I came here March 8, 2020 around 4:30pm. My normal Phō place was closed and I was jonesin for some pho, so I yelped the closest pho place to my location and this place came up. They weren't busy when I arrived. I was greeted by who I assume is the owner and his wife as soon as I stepped in the door. I was helped immediately and he suggested the vegetable spring rolls in addition to my No Meat Pho. I waited no more than 15 minutes. Very quick and the broth was piping hot! The to go serving was plenty big for the price. Everything was enjoyable, and dare I say, this broth was better than my normal pho spot?! The only thing missing was cilantro and I would have asked for no green onions had I known those were gonna be thrown on. Everything was tasty and those spring rolls with the peanut sauce were excellent and I was so full when I finished! I was not disappointed! Their interior decor was nice and the place looked and smelled clean. The only thing they need to update inside are the chairs. I will definitely be back! Very personable proprietor, excellent food. One of the BEST, fresh spring rolls in the area. The fried ones too are crispy, light, not oily. Then the Pho noodles are tasty and delicious too. Would recommend this as a regular & when I have out-of-town guests, Pho V-Nam is a place to go. Homey, none pretentious. Just good food. This pho bo is my favorite Vietnam restaurant in many years when I was kid love it. I tasted this pho broth and it was positive for authentic pho. I will come back there when I will pick some of them and I wanna taste them in different menues Unfortunately this place is expensive, not compared to another pho Vietnam restaurants in Tulsa. Decided to try this new restaurant today. It's been open for a little over a month. We order Banh mi sandwich, grilled shrimp plate, and two appetizers fried tofu and spring rolls. Food was fresh and so tasty. Would definitely recommend the grilled shrimp plate. Very filling and packed with so much taste. Staff is friendly and very attentive to needs. Learned the owner grew up and Vietnam and move the the US a few years ago. Food is very authentic! Great prices! And nice atmosphere with relaxing Vietnamese soft music. read more

First time trying, we usually go to 2 different spots.. I don't regret this at all! Stepping in you could already smell the spices in the broth. Suuupperrrr fucking bomb! We demolished it. This had to been the worst Pho experience I've had. We're just in town for few days and thought we would give it a try. Not expecting much since we're Vietnamese and from Houston TX where we have some of the best Vietnamese food. But this was bad enough to write a review. When we came in, everything seems like typical Vietnamese restaurant. The waiter greeted us with a couple bottled water (which I found out later, they charge $1 per bottle, even if you didn't ask) We ordered: bowl of Pho with rare and brisket Pork chop with 2 egg rice plate When the food was brought out to us, I could already tell that the Pho was not good. I would compare this to the instant Pho. Noodles was undercooked and barely had any meats. (Also found out the basil and bean sprout plate they bring to table is not included with the soup) so prepare to pay extra for this. Pork chop rice plate was ok. The rice seemed like it was 3 days old and hard and whatever "fish sauce" they brought out was not fish sauce. I'm not sure what it was but it was not fish sauce. Let's just say we will never return. Suggestions to owner: if customer don't ordered, you can't just bring to table and sneak in the charges. That's not right. Also need to cooked the Pho noodle longer. read more

We're seldom in eastern Oklahoma, but we stopped in here on our last trip through Tulsa thanks to fellow Yelper Casey V's glowing review. Per Casey's suggestion, we both ordered banh mì instead of our usual noodle soups. Our sandwiches were stuffed to the gills with high quality ingredients and thus VERY filling. My husband also loved his spring rolls -- he is wild about the fresh ones in lieu of the fried ones. The sandwiches we ordered were literally twice the price of comparable banh mì at most place in Oklahoma City, yes, but they made up for the price difference in their sheer size/volume. I wont likely return, here is why: Pho was good- very good. The broth was better than average. The meat was sliced thick and had good flavor. The chili pepper condiment on the tables was delightful.... the service was friendly.... BUT the portions were so much smaller than a typical regular sized order, and there was literally only 4 slices of the beef strips in the bowl... maybe 2 oz at best... which was pretty disappointing, but the real reason I wont be back is because we were served and charged for bottles of water we neither ordered nor wanted. There only a buck each, but it left me with such a negative feeling about how they do business that I wont return. I must be in the minority here, because this place has so many good ratings, the foos WAS delicious, but the small portions and the sneaky water grift really will keep me going to other places instead. read more

This is a newer Vietnamese place in Tulsa. The service is very friendly and quick. I've given them a few chances, but I'm not sure if I will keep going. Again, love the owners, but the food is just not as flavorful as other Vietnamese restaurants. The pho broth isn't super beefy and doesn't have that anise herby flavor to it. The noodles weren't cooked properly. They were tough and chewy. The soup was not very hot. No flavor. I added what was labeled Suracha sauce, only to realize the bottle had been doctored with some even hotter pepper sauce. My wife is Cambodian so we go for pho often. This was the worst ever. Went there with my little family of 5. Our total came to $120 because we did not know they charge for bottled water $1 each or that he added 20% tip (adds up to about a little over $20) on a party of 5 or more. Our 5th person was a baby who ate off our plates. He even offered to let us to use his calculator. Vermicelli bowl came with meat drenched in sauce. Eggrolls and fried potstickers came out with to go duck sauce packets that we had to put in the sauce bowl ourselves. Springrolls only had shredded cabbage and beansprouts with shrimp for $6. Bun bo hue noodles were hard and broth was not warm. Pho broth tasted old. Owner stood and watch you eat which was very awkard. read more

I really want to support small businesses, but unfortunately I found the pho here to be way too salty and way too sweet. I added a little lime to the bowl thinking it would help cut the excessive amount of salt and sugar, instead it made the broth taste like salty limeade. Also, prices were high for the quantity . When asked what we wanted to drink, we said water was fine and was surprised they brought out bottled water and charged $1 each for the small bottles. I understand businesses have to make up for rising food costs, but I don't appreciate being charged for water. I do hope this business can improve and thrive. A little hole in the wall place that is very homey when you walk in. The gentleman greeted my family quickly and immediately moved a chair for my husbands wheelchair at a table. He was funny and treated us very well. We did t get anything special but I noticed that when my food arrived it was the wrong cuts of meat. No biggie really I was just disappointed. It was still good! And you get a small portion of veggies to add but if you need more just ask. Keeps the waste cost down which is smart. I also ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee which is exactly how I remember it my husband is a picky person and he didn't like it. He's used to big city food places where they have more to offer. I ordered two beef pho bowls and it was amazing. I was feeling sick and this sounded great. I ordered extra bean sprouts because most places skimp on the bean sprouts. Turns out I didn't need to do that because they give you plenty of sprouts. The broth did wonders for my throat and filled me up too. This place is a 10/10 go and try it! i wanna say that this is hands down the BEST pho i've ever eaten! more than that, it's one of the BEST meals i've ever eaten. i used to eat there almost twice a week. the owner is very polite and funny. he's become friends with my dad. the food, oh my gosh, is incredible. it's always, always fresh and high quality. i get the shrimp spring rolls and the p2 with extra noodles. it costs 18 bucks a pop for me to eat alone, and i always tip, but it's so worth it. no msg is used and it really does make the world of a difference. i love this place so much. read more

Delicious! I was feeling stressed about the state of the world today and craved warm, comforting Pho to unknot my stressed stomach and diffuse the acid in my gut. As soon as I entered the establishment I was welcomed by the fantastic owner who was a great conversation and hilarious. Nice people, however, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I ordered a pickup consisting of bahn mi sandwiches and a vermicelli noodles. These are basic staples that are commonly found at any Vietnamese restaurant. Bahn mi sandwiches - bread was great. Soft, fresh. Carrots were not pickled, no daikon included. The grilled pork was not well-seasoned and was sour-tasting indicating it was probably old/expired. Disgusting. Grilled pork and eggroll bun - the meat and eggroll both had a sour taste to it. I'm sure both were old and spoiled. The sauce was pink and flavorless. This sauce is a basic sauce that any restaurant should be able to put together. It consists of fish sauce, water, sugar, eggroll dipping sauce, and some acidity like lime juice or rice vinegar. Two basic dishes that they were unable to make half decent. Meal ruined with spoiled meats and eggroll. This restaurant should be considered dangerous. read more

The pho is ok. The broth was as flavorful as I like and my pho didn't come with any cilantro. (I order it through Postmates) BUT I did enjoy the bun with shrimp, chicken and egg roll (B.8) was very good! Probably the best I have had. Ate at this pho place. Noodles mushy and short to cut cost and had a odd pink tint to them. Like some seasoning was cross contaminating the noodles. Broth is too sweet. Watch out for the bottled water it is not free $1 each. Funny the host quietly puts the bottled water on table without mentioning any cost associated to them. read more

The service was incredible. Ten, the owner and cook, served us himself. He keeps his pho pot simmering 24/7 and it delivers a rich and deep umami broth. I will absolutely return for his pho and more.
