Fried egg rolls are served with lettuce & fish sauce. You wrap and dip. Charboiled pork chops & rice are a favorite. Good entree to order for the kiddos if they are picky. They are tender, a little bit sweet & make my mouth water. They have little food scissors they give you so you can cut the porkchops up for your little one! Beautifully decorated restaurant that is spacious and modern, but I have never seen more than 2 tables dining here at once... Well the good thing for me is that there is never a wait... I always get the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls. As you can see from my picture I also just order to go. Pork is tender and charred well, but marinate flavor is on the lighter side. Egg rolls are crispy and deep fried. If you are looking for something on the lighter side, this place is right for you. They give you a ton of noodles but light handed on the meat. On the pricier side, but I have no regrets for the convenience. I always give them a call and they are usually ready within 5 minutes. Its deceivingly shallow so you don't actually get that much more - the portion would be comparable to any other pho restaurants large size (except price is higher here). My BF and I both finished our XL bowls easily. Drink: 2/5. I got the 3 colored Che. It was made with ice cubes instead of crushed ice so I couldn't eat it as a dessert. It was also pre-mixed so it didn't look very pretty with 3 tiers of colors. I just got a watery cup of greenish syrup. I had to mostly drink it because the ice cubes were in the way of my spoon trying to scoop the beans/jelly.... Won't be coming back. July 14th me and my mom when to their first soft opening. We were reluctant only because it will still a very unfinished restaurant but let's be real here, the food is what counts the most right? The menus were even new and still needed to be put together! I will first start off by saying the customer service was. 5/5. They were very accommodating and friendly. It was a warm welcome. My mom ordered a Vietnamese pork sandwich and I order the rare steak pho. I'm not sure if they have a soda fountain yet but our "fountain drinks" were served as cans. That's okay though. If your thirsty and want refills you may want to check on that. We also ordered a combination fried rice to share. I believe it had pork and chicken . My mom loved her sandwich. I loved the pho with fresh basil,jalapeños and bean sprouts. And the fried rice was amazing. The pork was my fave. It's very tasty and marinated. The price is right. Came out to about 28 bucks and change for a nice dinner for two. We can't wait to go again! My mom usually doesn't eat food like this so I'm happy we have found a new place! I actually have to give credit to my mom who discovered this spot. She just happened to wander in one day after she was done running her errands near the area. I keep telling her to stop playing it SO safe all the time by just going to a Dennys, or the casual diners and the usual chinese restaurants and the El Pollo Loco's she's accustomed to going to. She's still dangling her toes in the water, but I'm working on getting her jump in slowly but surely. We met up with her for a late lunch. Of course my mom couldn't help but to stare blankly at the menu and ask questions about what's in the items bless her heart. The waitress was really sweet with her and I even helped in explaining how it all works with the dishes here. She stuck to her shrimp spring rolls she tried before (still playing it safe) but she fell in love with the rocket shrimp they have here. We ordered that along with the Chow Fun, egg rolls, and of course we had to try the house special pho. Mom its not Chow Mein (although they do have it here) there's a difference. We ordered such a variety mainly for her to try out different things. Everything was great, everything was fresh, and we really enjoyed it all. The egg rolls were really tasty, the Chicken Chow Fun was delicious, and the Pho really was soothing to the heart and nourishing to the body. My mom sampled everything we ordered and even marked it off on the to go menu she took with her for future reference. Are you checking off what's safe Mom?? Lol. Since then we've all been back. My mom came back the next day and ordered one of their sandwiches and loved it! She really loves how calm, cozy, and quaint it is here.
