They came out and I showed them videos and exactly where we were experiencing the leaks. Their solution was to recaulk all of our windows and charged us $1,500 to do so. I'm not a professional, but I do know caulking shouldn't be the only line of defense in preventing leaks and water from coming through. Although they did not install the windows, I still looked to them for recommendations and guidance on how to prevent this from damaging our home and turning into a longer term problem. No recommendation was given other than slapping a band aid on a much larger scale problem. Huge waste of money and the problem was never fixed, super frustrating.
