Ordered via grubhub. I ordered their broken rice with lemongrass chicken thigh. The rice and chicken are perfectly seasoned. The chicken thigh is boneless and juicy. The meat on the drumstick is a bit dry but still delicious.

Have no idea what the hype about this place. My friends recommended us to tried this restaurant out since they have alot of great reviews. We came in a group of 7 people. The place was packed. The waiter gave us two large round tables because they have no table left to seated us all together. We ordered Bun Bo hue, banh trang tron, nem cuon, pho dac biet, com dac biet and a few drinks. The foods came out an hour later. We keep reminding the waiter about our missing food orders. Restaurant is very dark inside with little lighting. Foods are just average. A few complaints. My bun Bo hue was too spicy for me. Banh trang tron is too salty and dry. My smoothie drink tastes like artificial favor. It an experience but we won't be back here again.

I've been coming here for years, but mainly for their rice plate. It's undoubtedly one of the best rice plates I've ever had. Recommended items: Nem spring rolls #97 rice plate with everything Pho bo kho

Came on Sunday, the place was busy. Service was okay. Got the Pork chop with broken rice with everything. The portion was decent. The tasty was delicious. It's was pricey at $21 something.

The restaurant is spacious and inviting inside with pleasant ambient music. There's plenty of seating and it has a bar. The service is good with the staff helpful with anything you need. Another good spot for Vietnamese food in Randolph. Hot tea is complimentary. The broken rice with grilled pork chop is a generous size with fresh vegetables. The pork chop is so delicious and the fish sauce goes well with everything mixed up. You will definitely leave full!

What a hidden gem in the area! My friends and I were incredibly impressed with how expansive the menu was and how many authentic Viet dishes the restaurant offers. Prices are fair and I appreciate that you can order Pho based on sizes! BBH was yummy; I just wished that they had included pork blood like in the pictures. My friends also noted their Bun Rieu and fish entree. So many other options to choose from, will definitely be coming back!

The beef salad was like a mountain, with raw beef, tons of vegetables, and a tangy dressing.. mmm mmm delicious! The X-Large pho was perfect for a big appetite--rich broth, tender beef, and plenty of noodles. And the caramelized catfish was a standout--crispy on the outside, tender inside, very meaty with a flavorful sauce that made it hard to stop eating with a side of rice

The conch salad was phenomenal. The dressing was just right, and there were a lot of large conch pieces. I would definitely order it again next time! The Com Dac Biet was also pretty good. I loved the variety of tasty sides that came with the rice. The pork chop was flavorful, and I personally love the bean curd. The restaurant was quite large. My friends and I (party of 4) did not have to wait for a late weekend dinner.

Went on a cold morning for brunch! Already a few tables of full. The service was quick and food was flavorful! It's been a while since we've been back but good never fails! Always get the grilled beef with rice and special beef pho.

There's probably not a week that goes by that I don't order from there. Super solid Viet restaurant that I've come to rely on especially on the weeknights as a last minute takeout option. My repeat favorite is their vermicelli bowls with the sugarcane shrimp and my daughters love their chicken rice plates as well as the appetizer. Portions are so huge, you can even pack the rest for lunch the next day. My husband's a bit more adventurous and has ordered several other plates and I've taken a bite of everything to know that you can't really go wrong with any of their selections. When I'm able to go for pickup, I order from their direct website to save a few bucks but delivery always comes in a flash (sometimes even less than 30 mins!) when I order through DoorDash -- it's an absolute lifesaver.

It's easily one of my favorite Vietnamese spots in Massachusetts! It is comparable to places I've had in California. I love that they have a lot of sizing options for their pho. The conch salad is super refreshing & the shrimp chips are very nostalgic. The chicken skewered are super flavorful as well. If you've been disappointed by the places in Boston, this is definitely worth the trip.

GREAT VALUE FOR DELICIOUS FOOD!!! Flavors are amazing and food is cooked well. - pho broth -- umami, lots of depth, soul warming - grilled meat -- the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and meaty - noodles were not overcooked Theres a wonderful option to get an XL bowl of pho, so to all of the pho lovers out there, this is the spot for you! Their grilled meat is even better.

    73. Bun Ba Mau (3 Color Vermicelli)
    Angel P.

A large group of us came to Pho 89 and everything was great. They have a expansive menu and all the food was delicious. I got the bun ba mau (#73) and it was great with a good portion of protein. I also got their vietnamese iced coffee with milk (ca phe sua da): a little too sweet for me and has more chicory notes than usual. Service was great. Our waiter came to check on us often, and we got everything in a timely matter. They have two levels of seating and a private parking lot. I wish this was closer, but I would definitely come if I'm in the south shore area.

The inside has a really fun upscale lounge vibe with colorful lighting, floral decor, hanging lanterns, and a huge centerpiece tree that makes the whole space feel almost like you are dining in a tropical garden. It feels trendy and lively without being overly loud, which made it a great spot for both dinner and drinks. For drinks, I ordered the mai tai and one of their mocktails. Both were well presented and came in beautiful glasses. The mai tai was refreshing, balanced, and not overly sweet like many places make them. The mocktail was also excellent and felt thoughtfully made rather than just tasting like juice. For food, the short ribs pho was fantastic. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the portion was generous with tender pieces of meat. Definitely one of the better pho presentations I have had in the area. I also ordered the sizzling steak pate with baguette, which came out hot and smelled amazing. The steak was tender and savory, the egg added richness, and pairing everything with the fresh baguette made for a really satisfying dish. Overall Monkey Lounge delivers on both ambiance and food quality. It feels like a hidden gem if you want somewhere with strong date night energy, aesthetic decor, and Vietnamese fusion dishes that actually taste as good as they look. Would absolutely come back again.

He apologized and said it would be out shortly. 10 minutes after that and everyone was done with dinner and it still hadn't come out. We told him to cancel the remaining entrees as dinner was over, he said it would be out soon. We said no thank you, please take it off. He brought it out anyway. We took it reluctantly. It was not very good, but we had a bite or two. I was shocked that he then proceeded to drop the entire bill without any migration or even a gesture. In my experience in a similar circumstance if you're the server you do something to try to make it right. I dunno maybe take off a soda or bring out a free slice of cake if not take something off the bill. Just felt pretty amateur. All we got was some vague excuse about the kitchen being renovated. That's something you should tell a large party when they're ordering. Anyway we've been doing this dinner at different restaurants across the country for years and this night was unfortunately the first time we've had a bad time like we did here that night.
