Omg best PHO everrrr. Truly, I've been to a few places and none of them have seasoning like this pho. You don't have to add anything to it. But I will say, th boba, the milk teas, anything not lemonade is truly horrible. The strawberry milk teas was literally nesquik powder. Money wasted on a nasty ahh drink. But 7.5/10

Found another pho spot in South Jersey. Pho broth was simple but very flavorful. One of the pricer pho we've had though - the special was $16. But if you pay cash, you get a discount on the total, which for us was about $5. The iced coffee and Thai milk tea were delicious. Staff were friendly and place is a typical pho spot without the bells and whistles.

For Moorestown, this is pretty decent Vietnamese food. The service is very quick and the food quality and quantity are worth the price. It's pretty convenient to eat here for a short lunch or dinner break if you are working nearby. I've had the pho and egg rolls in the past and their #34 House Special Rice Plate is just as good, definitely recommend if you are craving Viet food in Moorestown.

Stopped in Pho Xinh on our way to Costco. This is a tastefully decorated restaurant in the large strip mall besides Costco, Target and Wegmans. The staff was very friendly and they were busy on aTuesday afternoon with both eat in and take our customers. We ordered two dishes, Pho and Vermicelli Noodles with Vietnamese, spring rolls, and grilled chicken. The Pho was very good with will developed flavors. The vermicelli was not the best I've had, but it was good. The other thing I liked about this place was they had some staple dishes from neighboring Thailand, such as Pad Thai and Satay. Service was very good for our whole meal. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely come back and try some other dishes on the menu.

The best pho I've had since visiting Vietnam!! The service is quick and employees are nice as well.

The restaurant was clean (but not fancy by any means) and I knew the food would be good as soon as I heard Vietnamese banter floating from the kitchen. My food was served very quickly (although summer rolls and brisket pho don't take long to prepare) and was fresh and tasty. I plan to try something else next time I go. Oh and the Thai iced tea was delicious. Love that it's a family business. The very convenient location (by 38/295 and Target/Wegmans/Costco) doesn't hurt either. Update: The owner says there is no longer a 3.99% surcharge to use a card to pay!

Searching for Pho in the area came across Pho Xinh. The reviews were on point, this place is great! The location was super clean, service was very nice and helpful and everything we ordered was great, so we are planning on going back. We ordered the Chicken Pho and Pho with grilled pork on the side, both were delicious. We also tried the beef summer rolls, so good!! The spicy soup was definitely spicy. I tried the Jasmine bubble tea and it was so smooth and soft, loved it. They were not busy when we arrived for Saturday early dinner, we didn't have to wait to be seated but by the time we left it was packed. I would recommend to anyone looking for Pho.

    Lid half on container

Use to love this restaurant. Even gave rave reviews while there tonight. Ordered take out and container was broken so broth was all over bag. Went back in and it was repacked. Came home and one container doesn't have lid on so it spilled everywhere. I called and was told it's not their responsibility and was hung up on 4 times and blocked. Never as much as raised my voice and received horrible customer service. We will not return.

I had a nearby appointment and this seemed like a good option for an hour long lunch break. Started off with the summer rolls. Let me just say that I would die happy if I drowned in a vat of that sugary, peanut buttery tart sauce. TO DIE FOR. The rolls were actually good, though the "skins" were a bit rubbery. Perhaps they'd been made much earlier. I opted for your basic brisket pho. Loved the soup, though the servings for the meat was a bit skimpy.

We ordered a variety of dishes to really get a feel for the menu: the Vietnamese crepes (bánh khot), fish sauce chicken wings, bánh mì, hu tieu nam vang, and the garlic noodles with filet mignon. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. The Vietnamese crepes were crispy and packed with flavor, the fish sauce wings were perfectly balanced -- savory, slightly sweet, and addictive. The bánh mì had that ideal crunch on the outside with fresh, flavorful fillings inside. The hu tieu nam vang was beautifully prepared and comforting. And the garlic noodles with filet mignon? Tender, perfectly cooked beef over rich, buttery, garlicky noodles -- easily a standout. Beyond the food, the service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere felt inviting and welcoming -- the kind of place where you want to sit, eat, and stay awhile. What really impressed me was the value. The prices for the quality and portion sizes are outstanding. You can tell the chef takes pride in every plate and is truly holding it down for the Vietnamese community by serving food that feels both authentic and elevated. We'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend coming hungry and ordering a little bit of everything.

Once we sat down, it started to get a little busier. The banh mis were alright; we liked that the baguettes weren't too hard, but the flavor was mediocre. I felt they needed more mayo and pâté. By the time we finished our meal, we went back to the counter to pick up our takeout order, but it wasn't ready. We ended up waiting nearly an hour after our initial order for those items to come out. I'm not sure why it took so long considering it was only four items: a drink, a pre-made dessert, sizzling steak, and a patty. When we got home, we realized the patty was missing. Definitely double-check your order if you're getting takeout. We were bringing food back for a family member on a limited diet due to surgery, so the missing item was very disappointing. My favorite is the beef bone they give you with super tender meat. FYI for those not familiar : it's perfectly normal for your pho to come with raw beef in takeout orders. You will have to boil the broth and cook the meat. This is to keep it tender. If they precook it, the texture of eye of round beef will get tougher if not eaten immediately. Same deal for the noodles. If you want the best texture, ask them for raw noodles when you takeout. This way, it won't be already boiled and a bit more soggy during transport. Pro tip : cook your noodles and meat in a pot with just boiling water. This way, you're not using the broth to cook and mess up the taste and texture of the broth. Great service, very fast and efficient. Staff are all proficient in English. This might sound trivial, but they got large thick napkins. It adds to the experience. I hate those quick casual eateries that has the 1 ply napkins that rip as you pull it out of the box. When you know you've made it to their inner circle : They whip out the CAROUSEL OF CHILLIES. A caddy of 3-4 super hot peppers. Habaneros, jalapeños, Thai red chillies, etc. If they automatically bring it out for you, it possibly can mean : You look worldly and travel a lot to develop a taste for heat. They can sense your crayyy energy. Congrats !

The crispy chicken feet was a huge hit. It had the perfect crisp and was spicy, salty, and sweet (personally, this is my holy trinity of flavors). I think this would be a great way to introduce chicken feet to people who haven't had it before. The beef salad was super refreshing, and I appreciated the copious amounts of beef and different vegetables, especially banana blossom. I've had chicken in this type of salad growing up but this tender beef is a game changer. Everything else was great but those were the highlights for me.
