The service was okay. It felt like we had a new server. I really don't prefer giving bad reviews especially to local businesses. I was given a very dirty teacup for my tea. Okay, that happens. My spoon also needed replaced. Also, normal, happens. I ordered the spring rolls. They were too hot to touch when they arrived, I was stoked! But my first bite revealed under cooked pork sausage. I asked them to just take it off my tab as my P6 soup already arrived. They brought me a new order and I had them take it back because I didn't want the appetizer after my meal got there. I still had to remind them to take it off my tab. The place isn't dirty but it isn't kept clean either. I went to add the plum sauce to my pho and the bottle wound up having old, sticky sauce all down the side. It was hidden so I didn't know until my fingers were in it. I'd suggest skipping over to Banana Thai, you won't regret it. read more

We stopped in on a Sunday at 12:30. There was several empty tables. We were told to sit anywhere. I got the large pho with brisket and steak. I thought the flavor was great. Meat was tender. My husband got the shrimp and pork simmer on the lunch menu. It came with a small bowl of pho, rice, and veggies. There was about 6 large shell on shrimp in the dish. Very good. We also got the pork banh mi. The flavor was so good. Lena was our sever. She and the other employee were new. The owner was walking around answering questions when needed. I really liked Pho Saigon. It is conveniently located in the NW side of OKC on NW Expressway where there wasn't a pho restaurant until Pho Saigon opened in July 2025. The menu was quite diverse in different Vietnamese food but I stuck with the standard food on this particular visit. The spring rolls were quite tasty, but I wished the peanut sauce was less thick. I particularly enjoyed their hot tea, using real tea leaves rather than tea bags. The pho was also good. The best feature about the pho was the quantity and price, a large bowl for only $14.45. Seriously, their large pho is like an extra large. I wished the broth could be more flavorful so I wouldn't have to add extra hoisin sauce. I thought the service was great. The owner was friendly and checked on each customers. For some reason, the cashier was having difficulty with printing receipts. A nice clean pho restaurant, a much needed place for NW Oklahoma City. Highly recommend if you are in the area. VII Asian Bistro is much better though. read more

The menu features traditional staples like pho, bun bò Huế, rice platters, and vermicelli bowls, but what stood out most were the family-style dishes reminiscent of home cooking--like braised pork with egg (thịt kho trứng) and caramelized fish (cá kho tộ), each served with a side of soup. I had the pho combination, but the broth was a bit disappointing--lacking the deep beefy flavor and tasting almost watered down. But generous portions of the beef and noodles. The grilled pork bánh bì was tasty, though we've had better elsewhere. My fiancé, still hungry, ordered the bò kho (Vietnamese beef stew), which was rich and flavorful, though noticeably on the sweet side. Overall, friendly staff, restaurant is bright and clean, and has great potential given the variety of dishes that are worth exploring. I am not a big fan of Vietnamese food but I did enjoy my dish I got at this restaurant. This restaurant is new to the NW oKC area. It is small inside but seems legit. There are a lot of options on the menu for those who are not a fan of Pho (like me) so no need to worry. We were not checked up on during our visit which was disappointing. I personally won't be picking this place to eat at again but would come back if a group of friends wanted to. read more

Came in for a quick supper on the way home. They are at a very small strip mall, in between a cbd and a thai restaurant. Their hours are Tue-Sun 11am-9pm, closed on Mondays. Inside was clean and modern with a pleasing color palette of white walls, black tables and chairs, with accents of lime green and steel. I think they said they've only been open for a month or so. Even the condiment station with chopsticks and napkins at each table was clean. Only wished that the booths had cushioning as it was starting to hurt my butt after sitting for a while. The menu was 2-sided and had lots of white-out items, which surprised us, as we weren't sure why when they've only been opened for a month. I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup since I was craving wontons, but it was big mistake. The soup came out hot, but the wontons were lukewarm, which obviously they were frozen and dropped into the soup (but still need to make sure the wontons are hot). The bottom of the wrapper were mostly flaked off. Also, the wonton is some sort of paste that was not appetizing. I did not enjoy this dish as all. It should've been one of those that got the "white-out". Hubs went with the traditional Pho, he got the P10 Steak & Meatball Pho. The greens and bean sprouts that came with it were fresh and clean and even included lettuce. This dish, on the other hand, was delicious! It was light and flavorful. Pho Lien Hoa still gives you more meat for the price, but taste-wise it was different but just as good. There were 3 Vietnamese ladies working, all dressed in all black. They spoke in Vietnamese with each other. There were 2 to-go's while we were there and they spoke Vietnamese with them (and seemed to know them). Another table for 6 was getting seated when we were leaving, and they too spoke Vietnamese with them and also appeared to know them. This is like your local Vietnamese joint. read more

Amazing food. Thats all I have to say. Everything on menu is delicately prepared using amazing ingredients and technique. Bone broth is made for 16 hours, and nutrients is absorbed well through the food. It is very healthy and i would reccomend their service to everyone. Awesome new Vietnamese restaurant on NW Expressway with very authentic fare, I recognized the owner Christy from her old restaurant in Yukon (which she sold) and that place also had very authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Their Phnom Penh Noodles, or Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang (a popular Vietnamese-Cambodian noodle soup originating from the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh) was great. Their dessert was also nice (the jelly cup), as were their pork spring rolls. Service exceptional and interior environment nice and spacious with many seats/chairs. My husband and I moved up to the northwest side of town in February 2025. We've been looking for an authentic pho place since. We have had good pho just not close. Enter: Pho Saigon. They've been open since mid-July 2025. We went tonight. The food was delicious: the chicken spring roll (rice paper) was succulent and flavorful. The fried spring roll surprised me with corn in it, but it was also delicious. My regular size pho was generous, the chicken was tender and not dry, same with my husband's steak pho. The service was outstanding: our waters were never empty, and they did a great job checking on us during our meal. The restaurant itself was clean and hospitable, and the owner was there. She gave us the background in the art they have hanging, which was nice. Today I learned that pho actually started as a street food. All in all, 11/10, we will be back. read more

Absolutely incredible experience at Pho Saigon! I've had a lot of pho over the years, including when I lived in the OKC Asian district, and this is hands down some of the best I've ever had. My new favorite pho restaurant in OKC. As a person who's picky when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine I would say this is the most authentic tasting Vietnamese restaurant I have tried in the metro. I've been here a few times and have gotten the Phở đặc biệt and Cá Kho Tộ. Broth is very rich and you can tell it's fresh. They don't dilute their broth at all. The portion size is big for what you pay for which is a plus. The Cá Kho was very tasty too, good flavors with hints of nostalgia. We happened to go after the grand opening. The restaurant was really bright and comfortable. The pho was outstanding!! We both had the pho with steak, brisket, and meatballs. I got the large (I could not eat it all), and my wife got the regular (It was a large bowl of meat, noodles, and broth), pure deeeelicious.
