I got 3c for 12.99 and added meatballs + $3.75 this is my 1st time here and they did not disappoint I woke up with a little bit of a stuffy nose & was craving pho but not really familiar with this area so decided to give this place a try will definitely be coming back 10/10, place looked clean amd server was cool food came out fast

Four stars just for the food alone when we walked in we went to grab a table was told we couldn't sit there. No reason why we couldn't. I don't want to sit where everybody else is sitting. I wanna sit at an open table away from everybody else, if I can not five minutes later, couple walks in and sat at the table that we wanted to sit at and the owner said go ahead anywhere you want. Really?

Pho ton is the one you want! It's owned by a husband and wife - who are the sweetest! The ambiance is super casual and the food comes out very quickly. My favorite thing to get from here is the rice plate which comes with a pork chop, some shrimp, and chicken. The flavor on this fire grilled meat is WOW. The fried egg that they put on the rice just ties the meal up into a nice bow. We have also had bon bu hue here - and the broth is immaculate! The perfect amount of meats and noodles. I definitely recommend this spot for pho and other viet dishes!!

Everyone had the same idea, to get pho on a cool evening. I went inside and it was really busy. I'm getting a Tai Nam Gau pho. According to the menu that means it has round steak, flank steak, and fatty brisket - how can this be bad!! The table is laden with Sriracha, chili paste and chili oil. It just keeps getting better. Now to get the waiters attention to place the order. The poor guys running around like a chicken with his head cut off. He told me it's gonna be a little while. Ok, the orders been placed and the food came out pretty quickly. Tasty!! I'm coming back!! It was worth the wait!! The food is amazing!!

Since the pandemic started,I have been ordering from here via Grubhub. I usually order the mini egg rolls and the bun bo hue,but since it was the first Friday in Lent,I ordered Spring rolls without the pork to start with. Then I had the egg noodle pho with chicken, shrimp, squid and quail eggs. It is so good! It was a pleasant detour from my usual bun bo hue order. The boyfriend had pork and shrimp vermicelli,he isn't Catholic,so he was okay with eating pork. The restaurant has a small parking lot and it kind of makes it difficult if you have a large truck. That's really my only complaint. This restaurant DOES follow COVID19 safety guidelines, andnit makes me feel good to give them my patronage.

Mid week dinner stop + I had been craving a nice piping hot bowl of pho since the temperatures have dropped outside a bit...but sadly, what I got was warm, almost room temperature pho. Mind you, it was an hour till closing, and you know Asians hate wasting...also, service was average (as expected), but I clearly asked for NO cilantro, and they brought it out with cilantro!!!...then, instead of making a new bowl, they just tried to scoop out the cilantro, but did a poor job of it, so while I was eating it, I could still taste small pieces of cilantro in my soup. #fail. I personally was not a fan of the pho soup base. It didn't taste good at all, just a mediocre broth shall I say? Salty and just present. It wasn't what I was used to at most hole in the wall pho restaurants!...Don't let the interior decor deceive you. People raved (from past reviews) about the crispy egg rolls, but to me, they were miniature in size and crispy at first bite, but after that the flavors just sort of dwindled!...It was overly stuffed, and it's not the flaky, crispy. It looked better than it tasted for sure. We ordered: 1x spring rolls (bleh) 1x crispy egg rolls 1x Pho Tai (sadly disappointing) I've definitely had better tasting pho.

My wife and I wanted to try something new and interesting and not too far from home since I only had an hour for lunch. Pho Ton came up on her search and we decided to give it a try. The restaurant location is on the corner of a small three-business (?) building and the parking was a weak point. It didn't help that I decided to drive my 1/2-ton truck there either. We were promptly seated, and service was acceptably prompt and pleasant. Looking at the menu I thought that the prices were a little high for a Vietnamese Restaurant and that the location must have something to do with it. Lunch came up to about $35 before tip. Anyway, we persisted and decided to order the dishes in the photos. The food came pretty quickly, and we were done in 45 minutes. Portions were good and despite being a little on the pricey side the spring roll appetizer were also good sized and fresh. It was all nice and fresh and tasty. The grilled pork and chicken in my rice plate was tender and delicious, although cooked in the same sauce. My wife said the vermicelli bowl was nice and fresh and the portion size was good. All in all, it was a very nice experience and I definitely recommend Pho Ton.

It can get hard to find good pho in Northwest Houston but Pho Ton is a gem! Broth had a nice richness with a good amount of aromatics punching through. Ordered a Pho Dac Biet which had a great selection of meat cuts. Noodles were cooked well with some chew still remaining. It's definitely slightly on the pricier side for pho overall but I believe it's worth it. The egg rolls and spring rolls were standard and didn't shine in my opinion but the meal shined where it mattered, which was the pho. Had a member of our party that could not eat beef so had a chance to taste the Pho Ga as well which is often overlooked in a lot of restaurants. You could definitely tell they don't skimp on either options as the chicken broth was packed with flavor. Service was great and overall a very pleasant experience. If you're still searching for a pho spot in the Tomball/Klein area, definitely recommend you swing by!

3.5/5 A bit short on noodles + broth a little bland but all the side dressings available to flavor as needed.

My experience started online , I made an order for pickup and when I sat to eat it, there were a few mistakes made that I could not just ignore. I hate being the guy who needs a correction or a refund etc. I'm real go with the flow and trust me I know EVERYONE makes mistakes so I never get angry or frustrated at all, but I spent my money there and thought I'd at-least call them to see if anything can be done. Well I spoke with management and they not only apologized sincerely but guaranteed they would fix the issue by remaking my order completely whenever I chose ! All I had to do was go in and say my name. Today I took them up on that offer and they made me one of the best bowls I've ever had from Cava in my life and didn't charge me a dime! They were friendly , nice , and most importantly professional about the entire situation. I am big on customer service , I own a few businesses and when I see people doing the right thing I think it deserves a shout out! So to all of the Cava staff this is my shoutout to you! Whether it's trendy or not, I'm happy to say that after 2 years away, I can now revisit Cava with fresh eyes and a fresh perspective. Most elements of this shop have remained the same over the years. Fast casual customizable product. Simple straightforward options with a Mediterranean twist. Fountain drinks with a few worth while additions. They are however mixing things up with glazed salmon, seasoned pita chips and something strawberry sesame for the summer. I won't detail the ordering process because if you've been to any restaurant of this type, you've been to them all, but I will say that even though there were a few hiccups in my order (the crew was replacing meats, but did not replace the salmon leaving me with older salmon, and my greens ended up on top leaving a pool of sauce at the bottom of my bowl after confusion around limited power greens), they're still worth the revisit. They were slammed after all and even with the hiccups I enjoyed my bowl and appreciate the ingredient transparency. Happy healthy eating out!

Service was awesome and pretty efficient. The employee let me sample their different chicken options so I could taste the difference, since the menu didn't really explain much when I looked ahead of time. The K'Pop Chicken (cute pun) is a popcorn chicken version of Korean fried chicken with a sticky glaze that has a bit of a kick to it, while the Soy Glazed Chicken is (what I think is) their grilled option, which tastes exactly as it sounds. I definitely recommend the K'Pop chicken, but both were tasty. Ingredient options are fun but REALLY fusion-y... obviously, don't come here expecting any type of authentic experience. But I did love that the options for the base include japchae, since I don't have the opportunity to order this on this side of town. They have a fair drinks selection but I wish they could add a Korean-inspired option like sikhye if they really want to keep the theme cohesive. I don't foresee myself coming often since it's on the pricier side, but due to the convenience and variety, I will definitely be back again for future work lunches. - Ambiance: 4/5 - Food: 4/5 - Service: 5/5

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Chicken Salad Chick…read more I placed two separate orders for the same pickup time--one catering order and one regular order--for a party I was hosting. I sent a friend to pick them up and specifically told her there would be two separate orders. She arrived right when the restaurant opened, was greeted at the door by an employee. She told the employee that she was there to pick up an order and the employee told her my name (so they were expecting the order to be picked up) my friend told the employee there were two orders. The employee handed her what she said were both orders, so my friend had no reason to believe anything was missing. After she returned to my house, we began preparing for a lunch party with about 20 guests. When it was time to serve, we realized one of the orders was missing. I called the restaurant and was told, "Yes, your order is still here." I asked if they could deliver it since the mistake happened during pickup, but they refused. When I asked how they planned to make the situation right and requested some type of compensation for the inconvenience, the manager became rude, raised her voice, and yelled at me. Keep in mind, this was a $136.00 order. What was especially frustrating was that the manager repeatedly insisted the problem was my friend's fault because she didn't specify that one of the orders was a "catering order". My question is: How is a customer supposed to know they need to say that? Nowhere during the ordering process was I told that catering orders are handled separately or that I needed to instruct my pickup person to ask for a catering order specifically. We did exactly what any reasonable customer would do--we gave my name, stated there were two orders, and trusted the employee when she handed over what she said were both orders. I called back hoping for a calmer conversation, but the manager was just as rude the second time. In the end, my son had to make a 40-minute round trip to pick up the missing order while I stayed behind trying to host my guests. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of accountability and customer service. A sincere apology, an offer to help, or even acknowledging that the employee should have verified both orders were picked up would have gone a long way. Instead, I was blamed for something I had no way of knowing and treated disrespectfully. The missing order was frustrating, but the manager's attitude and unwillingness to take responsibility are the reasons I won't be returning to this location.

Thus, we were literally in shock when we entered into the venue and realized that it is a SIT-DOWN RESTAURANT! I didn't think it would be fast food style like Popeye's or KFC. However, I imagined it would be along the line of Cane's, but a little more upscale. My first reaction was, "Aww man, I'm going to have to pay more for something that is already sort of pricey." I'm thinking in terms of tipping. HOWEVER, I actually had a really great time here. The menu is simple, yet unique simultaneously with monthly special burgers and Korean inspired flavors. I LOVE the fact that you can substitute the crispy chicken for GRILLED. I'm all about eating out, enjoying food, but also trying to select better options. Healthy eating doesn't mean boring! This place seems like an American/Korean fusion restaurant, or an Americanized version of Bon Chon. The vibe is really cozy, intimate, and chill. It's a great spot to casually hang out with friends or family. The wait for the chicken was long, BUT it was worth the wait. The food was hot and fresh. The Korean BBQ OG Grilled Chicken Sandwich - It was huge! Even though I am a petite 95 lb lady, I devoured that sandwich. The flavor wasn't an authentic Korean flavor, but it wasn't bad! It was more sour and salty for my taste. I think it would balance out more if there were no pickles, and a mixture of the kimchi carrot slaw + regular mayo based coleslaw. Szechuan Fries - The Szechuan mustard sauce is powerful and incredibly overwhelming. I do NOT recommend that sauce at all. I think if you order these fries, just OMIT that mustard sauce. I felt like all my sinuses cleared up and my eye balls were about to pop out. Dirty Fries - You can't go wrong with cheese fries. I am not a sour person, so I didn't enjoy the pickles on the fries. Our server, Brenna, was INCREDIBLE! She is the main reason why this review is getting a 5 star. She didn't know that it was basically our first time and she still gave us exceptional service. She was friendly, patient, and sweet. We ordered the Szechuan Fries because it was a free offer upon signing up for their rewards program. I told her I didn't like the mustard sauce and she offered to get us the Dirty Fries! I was like, "What?!" The fries were already free, so I didn't expect her to even offer a substitution. ALSO, for the Kid's Meal, she let us know that the side could be substituted for something else at no extra charge. If she didn't make that known to us, we would have had no idea. I'm glad she mentioned it because the boys LOVE mac & cheese, so that was perfect. Also, we were already getting fries, so it helped us to get more variety. All in all, the place is a little expensive, but I had a great time. The service was superb, the food was great, and I noticed that they are involved in the community.
