I usually don't particularly care for meat in my pho so I love that they have a noodles and soup only pho option. I love taking the soup home to drink the next day! Service is just ok, they don't really walk around to check on you so things like water refills might get missed. Theres a covered parking lot which is always appreciated. Their menu is short, which means anything you choose will be good. However, they're best known for their Bun Bo Hue, Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (quite different from Taiwanese beef noodle soup by the way)! Most of us ordered that. It comes with fresh veggies and herbs that you put into your hot soup. The thick rice noodles were bouncy and the beef shank slices were tender. The broth was flavorful and they were able to accommodate my request for less spice. I do wonder if veggie refills are free but I didn't get a chance to ask. Normally I like lots of veggies.
