    Crab with glass noodles
    Tracy H.

Wow. This is one of my top favorite Vietnamese restaurants in San Antonio. Firstly, the summer roll is a handful. Even that portion itself can feed one or two people but we cut it up into 4 and the sauce that goes with it... delectable! The glass noodles with crab is my absolute favorite. You cannot go wrong! It's light and savory and not too heavy on the stomach. Pork was seasoned and grilled to perfection. The drinks are amazing. Overall just a great experience. The owner and service is great. They do take lots of thought and care into the food and service. The lights are so pretty inside and it's so warm and inviting. I'll be back Pho Sure (get it haha)

Quick service and delicious meal! I had never tried pho before, and didn't know where to go. A friend recommended this place. I will definitely come back! It was nice and quiet and the decor was cute.

Pho Sure is such a hidden gem in San Antonio.. absolutely delicious and worth seeking out! I've been here twice now: once with the whole family and the second time with just my husband and son, and both visits were great. The Vietnamese coffee is exactly how I like is.. strong but sweet, not too sweet, and definitely not under-sweet (if you know, you know!). We've tried the Bún Bò Huế, the chicken and shrimp pho (which I had never had before and loved!), and the grilled chicken bánh mì... so, so good. My husband had the grilled pork chop dish and was all about it. What really sets this place apart for me from all the other pho spots in SATX is hard to pinpoint... maybe it's the presentation, the freshness, or just the overall vibe. It's super clean, family-owned, and you can really tell they take pride in what they do. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the food feels made with care. Definitely a go-to pho spot for us now!

Pho (two meat special) raw beef and meatballs! SO YUMMY

Pho Sure smells amazing as soon as you enter the restaurant. Nice decor and spacious. Very clean restaurant and bathroom. We had fresh rolls with lemongrass tofu-- yummy. The bun combo was delicious. So colorful and fresh. We WILL be back!

Loved this place! The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing. The staff welcoming and attentive. Tried the pho with well-done flank steak was rich and flavorful, and the pot stickers were perfectly crisp. The bahn mi sandwiches were delicious and it was awesome to see both beef and chicken options on their menu (instead of the usual single choice). Their peach mint tea was the perfect refreshing finish. Can't wait to return!

We had a delicious experience here. The place was clean with cute lighting. The wait time for our food was minimal-reasonable. I highly recommend trying their signature items. The rib was so tender and the broth was flavorful. I really liked that they don't use msg.

I Pho Sure I kind of stopped going somewhere else for pho ever since they opened. The broth is really good and I like their little self serve bowls of chili oil to give some nice heat. Sometimes I put a lil too much & cry. Deliciousness in a bowl I always leave happy

Food and people were awesome!! It would be great if they used unscented cleaning products- that crap is nasty and ruins the food flavors.

Finally got around to trying this place out and regret not going sooner! It's a small(ish) place…read moreso there was a small wait on a cold day but well well worth the wait! Once we got sat we placed our orders and had food in front of us in 15ish minutes? It was great. The wings were delicious, you could throw the sauce on a tire and I'd eat it. The bowls were so refreshing and delicious and the pho was perfect. I can't wait to go back! Give this place a try, be aware the parkings tight, don't get overwhelmed or thrown off find the parking get inside and be ready for some amazing food from amazing people! Side note: everytime the older Vietnamese women came to clear our plates as we finished she told us good job for fishing our food and tbh it felt so warming and homey without thought

I am afraid that I must change my review of Pho Kim Long. I am sad to do so because this was one of…read moremy favorite local restaurants for over a decade. However, my most recent encounter has soured me completely, and I think I will never return. My favorite dish here was something that did not appear on the menu, Bo Tai Chanh salad. Even though it was not listed, they would whip it up at my request. It consists of beef cappaccio on an iceberg lettuce salad with Vietnamese vegetables and a fish sauce based dressing. Tonight they refused my order. What makes this refusal all the more frustrating is that Pho Bo Tai Chanh (the soup version) is listed on the menu and promoted as one of the favorite dishes. All that was needed, to meet my request, was to cut up half a head of lettuce and throw the non-liquid ingredients of the soup on top. Every restaurant should remember the customer is always right. Their only purpose is to meet their customers' requests to the best of their ability. I understand when a kitchen cannot meet requests with the ingredients or equipment they have. For example, I always call 24 hours ahead to order Peking Duck because the traditional methods require that amount of time to prepare the dish. Or I remember being refused a request to have my meat served rare when the restaurant had already cooked all its meat to medium rare using sous vide. I don't expect the kitchen to do the impossible. But every kitchen must be ready to meet special request whether health related like peanuts, shrimp, gluten, salt, carbohydrates, etc. or relate to tastes or ethics like vegetarian, vegans, seafood, etc. To fail one's customers is the first step to being one of the numerous restaurants to fail and become irrelevant. Any restaurant that refuses to meet reasonable requests fails the fundamental test for good service and does not deserve to be patronized. P.S. I end up going down the road to Yaya's Thai Restaurant (another local restaurant) to get something that met my tastes and preferences.
