Pho Viet 2 is always a solid choice for Vietnamese food and worth the drive. When I don't get the Combination Pho, I like the vermicelli rice noodles with grilled pork (with or without shrimp, skip the egg roll), or the rice plates like the pork chop. The shrimp spring rolls are OK, as is the fresh young coconut juice. Haven't tried much of their Chinese food menu other than wonton egg noodle soup once. Next time I might go for the Korean short ribs with rice and one of those pandan coconut milk drinks. Consistently good service, never too busy (zero wait time) for dinner, portions and quality also great for the price.

We checked out Pho Viet 2 for dinner last night for the first time. They are located on West El Camino Ave in Northgate. The inside was huge with plenty of seating inside - it was clean and spacious as well. We did a to-go order of Rare Flank, Beef Balls and Fried Tofu Pho, Grilled Chicken Over Vermicelli Noodles, House Chow Fun and Potstickers. Everything was really good, especially the Pho! It really hit the spot and the broth was savory and flavorful. I got a small size and it was still massive and they loaded me up with tons of toppings! Staff were very friendly and I didn't have to wait too long for the food. I will definitely be coming back soon to dine in and check out other items on their menu! Check them out!

My partner and I get a craving for Pho on cold days and rainy nights. Our favorite location is a little far away so we wanted to find something that's just a little closer. I remember coming to this one about a year ago, so we decided to give it another go. When we showed up, it was pretty packed, but they still have plenty of seating to get us in. We ordered the pork eggrolls for our appetizer. For my entrée, I went with a large steak pho noodle bowl. The food came out fast and both dishes were really good. I like to dress my broth up with lime juice, Sriracha, and hoisin sauce. My large bowl was pretty big and left me full. Believe it or not they have an extra large bowl too! We will for sure be back again. The interior has plenty of seating, a chandelier, and two tvs.

If you live in Natomas and you're craving pho or amazing Vietnamese food but don't feel like making the trek all the way to Stockton Boulevard, stop what you're doing and go here. This spot is an absolute hidden gem and honestly one of the best Vietnamese places in the area, hands down. I know I only have 2 photos but we are here a lot and tried their red bean and green jelly too. The restaurant itself isn't huge, but the flavor? Massive. The veggies are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the broth... the broth is soul-warming magic. Like a cozy hug in a bowl. I'm dramatic because it's deserved. And can we talk about the service? The ladies here are incredible. So sweet, so fast, and always on point. They treat you like a regular even if it's your first time. We've been coming back every month or more since the beginning of the year and every visit is just as good as the last. Bonus points for the fact that you'll probably have leftovers, but don't let that fool you--the flavor is always bold and never watered down. Everything is made with care and it shows.

Friendly ladies and we enjoyed our meal. Tastes like your standard Vietnamese pho and bun bo hue. Would come back!

I was nervous about coming here because of some of the reviews, but everything was great. We came in as they opened. There was plenty of sitting. The service was great. They came to the table often to refill our drinks and to make sure we didn't need anything. I personally had the well-done flank steak pho and egg rolls. Everything tasted great. Nothing seemed dirty to me, expect the shopping center this restaurant is located in.

I been here so many times the pho soup is amazing I always order the xl bowl combo with egg noodles the broth is amazing what sucks they don't have smoothies like tk noodles simple and good. The service is quick and the staff is okay not rude but always busy I do recommend this place if you want to eat heavy on a big giant bow of pho

Perfectly balanced in flavors and textures. You could taste each element, and everything worked so well together--the crunchy veggies, fried wonton wrapper and soft pork patty meat rolled tightly in one. Even loved the dipping sauce! We were tempted to get another order to take for later, but felt like this should really be eaten fresh. This standout dish is a MUST try! 5/5 THIT NUONG CUON (#7) ~ grilled marinated pork roll. All I could taste was the BBQ pork. I think the flavor of the pork took over the roll. It was still good, but #2 was definitely better. 4/5 GOI TOM THIT (#8) ~ Shrimp and pork belly salad. Very flavorful and refreshing! Though I think the salad dressing was a bit spicy. A little goes a long way! Loved the crunchy cracker that came with the salads! 4/5 HEN XUC BANH TRANG (#9) ~ Clam salad. This was a bit too salty for me with the side dressing. I liked the clams, but ended up using the other dressing from the shrimp salad instead. 4/5 We had thought the appetizers would be smaller and that we'd be able to find another spot to complete our meal, but that definitely wasn't the case! Four items could have easily fed 5-6 hungry people! So many fun flavors and textures--it was an exciting party in our mouths!
