When you first enter the restaurant it is very spacious (we posted a video of the dining room) there is a table setup with plates, utensils, and lemon water. We ordered the calamari appetizer, it was really delicious and worth the money! They looked like onion rings and were not chewy and were easy to eat. Our waitress was very sweet. My husband ordered the Shrimp fried rice... unfortunately a man came out of the kitchen after 10 minutes and said that they don't have any more fried rice. He did give us a free crab Rangoon appetizer to make up for it. The outside was very light and crispy and the center just melted away! My husband and I both ended up ordering the pho #2 (Beef noodle soup base with Sliced Beef, Tendon, Tripe, Brisket) If you dine in between 3pm and 6pm on weekdays you save 20% (make sure you tell them when you pay because they don't just automatically give the discount to you) We are glad that we dined here the food was really good and served at the proper temperature. Since there were indications of order and pick-up when I stepped in, I assumed the service was counter service which caused a confusion. The interior is antiquated; the walls are coated in an awful green color, and the flooring is this horrible brown tile. It was neat and orderly, which is a positive. Additionally, it provides everything I need to enjoy my meal. I started with their Asian-fried chicken wings as an appetizer. It features a decent balance of drums and flats. The breaded is salty, and the portion is tiny. It had a thin layer of brown sauce on it. It has a distinct flavor that best defines it as a blend of butter and hoisan sauce. The sauce was chilled and the wings were warmed but not crispy. Unfortunately, I believe they purchased it from a grocery store's readymade wings. I ordered their special pho for my main course, the broth has a deep, dark color and an oily coating on the surface. It smells nice, but the flavor isn't that strong. Although the tripe and tendon are tough to chew, the beef is tender. Although the rice noodles are firm and chewy, they clammed up together. I love pho but this place is not to be the first place to try pho for the first time... you would not think anything of pho afterward. It's not authentic but if you are desperate to spend your money then be their guests. It's costly for the price you get.. I rather drive myself a bit further for the real stuff. read more

What an absolutely amazing find on yelp to crave our hanger (yes hunger and anger haha). My gf and I really were craving pho on this weird crazy day of bad air quality, and knew that a good bowl of pho would help us out big time. I found this place just scrolling through Yelp, and I'm extremely glad we did. The place was clean, trendy, and played soft acoustic covers of Pixar movie soundtracks which just set the whole vibe well. We got a lot of food and had no regrets with any of them. I liked that the broth was a little less meaty than some pho I've had before, and a lot more fragrant and light. The broth was delicious and we eat it until there was nothing left. The lemongrass chicken dry noodles was such a refreshing dish that I could eat on any hot summer day. The banh mi was just as good too (I forgot to take a photo of it at the restaurant). The pork was juicy and flavorful, and the sandwich held its form and flavor. A key hack is to dip your banh mi into your pho broth... Game Changer. Lovely place for a nice lunch or dinner. The restaurant is nice and large and could accommodate bigger parties if needed. They mentioned something about a party room so if you need to use it just call ahead. my gf and I might make this our new spot. not knocking our other suggestions/reviews, but the staff was so nice. My wife said her pho was OK, but in the same sentence, she mentioned two other places she prefers. My spicy beef and noodle soup was unimpressive,, and the "crispy" tofu was mostly fried batter and little tofu. We had a couple pieces each and gave up. I thought about sending it back, but no. The service is a bit strange as well. It appears to be an order-at-the-counter place, but we were shown to a table and a server took our order. Usually with pho, a plate with bean sprouts, basil, sliced jalapenos, and a lime wedges is brought to the table. Not here. You have to get up and get them (along with chopsticke, spoons, napkins, and the like) from a table near the counter. Awkward. Bad? No, but better can be found easily. read more

It's a nice open space inside with skylights. The male server was polite and kind in directing us to get our own utensils/ napkins and pho plate veggie ingredients from the main table. As soon as we place our 2 pho soup within 7 mins we were served. Talk about fast! The beef broth was flavorful, good amount of noodles but a little more wouldn't hurt. The beef was amazing thin, soft, & delicious! Yes, I finished it all and the last to go was the meat because they gave plenty. I never had Pho, so I decided to try, finally. I stopped by this restaurant and the wonderful owner advised me to order Pho Tai -Beef noodle soup for my first time. He actually invited me to eat inside as they cook it in a special way, but I really wanted the food to go. Then he instructed me step by step how to do it at home and packed the food and trimmings. OMG! The moment I tried the Pho my mouth exploded with the most wonderful flavor I never knew existed! As I said, I never had Pho and didn't know what to expect. The owner and the other lady who was there, they were so sweet, kind and helpful. The place is pretty spacious with basic decor and clean. I most definitely will go back to try other items. Please don't sleep on this place. Its located in a buisness district so its a hidden gem. Their chicken pho is very tasty with great aromatics. I ordered that and some spring rolls and that peanut sauce is on point. My server, Diana, brought the food out to me and made sure it was piping hot. She also came out to make sure I had a good experience by asking about the flavor and amount. Trong, who took my order, was very polite and pointed out good suggestions. I was really looking forward to trying their Pho because I absolutely love this soup. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The broth was just bland... what makes good Pho is a rich, deep beef broth with the aromatics, star anise, ginger, and cinnamon standing out. This tasted like commercial beef broth from a box with a few spices and aromatics added to try to mimic a good Pho. Not successful. I was really hoping it would be great since I live so close, but I guess I'll still have to travel to get real, delicious beef Pho. So disappointed. read more

Love this place. The interior looks a little rough. I think it used to be an old pizza shop. They've done a good job adding cute little touches like neon signs inside. The food was really good. I had the pho and the eggrolls. I wish we would have gotten two orders of eggrolls! My boyfriend said he wasn't hungry and then ate of them. He got the boba and enjoyed that. Long story short, I wanted to give this small business a chance but I lost my respect for them. I had their dry noodle with pork many times but this time I bit into a small cut up skewer that was hidden in the meat (I had to push the meat to show the hidden skewer in the picture). I tried to talk to the manager but she already gave me attitude without telling her the whole story and was not apologetic so asked her for the owners number to talk to him instead. When I called, the owner deeply apologized but insisted to talk to the manger what the problem was so I can get discount. I told him many times that I did not want to talk nor receive food from his manager with unprofessional attitude. All I wanted was to share the problem I experienced with the manager/owner, a simple apology, learn from the past so this will never happen again to future customers and continue their business with a smile.
