This is a super easy review to write -- 1. The interior feel was VERY nice, as in a place I'd gladly come back to. Comfy seats, cozy lighting, a step up from typical Asian places. 2. The menu looked interesting with tons of choices. 3. The Asian guy who served my food had a sneer on his face. 4. My food was the stuff of Mall Food Court in disguise on a pretty plate. I was skeptical about trying this restaurant because it used to be noodle 21. Noodle 21 wasn't that great. To my surprise, the dish I ordered was pretty good. I ordered bun thit nuong cha gio. The grilled pork was seasoned really well and had a good flavor. The egg roll was crunchy and perfect! I normally eat Vietnamese restaurants in Westminster and Garden grove area but today was rainy and didn't want to drive far. This place was really busy and it was at 3 pm. It's small and cozy. Staffs were nice. I would return again and recommend this place for anyone looking for a good local Vietnamese restaurant to eat. read more

We were waiting for a good Pho restaurant in Redlands and we finally have it. The eggs rolls were amazing. The pho broth was really good and not overly salty. Tried for the first time. Place was very nice, and clean. Service was really good but the waitress seem a little impatient. We tried the filet mignon pho, side of tendon, shrimp fried rice,which was really good but could be a little more fried. We also had their wonton which were really good and crispy. We also had one of their mango drinks and green tea lychee. Lychee drink was just right and mango was a little too sweet for our taste but we added a little water and it was perfect. I didn't know that noodle 21 changed. Decided to give this place a try and I love it! My favorite is vermicelli with charbroiled shrimp. We had some reservations around going here after how mediocre Noodle 21 was. This is definitely _not_ Noodle 21 and anyone who thinks it may be a simple rebranding should check this place out. The chicken pho broth was super clean and light. The beef pho broth was pretty hearty and flavorful but not heavy or ungainly. Everything was fresh, tasty, and exactly what we were hoping for.
