Amazing service, hot food, authentic flavors...ten out of ten!! Delicious!!! We cannot wait to return!

Dont order to go or delivery if you are out of town. Everything will arrive raw with the intention that lukewarm soup will cook it. This is not advertised as a hotpot, nowhere does it claim to be. I understand Pho soups are meant to be cooked and served that way when you are immediately eating it. I was not. As someone who works in a kitchen, in no universe does liquid stay hot in a deli cup for more than 5 minutes. It just doesn't. To give a customer completely raw meat is a complete disregard for food safety, your craft, and the customer. The cheesepuffs do have imitation crab but do not say such. Instead the lie and say they are a specialty type, but really they are frozen. Oh and when you tell them your name, they will correct you on how to say it like you weren't gifted it sum odd years ago.

Really flavorful. The noodles are chewy and not mushy and it wasn't oily. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed the combination pho here. The broth was very flavorful and they give you a good portion size. Also shared some Vietnamese spring rolls, orange chicken, and shrimp and mushroom with the rest of my family and everyone seemed to enjoy everything we tried. Service was good and the space was clean and comfortable.

I came here craving something light, and the vegetable pho soup caught my eye. It turned out to be the perfect choice--delicious and satisfying!

I was in desperate needs of some good pho and found Pho House through Yelp. It took me a bit to get here because the GPS was confused of the location since it's behind a hotel (so keep that in mind). As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by one of the staff members. For my first time I decided to go for the classic Pho Ga (chicken). The food came out quickly and the presentation was great. I was pleasantly surprised that their bowl was not as giant as in other places. In most restaurants I can never finish a bowl of pho, which I hate cause there is nothing worse than wasting food. However, I felt like their portion was just perfect and even gave an opportunity to order an appetizer if you really wanted too. Anyhow! regardless of the size of the bowl, the broth was packed with flavor and it was exactly what I was looking for. I am most definitely coming back to this restaurant and trying some other menu items!

Absolutely Delicious! Me and my cousins came here because we wanted Chinese / Thai cuisine and this includes both! Customer service was great the woman who is the manager here was lovely and once you place your order she knows it by memory, pretty neat if you ask me. The food was a 10/10 I order the sesame chicken and my cousin order the pho! If you are ever running errands and want a good hardy meal for a good price as well this is the destination! Will be returning.

Pho house is kinda tucked away, and easy to overlook. It's just a few minutes away from the airport, so I decided to give them a try before catching my flight at SAT. Their menu has several Pho's, as well as other non-Vietnamese dishes, such as Pad Thai, or Orange Chicken. The service is friendly and fast, in this overly decorated restaurant. I ordered the combination Pho (P8), which hit the spot before my 4 hr flight.

This spot is an absolute gem! The broth is incredibly flavorful, the tender beef melts in your mouth. Hands down, the best Pho!

Pho was goos. Service was quick. I wish the portions were a little larger, but overall good for a quick bite.

Finally got around to trying this place out and regret not going sooner! It's a small(ish) place…read moreso there was a small wait on a cold day but well well worth the wait! Once we got sat we placed our orders and had food in front of us in 15ish minutes? It was great. The wings were delicious, you could throw the sauce on a tire and I'd eat it. The bowls were so refreshing and delicious and the pho was perfect. I can't wait to go back! Give this place a try, be aware the parkings tight, don't get overwhelmed or thrown off find the parking get inside and be ready for some amazing food from amazing people! Side note: everytime the older Vietnamese women came to clear our plates as we finished she told us good job for fishing our food and tbh it felt so warming and homey without thought

I am afraid that I must change my review of Pho Kim Long. I am sad to do so because this was one of…read moremy favorite local restaurants for over a decade. However, my most recent encounter has soured me completely, and I think I will never return. My favorite dish here was something that did not appear on the menu, Bo Tai Chanh salad. Even though it was not listed, they would whip it up at my request. It consists of beef cappaccio on an iceberg lettuce salad with Vietnamese vegetables and a fish sauce based dressing. Tonight they refused my order. What makes this refusal all the more frustrating is that Pho Bo Tai Chanh (the soup version) is listed on the menu and promoted as one of the favorite dishes. All that was needed, to meet my request, was to cut up half a head of lettuce and throw the non-liquid ingredients of the soup on top. Every restaurant should remember the customer is always right. Their only purpose is to meet their customers' requests to the best of their ability. I understand when a kitchen cannot meet requests with the ingredients or equipment they have. For example, I always call 24 hours ahead to order Peking Duck because the traditional methods require that amount of time to prepare the dish. Or I remember being refused a request to have my meat served rare when the restaurant had already cooked all its meat to medium rare using sous vide. I don't expect the kitchen to do the impossible. But every kitchen must be ready to meet special request whether health related like peanuts, shrimp, gluten, salt, carbohydrates, etc. or relate to tastes or ethics like vegetarian, vegans, seafood, etc. To fail one's customers is the first step to being one of the numerous restaurants to fail and become irrelevant. Any restaurant that refuses to meet reasonable requests fails the fundamental test for good service and does not deserve to be patronized. P.S. I end up going down the road to Yaya's Thai Restaurant (another local restaurant) to get something that met my tastes and preferences.
