The shrimp is good quality not that pumped up, weird textured stuff. And this is how pan fried wide thick noodles should be prepared, crispy and a little burnt on the bottom -Cảnh ga chiến nước mủm (fried chicken wings in fish sauce and garlic) - savory, a little sweet, not a ton of breading. It's a lot of wings so could be shared as an appetizer but I normally eat it with rice as a meal. I do wish they had a stir fry veggie dish but we order it with Pho Ap Chao and share family style.
