The broth here is solid. This is the pho spot I'll keep coming to while in San Antonio. The service is fine too. The lady is polite and comes to check on you. They give plenty of meat and their thai tea is also pretty good. I've had a lot of pho in my life so it's definitely hard to find spots that hit the mark, but this spot will for sure satisfy a pho craving. The restaurant has been clean the last two times I've come and I've had no complaints. The first time I came here, I didn't know that you go to the register to pay, so we were waiting for the check for a bit then asked and were told to pay at the register. ONLY reason for 4 stars is lack of service... Started out strong but quickly dwindled. HAD to get up and ask for another napkin as only 1 was provided. Wow. This is one of my top favorite Vietnamese restaurants in San Antonio. Firstly, the summer roll is a handful. Even that portion itself can feed one or two people but we cut it up into 4 and the sauce that goes with it... delectable! The glass noodles with crab is my absolute favorite. You cannot go wrong! It's light and savory and not too heavy on the stomach. Pork was seasoned and grilled to perfection. The drinks are amazing. Overall just a great experience. The owner and service is great. I've been here twice now: once with the whole family and the second time with just my husband and son, and both visits were great. Attractive interior, but the music (noise) in the background was grating and not enjoyable. The order of four Vietnamese rolls was accompanied by 3 little tiny pieces of lettuce (at least it was not Iceberg), a couple of straggly stems of cilantro and some shredded carrot. The rolls were fine as was the sauce. Not even enough lettuce to wrap the 3 that got to have lettuce. My friend had the Broccoli Beef and ate all of it saying how good it was, only thing left on his plate was some of the very large portion of white rice. I ordered the lemongrass pork with noodles. It too was good and all I left were some noodles in the bottom of the bowl. Service was prompt and courteous. Not having sufficient lettuce, yellowish cilantro and no basil along with the dreadful noise coming out of the kitchen is the reason for not rating at any more than 4 stars read more
