Always good when I am craving pho. Staff always nice and attentive. Love the rocket shrimp too!

My fav place in Stockton for pho! Veggie tofu pho is made with chicken broth, and comes with enough veggies and tofu. Very tasty. Fried shrimp is nice and crispy. I've gotten their taro boba shake here before and it's so good! Finely blended with whipped cream. I get mine less sweet. Quick service. A lot of tables. Pricey but worth it.

Great time seeing a friend before a his weeding. I had these wing thinking they would be dry. Instead the were covered in a gravy of sorts. Can't put my tongue on it but I did taste those chunks of garlic. Thats was great. They weren't very memorable to me. Service was ok. Could have used more quicker refills. Ambiance was great. Its a large place that is well established.

So ima start with the food and quickness of getting it was nice. But I didn't like the fact that when I walked in with my family, there wasn't any real direction on where to check in. Luckily a man saw us and sat us down, but I saw multiple people after us have the same problem. Food was good, I had the Chicken Chow Fun, my wife had the chicken and rice over veggies. Service was fast, but I didn't even know that I was supposed to go pay up front, so that I waited for our server to come pick up the payment...wasted time. I just wish there was a little more direction, so everything was smooth.

One of the best places to grab you a nice bowl of pho! And let's not forget their combination plates! All absolutely good. Of course service is fast and food is fresh and hot every time! Offer self seating ..

My cousin just ate here an hour ago and I asked her to get me bun Bo hue. Three bites in, I see something that shouldn't be in the broth. I am beyond disgusted. Someone needs to do a check.

Took my kids there for dinner but was ruined. We were just about done eating our food when my son noticed something in his bowl of pho. It was a bug. I was so disgusted and I immediately felt sick. Apparently there was no manager that night. The lady in the front taking payments tried to tell me I had to pay 20% of my dinner. Be careful when eating there. Double check for bugs. Customer service was horrible. She was trying to make me feel bad.

    Mongolian Beef, very good!

Everything here is good! Pho is the best in the Central Valley! 5 Stars. But today we came for beef dishes. We had Mongolian beef-5 Stars Filet Mignon' -3 Stars Vermicelli salad with beef- 5 stars Chicken wings- 5 stars Chicken fried rice- 5 stars.

    Waiting to get seated :)

We wrote down our name to get seated; we waited for 5 minutes then got sat down; we got a booth and they gave us water right away along with the menus! I ordered the Chicken Pho with a Mocha Shake and my husband ordered the Shrimp Chow mein with a Coca-Cola soda! The Ambiance was relatively relaxing; medium noise...you can have a comfortable full on conversation with out getting bothered by anything :) The Food was 10/10 - it was my 2nd time coming here and it taste exactly the same! :)

If you're looking for a solid bowl of pho in the Stockton area, I would recommend Pho Saigon Bay! I came here all throughout college and even after graduating when visiting friends still in the area. It's always pretty crowded which shows that the food is great! I always order the pho that comes with tripe, and I got their middle size, which ended up being pretty big! I loved the amount of noodles and meat you got for their medium size and everything tasted very good! The service was also very fast as well, no complaints! :)

Turn the clock forward a decade and guess what, the food is still outstanding and the service is still attentive and kind. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive for us so we were good and hungry when we got into town. The owner greeted us warmly and a friendly server (her son), came by to help us. We decided to order: Hot & sour soup - heaven in a big bowl. Savory broth filled with delicious ingredients. It was well flavored, not too spicy or tangy Mu shu chicken - 4 pancakes with hoisin sauce. Our server wrapped our first ones for us. The dish contained the typical scrambled egg, sliced cabbage, protein, etc and it was fresh and tasty Beef with asparagus -noted in the entry that asparagus was in season so we had to order it. Meat was tender and the asparagus was cooked beautifully House chow mein - Fried perfectly and not doused in a bunch of sauce or oil. The protein on this dish was plentiful and it was simple and delicious. I loved how they didn't add chives/green onion to these dishes. The hot & sour soup had a few little green onions for color but this is the first time I've been to a Chinese restaurant that doesn't overfill the dishes with onions (as I don't like onions). Maybe that's the reason I enjoyed everything so much. Portions are very generous! We had lots of yummy leftovers. Our server told us that two of his brothers were the chefs. My kudos to them; they certainly know how to cook!

There…read morearen't a lot of great Chinese buffet options in the area, so I came in with reasonable expectations, and this place exceeded them. Before I get into the review, I think it's only fair to mention that I rate buffets differently than traditional restaurants. My expectations are based on other buffets, where freshness, consistency, food rotation, and value matter just as much as presentation. This feels more like a small, family-owned neighborhood buffet than a large commercial chain, and I actually think that's part of its charm. The buffet isn't huge, but I'd rather have a smaller selection that's done well than a massive buffet where half the food has been sitting under heat lamps for hours. I sampled most of the buffet, and overall I was impressed. My favorite dishes were the beef chow fun noodles, chow mein, honey pork, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and the spicy chicken wings. The wings were especially good, they were nice and meaty with a great flavor and weren't loaded with fat like buffet wings sometimes are. Other solid choices were the sweet and sour pork, broccoli beef, and fried green beans. The only items that didn't really stand out to me were the vegetable egg rolls and crab rangoons. They weren't bad by any means, just average compared to the rest of the buffet. One thing that really stood out was how well the buffet was maintained. A staff member was constantly cleaning, rotating trays, and refilling food, so everything stayed warm and fresh throughout my visit. I never came across anything that was cold or looked like it had been sitting for a long time. The soda station was clean, drinks were self-serve, and the staff was friendly whenever I interacted with them. Most of the customers seemed to be ordering takeout rather than dining in, and after seeing the portions, I completely understand why. The takeout containers were packed so full they were almost difficult to close. For the price, the value here is outstanding. The only reason I'm not giving this place five stars comes down to presentation. The dining room itself is clean, but it's very simple. From the drink station you can see directly into part of the kitchen, and the plumbing underneath the soda and ice machine is exposed, which makes the restaurant feel less polished. I didn't see anything that made me question the cleanliness or food safety; it was more of an aesthetic issue than a sanitation concern, but it does affect the overall atmosphere. That said, when I judge this place as a buffet rather than comparing it to a full-service restaurant, the food quality, freshness, service, and value easily outweigh those cosmetic issues. Would I come back? Absolutely. If you're looking for an affordable Chinese buffet with consistently fresh food, friendly staff, generous portions, and flavors that honestly surprised me, M Kitchen Buffet is definitely worth checking out.
