Pho was ok! Broth wasn't perfect but still pretty good for a quick craving fix. The eggrolls were tiny but beautifully fried with the perfect crunch. Peanut sauce for the spring rolls was watered down, but wraps were good. Condiments at every table was nice to have. Service was quick, food came out within 10 minutes, boba teas were ok. There was a 3-person team that did an excellent job running the front and keeping the tables clean.

I've always enjoyed this place and the pho. But last time I went after already eating some of it I found a maggot in my pho. Unclear whether it was alive or not when I ate the pho as I had to microwave it genuinely so nasty.

Spring for chilly in Louisville so I met my husband here for pho. Service is at the counter and we were checked out right away. I chose the brisket pho. I had hoped to add a poached egg and they didn't have this option. The pho broth has flavor but not as robust as other restaurants. This wouldn't be my first recommendation for someone wanting pho. Saying that I did enjoy it enough. Other ingredients were brought out in a baggie (sprouts, jalapeños, basil). Simple decor. Plenty of tables inside for enjoying dine in. Sodas available and also boba tea.

The food is okay. The tables were dirty and it felt like a fast food restaurant. I did not like to receive the pho sides in a plastic bag

I love this place! In my opinion they have the best pho in Louisville. They have a wide selection of meats to add to your pho. I love the brisket and some times get the brisket and eye round to have more meat. The fried spring rolls are delicious, I couldn't tell you what's in them but they are good. Last time I went I tried the taro tea, it makes for a yummy after lunch/dinner treat. The service is great and food always comes out quickly. The tables are a little worse for wear from the heat of the bowls but that is the worst thing I could say about this place.

Pretty average spot. It was very nice and clean. You pretty much just go up, place your order, then they bring your food to you. I tried their Vietnamese spring rolls. Their sauce was pretty runny and not thick. The pho dac biet was pretty average and the ice coffee was also pretty average. I liked how they have the set up, and decor. It looks different from other traditional pho spots.

Pho Phi is a decent place to get some quick Vietnamese food that's in a good location. I got the fried rice with grilled pork. The food was alright. There are a couple of good Vietnamese restaurants in Louisville and Pho Phi does not compare with them, but there was nothing bad about the food. It was decent all around and it came out quickly. At Pho Phi, you order at a counter and they bring the food out to you. The servers are all very nice and the place has a nice, open atmosphere with a lot of seating and natural lighting. It's a good option to go by yourself or with a group. All in all, Pho Phi is a decent place to get some quick food with no issues. However, there are just many options for better Vietnamese food in Louisville.

I have been here a few times and usually get the spicy beef soup! I do like it a lot and get the boba too. I would say it's really good and spicy but I like most pho places and restaurants. Definitely check this place out if you looking for an easy Vietnamese meal on a budget.

I was really excited to try this place because it smells so good. I got the bun bo hue, but it was unfortunately a let down. It was bland and the broth tasted hurried, probably because few people order this. My husband got the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and shrimp. It was standard but there are better versions in town. We also got the egg rolls, which were overdone and overpriced. They were also mainly just filled with carrots. I couldn't believe the discrepancy between the smell and taste so I'm willing to come back to try the pho.

YUM!! Tried this place via carryout for the first time tonight. It was absolutely delicious!! The carryout packing of food was the perfect way to transport everything without ruining the quality. I ordered the spicy eye round steak pho with spring rolls. The pho was soooo yummy and savory. I loved it The spring rolls were some of the best I've had. And that sauce thoughhhh

Not terrible but not as good as your authentic pho, just a tad bit too sweet and not much flavor.

First impressions: very clean facility, very warm and welcoming owner (Trieck was his name) and his adorable daughter doing homework by the cash register. He very kindly explained how he understands that vegetarian pho does not have meat And that he has the Buddhist version of the pho that his mom eats. I ordered to go because I wanted to run next door to their grocery section. I love me a good Vietnamese grocery store and products from all over the world. Pho is typically eaten at the establishment to make sure that the fix-ins and the method of consumption is 10 on 10 aka it does not hold very well when transported. I was happy to find that they had done such a great job packaging all the fixings and the soup. Very generous portions. I proceeded with the taste test. I have learned from my Vietnamese friends that you never add condiments to your soup right off the bat. You must savor the soup the way it is the first couple times to truly get all the flavors in before you start adding stuff . This was excellently seasoned broth base. The base was just perfect to me. After creating the whole experience at home, I can say I truly did enjoy eating pho from here. Good vegetarian phos are hard to come by and I will definitely return to try their other delicacies. If I had a couple words of wisdom, I think the soup could use a few more pieces of vegetables and tofu. But overall, I throughly enjoyed my meal and will return.

Food was ok and the portions were too small for the cost. Ambiance is dated. Just disappointedread more

It was busy at lunchtime on a Friday. The cafe is so cute! Charmingly decorated. We ordered at the counter, took a table number and found our seats. One note about that: being a large person, the seats made me a little nervous. Next time i would opt for booth seating which looked a bit more substantial. Our entrees were brought out before our appetizers, but they looked so good I didn't even care. Couldn't wait to dig in. I had Pho Ga chicken noodle soup. It was served nice and hot with a bowl of raw herbs and add ins. Sprouts, fresh jalapeño slices, a lemon wedge etc. it was so delicious with complex flavors. I finished every drop. Appetizer was pork on a stick. Tender inside, crisp and sweet outside. Two skewers was plenty for us. My daughter had the lemon grass chicken with a fried egg. It looked great, she said it was very good. Our food was appealingly presented, and service was good. We each drank water and our bill was over $36. Not cheap for lunch but not outrageous and quality and portion sizes justified the cost. We will definitely return to try more menu items.
