and filling, the Vietnamese bbq pork sandwiches are very very good! Sticky buns and pot stickers are great too! Have not really explored the rest of the menu, but I am sure it would be good! I when there today and got a large brisket pho and fried egg roll. I would highly suggest not going here the large was a small pho and the fried egg rolls were like as hard as a rock. I expressed this the the manager and he blew me off trying to say they were not hard. He obviously does not care what his customers think about the food there. I will never eat there again. I like to come here and get some pho. I always forget they have a parking lot and a drive through, although there is usually street parking. Owners are very friendly. Lots of menu options. They have take out menus. My boyfriend didnt care much for the canned mushrooms, but I did love the option to add fresh vegetables (for extra) to my veggie pho. Only reason I gave two stars was the pho was not bad. It was good on flavor. I felt so embarrassed the way my co-worker was treated. We sat their as other customers entered, and the gentleman treated them with such a friendly and welcoming service. We had to get up and ask for water, since we were engored. Disappointing. The noodles were lamp and sleepy, owner did not even bring water. Did not feel much like a guest. The Pho was so-so and in the Seattle area where nearly all Pho is at least pretty good that means it was not good. Worst off, not enough broth. That's why we eat Pho people! Dirty and grimy Vietnamese restaurants are kick ass. That minimalist, don't use too many napkins feel is usually compensated by outstanding food and a full glass of water. It's hard to actually describe how bad this restaurant really is. From the extremely rude and impatient owner? No water offered, food that had obviously been cooked , perhaps even served before to someone else?? Great pho. It is best I have had in the state. The sandwiches are great. The owner is very nice and down to earth. The man works a ton. He always treats my family like family. California near "Little Saigon" this place makes me feel like I am going home. So to start off, the pho isn't actually half bad. It's decent and when you crave it you want to go here. The spring rolls are very good and the broth for pho is pretty good too. I've been here about 6-7 different times because the owner himself was always VERY friendly to myself and my 2 other fellow coworkers who also frequent this place. After the 3rd time we kinda noticed that maybe the prices were a little steep compared to what they were advertised, but didn't really think anything of it because we "trusted" the owner. I noticed that when we ordered the large that the noodles and beef portions didn't seem to be any more than a small bowl of pho (just more broth). Today (12.5.2016) I decided to get a bowl of pho ($7.50 small bowl+$1.50 extra noodles= $9.00 so far, just follow me) and a can of Xing tea ($3.50). If you add those up that comes to $12.50 and I figured in at the highest WITH tax to be 10% (this is Everett and not Seattle which Seattle has the highest tax of 9.6%) so if you add the 10% that's $1.25 and WITH that on top of the meal it comes to $13.75 and when I went to pay he charged me $15.16 and still asked for a tip. I brought it to his attention he overcharged and he still insisted he was right (which he is absolutely NOT!). A distrustful owner and even furthermore a fellow Viet he had lost 3 faithful customers of which "I" personally tipped 30% tip EVERYTIME, but after today it kind of infuriates me that he feels he needs to take advantage of faithful customers who tip well and frequent his business. I'll be sure to let EVERYONE know about him in the future! read more

Not only is the soup & food wonderful, Harry is a generous and gracious host. We go here a few times a month with our son, and he loves the soup (so do we) and the lemongrass chicken.
