Umm probably my favorite pho restaurant. I'm so picky when it comes to pho but this broth!! Super clean, light, not too oily like most places, and flavorful! I'm so happy we finally have another Pho place in Brockton. Changed my review from 4 instead to 5 stars because they are working really hard to get everything right. Thank you guys for the effort!! They finally have a working phone number. So you can call in orders now. I liked seeing the cleanliness of the place and all of the customers coming in for safe seating or just take out. It's a good sign. Wait staff was also friendly, knowledgeable and had a sense of urgency. I think it shows that they care. They are offering more items now, compared to the minimal offerings in the original printed menu. But soft openings are normal, so that the bugs and glitches can be worked out. Understandable. So far, I've only had the Goi Cuon (classic fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp), the Cha Gio (fried spring rolls with a pork filling) and some pho broth. The fresh spring rolls were awesome and tightly wrapped. I love the equal parts lettuce and rice noodles. Thin cut pork and halved shrimp were ample. The spring rolls were big and filled me up. The peanut sauce was spot on. But I did miss the ubiquitous crushed peanut and chili garlic that is common in most places. They also only gave me about a tablespoon or so of the sauce. It barely filled up the portion cup. Maybe they ran out. The fried spring rolls were some of the biggest and crunchiest I've had in a while. The fish sauce was sweet, salty and cold, just like I like it. They also gave a huge leaf of romaine and a bunch of (barely pickled) julienne carrot to go with it. I like my ca rot with more pickling flavor. But it was still awesome. My Vietnamese friend would always say that you can always tell a good Pho place by their broth. Having made pho and bun bo hue at home, I can tell that this place is doing it right. There is still a little bit of the yummy oil:fat on the top to let you know that they make it right. It also has a little more star anise and cinnamon stick flavor then other places. I didn't mind. So far so good. I'll keep coming now and then to try more items as they are added. Prices are fair. The place is clean. The service is friendly and fast. And the food is really good. Hope they keep it up. Brockton needs more variety in the healthy take out options. The last place that served pho in Brockton a few years back (in my opinion) cut corners as time went on and their soup tasted flat and full of either bouillon or msg. I hope thus place stays true to their roots. Fingers crossed. read more

My house is a pho house, we eat pho a few times per week. Tonight one of our go to spots was closed and while searching the Uber app came across this spot. I had the EYE Round pho, and I must say the flavor was yummy. My better half had the chicken pho and echos my thoughts of just how tasty the broth is. I would have have this spot 4 stars but the packaging really wasn't up to par, especially with Covid. I will try this place again and maybe put notes in my order about the packaging. read more

This is my second time here. The first time I had the seafood vermicelli bun. This time I had the grilled chicken. Personally, the seafood(imitation crab meat & shrimp) is my favorite so far. The other party with me loves the chicken. It's a cozy establishment, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful decor, light background lounge music and very clean. Yes, the menu is limited, but they also recently opened. It takes time to know what customers really like and any tweaks that need to be made to menu. Glad I found a new spot to enjoy my Pho dates with hubby on his day off. Really delicious flavorful broth "pho sure"! I like that the menu is not extensive but definitely has all the authentic Vietnamese dishes. Although we mainly went there for the Pho, the biggest hit to me during our dine in was the Eggrolls. Ordered the pho tai (C1) and spring rolls (A1) to go. All items were packaged very well, withstanding the 30+ minute drive home. I especially appreciated the noodles being separate from the broth, so they did not get soggy. Delicious meal. Only wished that I lived closer. read more

It's so weird that the resto in Houston, TX keeps coming up. The one in Brockton needs to change their website address! Anyway, the food in Brockton is on point and consistently good. Can't go wrong any time of day or night. I LOVE fresh rolls - they makes a few different ones - this resto makes it so much better than the boring ones you find in Thai restaurants or other Vietnamese places. I also love their rice plates. Not the best pho I ever had, but it's one of the best in the Shiite shore! It was not as salty as most pho I had which is probably due to its non-MSG promise. The passion fruit tea was pretty good, too! The owner was very friendly and gave my toddler a free snack while we were waiting for the main course. The only issues were that C2 was ordered, but the wrong item was given (see attached photo - there was crunchy flank, not beef meatballs); a request was made for the bean sprouts to be steamed, which came raw; and when trying to call their business phone number, it would go straight to voicemail saying their voicemail box is full, so you can't get a hold of them to place an order, hence why we had to order online. read more

I got a large #3 pho that came with brisket, steak beef balls and tendon. It was a good portion and the amount of meat/ tendon was generous. Tendon is my favorite and they had a number of gelatinous chunks of it. I felt good afterwards so no msg and it's not overly salty. I would go here every week if it were closer to where I live! What surprised me was how diverse the restaurant patrons were. At the other tables were two African American young professional women, three Vietnamese construction workers, single Gen x white guy, and two chunky DPW guys. Best and only Pho I've had! I work in the area and have eaten here several times. I usual get the Pho bowl with beef or chicken. Love the Boba tea. The staff is kind and food comes out quick. The music will make you feel like you're in the rolling hills of Studio Ghibli movie. Nice place to stop for a hot relaxing meal. read more

So happy that Brockton has a new pho spot! One of the most important things for me is that my pho comes out piping hot, which it did! I really liked that some of the meat was still pink when it came out because it's more tender than when it is fully cooked. Everything about the Pho Dac Biet was delicious :) I was really impressed with the quality of food at Pho Town 6 on their opening weekend. Despite the busy opening weekend for this family-owned business, they were still able to maintain a friendly atmosphere and good service to all their visitors. They did not have their full menu on the day I went, but I'm very excited to come back for their bone marrow pho (special) and shaking beef! Came today for their dinner service. Was instantly greeted and taken to a table by the wait staff. Service was great and fast, and there were clear safety precautions in place for the busy restaurant. On to the food itself: my part ordered several things. I ordered the B2 rice plate which is white rice with honey glazed pork, shrimp, fried egg, and an eggroll. Everything was delicious and if you want to try everything this is the plate for you. Another member of my part ordered the C1 pho noodle bowl. The broth is so rich and flavorful, it was very comforting and hearty! Lastly H2 specialty dish which was steak served on a sizzling plate with eggs, pate, and pickled carrots. The plate was served with Vietnamese Baguettes and was its own unique and fun experience! After dinner we of course had to try the variety of smoothies Pho Town 6 provided. We ordered each one and honestly, pick your favorite fruit from the variety and you'll love it. Ordered takeout through their website while on a road trip up to Maine. Didn't know what to expect since the descriptions on the menu are different from what we are used to in NYC. We got the grilled honey beef vermicelli, grilled honey pork banh mi, beef avocado spring roll (what we call summer roll in NY), and classic spring roll. The food is a little pricier than what we're used to but they did not skimp on portion size or flavor. Everything we ordered was delicious and our kids even said the grilled beef was better than the one we get back home. Peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls was prepared differently (w/o hoisin sauce) and so good! Will have to try the pho on the way back! read more
