The food was great. We had bowls - chicken for my friend and tofu vegan for me. We loved our meals, and having fallen for the just $1 more for a big bowl we had enough leftovers for a couple meals. I'd give it 5 stars but there was a crazy customer service interaction with another customer that got way out of control. I had to intercede to get the customer and employee to stop as they were ramped up in front of three children. The employee was equally at fault for it getting out of hand. I've ordered from here a few times and it's always been fine. Tonight though is a way different story. We ordered two bowls of the same type of pho, through doordash. We received one bowl of pho, and one dish called Bun Bo Hue. Absolutely not what we ordered- when we called the restaurant, they said they weren't sure what happened and that the driver probably mixed things up. I'm unsure how it would be the drivers fault, as everything was secured tightly. Not being able to take accountability doesn't show great customer service, especially after spending $70+ for delivery of wrong items. read more

Food is decent & service is slow. They opened recently, so it will take a little time to adjust, I'm sure. The salad rolls could use more pork. You only get a couple very thin slices. The sauce is too little. The vermicelli bowls are generous in size & have fresh ingredients, but the sauce given is small. Vietnamese coffee is good, but came after we got all our food, so the service time is off. Rice plate is good, but stir-fried noodles are a bit bland. The cook took two smoke breaks at the front of the restaurant while we were eating. Not my favorite thing to see... I think this place is decent enough to stay in business, but definitely has some kinks that need to be worked out. read more

I'm glad to see this place open close to home. This place is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. We've tried their small Chicken Pho, Pho with beef balls and their vermacelli dishes. Broth is flavorful and you get a good amount of meat and noodles for the price. This is arguably one of my favorite pho spots nestled right off of 205 in Clackamas. This has become a weekly dinner outing since they've been open for dine-in! I've yet to have a bad experience here. The service is always pretty fast and food is always satisfying. The pho beef broth is delicious and the portions for meat and noodles is perfect. On this particular visit, I decided to order a large bowl of P2 - pho tai with extra veggies so that I could eat half and save half for lunch the next day. (Pro tip: pho saves best when you store the liquid and noodles in two separate containers so the noodles don't swell up too much). Outside of my regular pho order, I've tried the salad roles(which are huge and come with that delicious peanut sauce) and boba tea. I highly recommend this restaurant for your pho needs! read more

I've literally created a Yelp account just to write a review. This place is NOT good at all!!!! My kids and I looove pho... so we figured we'd try this place out! I decided I wanted the pad Thai and my two kids got the pho. They brought out the Pad Thai and I took one bite and it tasted rancid. But, I was like maybe it was just that bite. I go in to take another bite and had to spit it back out. The chicken tasted old and it was soooo bad. I informed our waitress about it and felt bad because normally I'd just fight through and eat an order because I don't like to waste but it was just not good and knew I'd get sick eating it. When I told her she looked very upset and annoyed... I put the plate aside thinking she'd take it.... I asked to see if I could just get a bowl of pho instead and she said okay then walked away rolling her eyes. They brought the soup out and I ate it. When we went to pay the lady said she talked to the manager and said I still had to pay for the plate and I had to pay half. I told them no way... it tastes disgusting and rancid. The chicken tasted old and I will not pay for it! She continued to argue that it was fine, they just cooked it and it marinated all night... I said that may be the case but it still didn't taste right and tasted old. The way she was looking at me and treating me was absolutely disgusting... mean girl status like from the mean girl movie... I ended up just paying the half and for our pho soups so we could just get out of there. I did not tip them because of how horrible my experience was and she saw she looked upset. But, as I was walking out I was holding the door for my kids and I could see inside that the waitress and waiter were laughing at the counter like they did something horrible and knew it. My daughter saw the same thing and we were like what the heck. I kid you not... not only ten minutes later I felt sooooo sick and ended up with the worst stomach ache and was in the bathroom most the night. Either just the one bite I ate messed me up that bad or they put something in my soup. My kids did not get sick, just me and was crying all night! I will NEVER go back there again. I'm writing a google review as well and contacting all I need to in order for whomever to go out and inspect. Beyond that they were just rude, seemed upset and annoyed the minute we even walked in. The food is fine. What I'm not too happy about is the service here. My girlfriend placed an order of only a few items, 20 minutes before I arrived there to pick up. Once arrival, the guy told me to wait another 10 minutes, which I was totally fine with. I actually waited 20 minutes to give them some extra time to get it ready, since I understood it was around dinner time, and it can be busy. Went back there after waiting, and the guy told me to wait another 15 minutes...which I knew they haven't even started the order yet as I see them frantically running in the back, looking for my order ticket. Sooo.. I don't know about the rest of their foods but the chicken noodle pho is a definite no go for me and Yeah I think this place is to... to me if you have a food business and want return customers you should put out the freshest food there is with a quality taste ... to me they were trying to cut corners and time by cooking ahead and freezing food to save on both time and money.. bad idea in my way of thinking...ehh!
