Adding extra lemon really enhances the taste. Only downside, the rice stayed too long on the plate and became a bit too hard to chew. Tokwa't Baboy Crispy pork with fried tofu in a sour soy-fish sauce. The pork was a bit fatty for my preference, but the crispy skin was really good. The fried tofu was the highlight, it soaked up the sauce and was super flavorful in every bite. Halo Halo Ube ice cream, flan, shaved ice, condensed milk, and mixed fruits like banana and sweet potato. Very refreshing and sweet. The flan was amazing, just wish the portion was bigger.
