The food was alright till I found a bug in my food service was mid everytime I've came here(2 times)

This place is awesome. Food came out fast and very fresh to order. Thai teas here are a MUST order, perfectly sweet and a great size for the price. Beef pho was super flavorful and had a TON of noodles for a great price, this place does NOT skimp out on portions. French fries and fried dumplings were super crispy and delicious, dumplings came with a great dipping sauce. Chicken fried rice was big and very nicely cooked and seasoned. Overall, everything here was great, along with all the prices and flavors. Will be coming back!

This is hands down my favorite pho spot, this is our go to. I've never had a bad meal here and highly recommend it to everyone. Everything is super fresh and consistent!

The original beef broth had great flavor but the vegetable broth felt a little lacking. Ordered the shrimp in veggie broth and it was good, but left more to be desired. The shrimp was a bit overcooked and lacked flavor- I'd prefer if it was boiled with some seasonings rather than only water. However, their house special XL bowl was very delicious! It includes all beef options, minus the meatballs, and it was rich and flavorful. With there only being one server, he did a good job at serving all the tables in a timely manner. There are plenty of tables and spacious enough for larger groups.

After searching store open until 10 pm We try to be there 8:40 pm for dinner. But no reason the male waiter yelled at us when we try to park there. Is it not safe place to eat ?

Pork banh mi, meat was salty. No veg aside from shredded carrots and lettuce, no seasoning aside from housin.

The food here is NOT GOOD. The spring rolls are literally shrimps, noodles and shredded lettuce, no other veggies or herbs. Super bland, even the peanut sauce couldn't overcome the lack of flavor. The banh mi was super salty and once again next to no veggies. Just shredded carrots and lettuce. No cucumber, no jalapenos, no herbs. The baguette was also very chewy and tough, like it had been microwaved. There are many other Vietnamese spots in the area with much better food.

Every time I come here it seems like the quality gets worse and worse. What used to be an acceptable eatery now feels like a rip off. Ordered the charbroiled chicken rice dish. Chicken tasted old and dry as if it were reheated leftovers. We could not finish it. Also ordered pho tai. Barely any meat such cheapness. The pho broth tastes like the instant kind, whoever was working forgot to bring the vegetables for the noodles. That's why no tip for you! read more

At first I was excited cause this place was very close to my residence with pretty good reviews. After I got sat down it took me 45 min to get my food.... messed my order up and the person who was behind me got there food first. The food was decent but got worst and worst, as I was like why did this take so long? Maybe they need to hire more workers cause man that took forever just for pho and egg rolls. read more

My boyfriend and I come here at least once a week for the past year. We always order the house special pho. The broth is delicious and the quality has almost always been consistently great. The meat is fresh and flavorful. The service is always great and the staff pretty much knows our orders. We have occasionally gotten spring rolls and egg rolls and never have we been disappointed. read more

I come to this place about 2-3 times a month especially now during the cold. Favorite thing to order is the house special #1. Food is always hot by the time I get home. Only ordered some rolls with spam once and I'd give that a 3 out of 5, because they seemed to be sitting out for some time but otherwise still really good with the sauce they serve it with. read more

I love this place. Employees are very nice there. I haven't dined in since COVID took over but we probably went a few times a month. Their banh mi is really good, and pho too. They also have a lot of different things on the menu besides bingsoo such as drinks, halo halo, taiyaki, and other desserts too. Service was really fast and parking was really easy as well!

Kind of dark since majority of the place is painted black so pictures inside didn't turn out so nice unless you had it at a good angle near the window but I wasn't really here to take pictures, I was really here to try what they're offering. Donuts: The donuts are pretty, that's for sure. Plenty of options and donuts I think ranged in pricing depending on the specialty level. The ones we got range from $4-$7. We got half a dozen donuts along with breakfast items & coffee to try. We got the ube mochi, hello kitty character, unicorn, Banana Pudding, Oreo and Nutella donuts to try. The design are very eye catching for sure. Donuts are nice and fluffy and packed with flavors. Kids really enjoyed them. They're a bit pricey and not something you can regularly buy in this type of economy on a daily basis. To me, they're fun to buy for special occasions and that's probably what we'll do for birthdays or events. For the food, we got a PD breakfast burrito. They offered to cut it in half. The burrito itself is already $16. They asked if we wanted to add cheese or avocado. I was curious and did it. We added cheese and avocado at an extra cost to it. Cheese was $1 and Avocado was $2.50. Extra salsa was 51 cents. It's the size of my hand and a hefty looking burrito. At that point, it's really a questionable choice of why am I spending almost $20 on a burrito.. Haha but it was a decent burrito but in the end, everything was an extra cost after the initial order of the item. Would I buy it again? No. Was it worth it? Not really. But definitely good to try if you are craving a breakfast burrito and don't mind the price. Drinks: We ordered the Ube Vietnamese coffee and Sea Salt Cold Brew. We added an extra shot to the cold brew. The cold brew was good. The Ube Vietnamese coffee was good too. It's a premade coffee drink and not customizable. It's more on the sweeter end than a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I usually like it not as sweet but it was the combo that I was curious about and went with it. Good flavors. Wished the coffee was a bit more bolder for the Vietnamese coffee part but it's not bad. Service was nice and friendly. Everyone was very approachable and I appreciated the explanations and recommendations while deciding.

I arrived at Chun Yang Tea (Chino) on Tuesday (around 3:21PM). Parking is very easy. The lot is HUGE! Chun Yang Tea (Chino) is a stall in the Eat Up Food Court inside the 99 Ranch Store. Customers primarily order at the self-service kiosk. Customers can also order at the counter, but Staff speaks limited English. Staff is very hardworking and professional. My drink took about one minute. FAST!! As mentioned, I absolutely adored the Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea ($5.99 - 30% Sugar - Quarter Ice). I had to hold back the instinct to cry tears of joy. The tea flavor is prominent, fresh, and not burnt. The liquid is honey-like, thirst-quenching, and refreshing. I absolutely LOVE this drink. I had to immediately fight back the urge to purchase another. On ambiance, Chun Yang Tea (Chino) surprised me. It's located in a foodcourt, but the location felt clean, well-ventilated, and useful. I saw several flat screen TVs playing the baseball game with English captions. Upbeat, playful music chimed. And there's a Gender Neutral restroom several feet away. In addition, the location is spacious. There's over seven nearby tables. And there's two available electrical outlets nearby the stall. However, if I had to nitpick, there's a very faint scent of the Asian grocery store in the background. It's very faint, but it's noticeable. Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. The bobarista was actually enjoying his meal. He quickly got up to assist me and my order. As I stood around, I watched him make my drink while looking at the decor. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!

I recently moved to Chino and was excited to try Pho Trans since it's conveniently located just three blocks from my place. However, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and profiled. The older Asian lady at the counter gave me a rude look and immediately insisted I order to-go, despite the restaurant being nearly empty with only two tables occupied. It was just 11 A.M., so I was confused and asked if I could dine in. She bluntly said it was "to-go only" without any explanation. I had to ask for a menu, as she didn't offer one, and she kept repeating "to-go only." When I asked about a few menu items, her responses were curt--simple "yes" or "no" answers with no warmth or helpfulness. After placing my order, it was ready quickly, but instead of handing it to me at the counter, she walked past me to place it on a table near the door, which felt unnecessarily dismissive. The entire interaction felt rushed, like they couldn't wait to get me out of there. As for the food, the large pho combo was underwhelming--mostly noodles with very little protein, not the quality I expected based on some of the Yelp reviews I'd read. Honestly, the food was overshadowed by the terrible service and the feeling of being profiled. I genuinely felt unwelcome and wasn't even given the chance to dine in.
