Pho Sure is a great Vietnamese restaurant with the best service and Family friendly environment. I started going in 2004 when they were in their old location. I love this restaurant a lot, I used to talk to the Grandpa way back in the day. He let me put some of my art up in his space next door long time ago. Today I went again and had some really good Grilled Chicken Lemongrass Vermicelli, I also had some Thai Tea which is so good and I wanted the Boba with it. They have so many kinds of foods of all kinds of tastiness, they are expert at Pho. I go here every season, crunch time is in the winter with Pho's but they are amazing year round with so much variety in the menu. I highly recommend them because they are the best. This Family business is beautiful, they take the time to care for customers, I am always greeted with smiles and courtesy. It has been over two decades of me loving this place. Take your friends! I recently visited Pho Sure with my sister and nieces had a great experience overall. We ordered three bowls of pho (two were the kids meals priced at a very reasonable $7.99) , an adult combo as well, along with a chicken bánh mì. The appetizers on the menu were ok, but we decided to stick to our entree choices. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. The pho was flavorful and satisfying, especially for the price. One small downside, our kids' meals didn't come with basil or bean sprouts, which would have made them even better, but the taste of the Pho was delicious. The chicken bánh mì, though, was the star of the visit for me. It was incredibly flavorful and I took off the jalapeños due to my allergies and I don't like carrots, I honestly could have eaten three of them as the family helped destroy this one with succulent chicken and cucumber slices. The restaurant itself was clean, spacious, and conveniently located right off 1604, making it easy to get to. Overall, a really solid spot, and we'll definitely be back as the service was great! read more

The rainy weather called for a pho brunch day! My husband is a pho snob and we're always on the hunt for new pho restaurants. Pho Sure was an overall good experience, but not our favorite. My husband and I mainly focus on the broth and oddly enough his common description is whether or not the broth is "clean". The crazy part is I completely understand what he means. There's a bold richness and a certain hue to a rich, "clean" broth. Additionally, for some reason this place only served cilantro, lemon, and sprouts as toppings. Most other places serve; lemon, sprouts, cilantro, mint leaves, and sliced jalapeños. Service was good. They only offer one size fyi. Always consistent with their Pho. I like the beef combo which has different meats and I'm always left with some to take so l can have a snack later. It is a comfortable seating establishment that is simple with good food. They are speedy with their entrees and it is a family owned spot. Absolutely love the vegetarian lemongrass tofu banh mi and pho! Lived right next to it and now still travel across the city for it.

This is my absolute favorite place to get pho from. Their broth paired with hoisin sauce is soooo good and taste so warm and cozy, perfect to get with cold weather. This was my first time trying the crispy calamari and it did not disappoint. Usually calamari is served with marinara sauce but they served it with this sweet sauce that went perfect! As a Vietnamese person who grew up eating pho, this was unfortunately the worst bowl I've ever had. I'm not talking about the service -- the staff was fine. This review is strictly about the food. The broth had no depth or traditional pho flavor. It tasted flat and lacked the rich, aromatic profile pho is known for. On top of that, the noodle portion was very small -- I could finish the entire serving in just a couple bites. For the price, the quantity and quality simply weren't there. Based on this experience, I can't recommend it. There are far better pho spots out there that offer authentic flavor and proper portions. Not sure how they are getting such high ratings. read more

We had dined in a few years ago and had great service. However My fiance and I ordered for pickup today and we were let down. I ordered the glazed teriyaki chicken with fried rice. Both the chicken and fried rice had no flavor. And I felt like the portion of the chicken was so small. 95%rice and 5% THIN chicken. It was not as pictured as I saw online. My fiance ordered pho and overall portion of noodles and protein amount was heavily lacking. We do not eat a lot, so that's saying something. The pot stickers were okay but nothing special. No thai basil, jalepeno, lime, or cilantro leaves.Two tiny packets of Sriracha and plum sause, no cups of each. Only a scant amount of onion and a few cilantro stems. It was a take out order. My family requested pho for dinner, so it was perfect because it was such a cold evening. Upon arriving there were about 4 tables filled with other people dining in, and one waitress. She was really nice and welcoming. We ordered some appetizers: fried tofu (ehhh...it was okay), fried rolls (delicious), and the crab rangoon. We were pretty disappointed with the crab rangoon because it barely had any filling in it -- all wrapper and maybe a tsp of filling. Not cool. Don't be stingy with it... fill that bad up, and the sauce for it was different from what we're used too, so we didn't care for it. My husband and our kids ordered pho, and they didn't care to much for it -- I decided to taste the broth and it was bland -- the cinnamon was just way too over powering the broth. The bowl came with only a small handful of noodles, and no jalapeños and only one very small slice of lime. I also asked for the receipt and never received it. The customer service was poor, and one staff was noticeably rude. The utensils were thrown loosely into the bag without any plastic wrapping or napkins, which felt careless and unsanitary. It fulfills the craving.. my foodie companion order the teriyaki chicken and he wasn't too impressed, it did look good but unfortunately I didn't get to try. But let me tell you about their porkchop! I will gladly go back for the porkchop. It was the perfect combination of seasonings and the egg was definitely the needed touch for the rice. What made it fantastic was the owner providing different sauces and explaining how to use them in order for all the flavors to compliment each other. It really made for a good experience!
