We arrived a little early and so we went to the bar and ordered a round of drinks. Shawn was working the bar, was super friendly and also helpful with explaining some of the drinks for us. I closed our tab out with him and when the last couple showed up we were seated. I had the same lychee martini, and it came with two large lychee pieces, which I thought was a great touch. The folks I came with had never tried lychee; so when I ordered a second one I asked for the fruit on the side since they didn't drink alcohol. Katy was our server; and she also was really professional and friendly. It was a Saturday night, they were busy. We had a few sushi rolls and I ordered the tuna tartare to also share with the people who were up for that. The tartare was beautifully presented, on a bed of avocado and sweet,savory soy sauce. In between the tartare there was a layer of panko breadcrumbs and then on top of the dish was two different kinds of roe (orange and black). Great texture, flavor, and although I'm used to having some kind of vehicle to eat tartare (fried wontons, etc) this was so good. We were running late for a comedy show; and so when Chuy came over to start our table order, he understood the assignment. He cooked everything quickly, really well executed, and made small accommodations for me (I don't like mushrooms). The proteins were all cooked so well. I had chicken and veggies with fried noodles. These noodles were not like any noodle I've had before, like in lo mein when they cook it so long it's mushy. These has bounce, texture was "chewy" like al dente Italian pasta. Perfectly seasoned. We took leftovers with the hope that they'd stay good while we were to the comedy show. That's the most shocking part. I destroyed the leftovers the next day, after way too many drinks. Still was delicious and the noodles still had texture. Katy was able to help us with boxes and bags, to get us out the door quickly. We made it to the show on time so thanks to Shawn, Katy, Chuy, and the entire staff for a memorable birthday dinner. Roswell is slightly far for me (Cumming) but worth it! They know gluten allergy and tell you what you can have. I have gluten intolerance not celiac just for reference but I do get very sick when I eat gluten and have NOT gotten sick here. Today was the first time we did a pick up order. I was worried bc I made the order online and put gluten free in comments for my specific rolls and then also noted it in the notes part while checking out. Y'all!! The amount of care and attention to my rolls I ordered was perfection and above and beyond. They wrote on the boxes and put gf soy sauce and separated spicy mayo and everything was labeled!!!! I didn't worry AT ALL!! If you're gf, you know what freedom that is eating something you KNOW they took care to make gf. Everything was delicious and they've got a new hold on me! We will definitely be getting takeout here (and eating here) more often. Note: it's separate but attached to a gas station but don't let that deter you as it's so good and the people are just so friendly.

However, the real gem here is the price point ... which hit as *reasonable* by today's inflation standards. Interior dining space only ... and that isn't much to speak of, but it's functional and holds the stream of customers they get. It seems like they do a lot of carryout orders. Anyway, it's a spot worth checking out if you haven't been.
