We were in the area around 9PM and was looking for a pho place nearby to satisfy our hunger. The food took a bit to come out but understandable since it was pretty late and they were closing in an hour. I got the pho dac biet and the broth by itself is a bit bland but after seasoning it myself, it became more flavorful. The noodles and meat were cooked perfectly and definitely hit the spot for a cold night out. The place itself is pretty clean and well decorated. The owner is very joyful and enthusiastic and checked up on us during our meal to make sure the food was good. I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the area. read more

So I'm not a Pho expert but I know what I like. I got the Flank and Beef Pho and my mom got the Flank/Beef/Meatball Pho. The broth was rich and delicious, the meat tender and yummy, and they of course had all the accoutrements that go in Pho. I was sharing with my two year old so they brought me and extra bowl and spoon and the soup was not piping hot - which is great for her. I love me some HOT soup, so next time I won't share and see if it comes out hotter (temperaturewise) I'm def coming back. Maybe try the Bahn Mi. read more

Pre Covid I always enjoyed a nice hot chicken Pho on a chilly night. I enjoyed dining in - but since Covid and a medical condition I'm sticking more with delivery sadly . At the restaurant the serving was enormous and I had enough to take home for another meal. Although charging the same amount , what I received portion wise is what used to be my leftovers. Very disappointing. I feel there was less meat - far less vegetables to add in and the flavor of the broth a bit lack luster. It used to be delicious. Full bodied chicken flavor - this tasted watered down. I love the shrimp with sweet potato appetizer but it's no longer on the menu ! I'm shocked y'all; this could be a successful pho spot on BuHi, no doubt. As it is, Pho Roswell is a very solid option for pho in this neck of the woods! As others have mentioned, it's unexpectedly good for a strip mall Vietnamese restaurant in Roswell. There are probably only two other places close enough to my work I'd go back to, and I'm glad to add a third to the mix. My friend and I split the shrimp and pork fried egg rolls to start. They come two to an order with an excellent tangy nuoc cham (traditional fish sauce-based dipping sauce). Honestly, the sauce was so good I'd forego the pho next time to try a bun dish just so I can pour nuoc cham ALL OVER IT. Delicious. A medium size bowl of the pho was more than enough for me. I know it's boring but I'm a pho tai girl all the way, and I was pleased with the meat quality as well as the way it was served in smaller slices. The broth was lovely, with lots of depth of flavor. Overall, super impressed. My taro smoothie, while tasty, was the least appealing part of the meal, and only because it wasn't fully blended and I kept getting mouthfuls of ice. read more

My wife and I were at a 3rd grade basketball game with our son in the area. A friend of ours happened to say "Have you been to Pho Roswell?". We never had. We weren't even hungry until he asked that. Anyway, we ended up going and boy are we glad we did. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a huge welcome. So nice. Helen (not sure if owner or staff) was AWESOME! We ordered beef soup (for me), chicken soup (for my son) and vegetable soup (for my wife). All we did was rave about how good the soup was as we passed our soups around. I went yesterday, but just now getting around to writing my review. Ok so first thing first... I've ALWAYS wanted to try Pho but just getting around to trying it. I ordered tje flank amd my sister ordered beef and I also tried the pork sandwich. So I heard that they don't fully cook the meat because it finishes cooking in the bowl. Now whether or not that's true I'm not sure but it definitely felt like the case. The meat was a bit tough to chew at first but became tender after a few minutes. I really enjoyed the flavor and loved the spice the jalapenos added(I added some of the chili paste as well) It's kind of weird because I walked away yesterday feeling like I didn't care much for Pho, but was appreciative that I tried it only to wake up today craving my leftovers. Now the sandwich I absolutely wasnt a fan of, but also glad I gave it a shot to cross it off my list. Now the restaurant itself appeared to be well kept but when I got my to go box there was one of those little nat looking bugs dead in it so I'm assuming where the store it is the reason for it. It is tough to find good Vietnamese food outside of the Buford Highway corridor and Norcrosss, so Pho Roswell is a nice addition to the neighborhood for people who enjoy Vietnamese but don't want to drive 45 minutes to find it. Parking was not difficult. The interior decor is simple but nice. We found the service and the food to be very good. We had spicy beef noodle soup, special combo vermicelli and Thai tea. It was delicious, and we look forward to going back for more. read more

I'm not quite sure what the differences between the white meat in my pho is compared to the supposedly chicken fried rice in the bowls is, but it really freaks me out. And having sampled the odd brown wonder meat, it isn't chicken. I won't even feed the wonder meat to my pups. I do not suggest this location. read more

They were opened today, I had the chicken pho the broth wasn't that good I've had better in Nutley New Jersey . The spring rolls were burnt and flavorless. The fish balls not that great either. Took my wife here tonight for dinner. The restaurant is nice and very clean. I believe only a month old. The owner was in and out of the dining area often to make sure everyone was happy. We started with orders of Summer rolls and spring rolls. Very delicious. Then had Beef Pho and Chicken Pho. Again excellent. I had Thai iced tea which is sweet and milky. But not too sweet. Finished with a Taro yoghurt smoothie to go. We both enjoyed the meal and will come again. Highly recommended. read more

I am NEVER GOING TO BUHI FOR PHO EVER AGAIN!!!!! The broth has a ton of flavor - absolutely zero additives necessary (you can of course still add Sriracha and hoisin if you like, but it totally doesn't need it). Great herbaceous and floral notes, vermicelli wasnt soggy or overcooked and the beef was perfectly sliced into bite sized pieces so I didn't have to eat it all in 4 bites or try to rip it with my chopsticks lol. So so tasty and the lady that served us was RIDICULOUSLY sweet. Hello pho in my hood!!! Totally coming back on the reg for this. Bottom line: this says "authentic Vietnamese" but that must just refer to the food as the owners are friendly and the service is good... My wife is Vietnamese so ive been in hundreds of Vietnamese restaurants around the country and in Vietnam. Ive been yelled at, ive had my chair kicked but most common is just getting ghosted by the staff. THATS authentic(that, geckos on the wall, 900 fans blasting away and oppressive heat/humidity). The staff here are incredibly friendly and their service is very good. The food is also excellent - love the beef in the Pho. I got some coworkers to come try it out for the first time and they loved it. You will too. read more
