Food 4 star, service not bad but 6 employees & yet they can't pick up the phone after 4 of my staffs try to call over and over in the course of the day. We were in NY for 6 days & I called get very single day but no one at this location would pick up. So we just decided to stop by one night to eat bc my brother said this place foods was food. Lots of staffs standing around but yet again, not busy but had the music blasting so maybe that's why they couldn't hear the phone. I had their Bun Bo hue and my brother had rice & sister had Pho. Tried tonight for dinner. Their Pho was Delicious! I love how they gave us more than enough veggie/toppings. They give you asian mint(?) And cilantro! I wasnt too impressed with their summer roll.. it was just romaine lettuce with noodles and shrimp.. i was expecting pickled veggies and or other fillings. Their service is a little slow, you sort of need to flail your arms around if and when you need something. The pricing isnt too bad, the portions for pho were pretty hefty. Parking in this plaza has always sucked and prob will stay this way. I also tried their iced coffee w milk(condensed) its a bit sweeter than what Im used to. Perhaps their coffee isnt as strong as some other places? They have tables for 2 to 10 and can move tables to make bigger tables. They seem to take rsvp, even on Sat nights. All in all, Id definitely be back! read more

I love Vietnamese food since im married to one I kinda of have tried it all. When I visit a new Vietnamese restaurant I try their Bun Bo Hue and kinda tell if they are authentic. This place did not disappoint.. The food is delish.. it's awesome to have a Vietnamese restaurant nearby that is still authentic and yummy. Owner is super down to earth and friendly. Within 10 miles of where I reside there are about 7-8 Vietnamese restaurants(Bistro Du Saigon, Saigon Kitchen, Simply Vietnamese, Pho Bu, Pho Hana, Pho 32, May Man..). First two used to be good but they've changed(just look at how puny their Cha Gio has shrunken into) and the rest are so called Vietnamese restaurant ran by non-Vietnamese. If you are into real Vietnamese food this place will quench it. Everything's 99% legit in comparison. My only gripe is their Cha gio. Although I understand that rice paper's such a hard maintenance but wonton wrapper wrapped Cha gio is not authentic Vietnamese. Thus -1 star. A-. read more

Asked for two bowls of pho with no cilantro. Repeated it multiple times when ordering and emphasized at the end that we don't want any cilantro on any dishes. Regardless, both bowls STILL came out with a lot of cilantro. The server said "I wrote no cilantro on the paper." But it was very clear that the kitchen still put cilantro in the bowls. She took the bowls and said "they will make new ones." ....The supposedly new bowls came back just the same with the cilantro half scooped out. I could taste it in my soup and we had to scoop them out ourselves. They didn't even apologize until I complained. And even when I complained, they were very nonchalant. They took the bill so fast and never once even tried to make it right at any step. Never go to a restaurant that lies to customers. Who knows what else they lie about? Avoid at all cost! read more

The staff was very friendly and professional, helped us with our questions and all of our food came out so fast. I had the summer rolls, shrimp tempura, and Pho with fat brisket-- everything was hot, fresh and so delicious! This place is perfect if you're in the area and love Pho or just want to try it for the first time. Affordable prices for great flavor-- I also recommend the Bo Bun Huey if you want a soup spicier than the Pho. I found this hidden gem through Yelp and hesitated to try it out, since there was many bad reviews. However, I'm glad I tried it out because this place exceeded my expectations. I loved everything that I ordered, especially the amazing pork chop platter. The pork chop was so savory and juicy . I also ordered shrimp and pork spring roll for my appetizer, it was delicious. I appreciate the food quality since it was fresh & authentic. To top that off, the price was reasonable. The customer service rocked, the waiters were punctual and there to continously take your orders without hesitation or sass. I was surprised by their professionalism. Going downhill... This pho restaurant used to be the best in Fort lee but has gone downhill the last two times I've picked up. The pho broth was clearly watered down and had almost no flavor. When I called to provide feedback, all they said was sorry, and we will let the chef know. Not how can I make the meal correct? Tasteless broth, so I just threw it out. This continues to be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants that we have ever eaten. We had the special Pho noodles that allows us to choose 3 meats that we like. I chose 2 meats and quail eggs. The servers were sooo attentive to our needs and explained the selections kindly and professionally. Cilantro and Mung bean sprouts and limes were all complementary and above all fresh. We also ordered grilled chicken Banmi. Baguettes were crispy and all vegetables and sauces were delicious and well balanced. They promptly served water and refilled before being asked. Even credit card process was smooth and simple, although there is a 3 % processing fee added. Very upsetting experience for the past few times visits. I normally don't get tick by this as this has happened before and usually understandable. However, what happened today is extremely upsetting. The waitress took our order as usual. When we got our order, we realized one of the item is missing. We question the waitress and she replied that they are out of it so they just throw in a spring roll instead. She simply didn't care (as usual) and walk away. Now here comes the most upsetting part. She turn around and accepted a same ordered from the table behind us. She says nothing about missing items. I should also mention that food we ordered is the most expensive one on the menu. Here are the problems: 1. Why aren't we told when ordering? 2. Why aren't informed during the food making process? 3. Why didn't we have the opportunity to choose what to substitute? 4. The price of the spring roll is not even close to the missing item. 5. Continue accepting orders knowing that they can't fulfill. This is cheating the customer and false advertising. I wish the owner can see this post and get their employees straight out. As to the rest of you, make sure to check what you get is what you ordered. read more

Owners need to check on their workers. My orders are constantly wrong despite constant repetition to the staff. I probably only get what I order 50% of the time. I will be reporting this location to the Department of Health. I'm suspicious that the broth of their pho is laced with opium or meth or other substances. There is no other reason the food can be so addicting. I've been struggling to eat a full meal lately due to nausea but just finished the extra large rare steak pho with extra noodles. I feel awake and energized, must be the meth in the broth. I hope that eating this pho won't make me fail any mandatory drug testing. They separate meat from broth when you take to go so that way the meat is all soft and tender and not overcooked. Remember to ask for cilantro when getting to go. read more
