I've visited this location at Memorial City Mall near the children's play area. I got the beef pho and an order of Vietnamese eggrolls. The firewood came really hot and was very tasty. When at the Memorial mall, I usually visit this location to grab a Memorial Tea with boba but this time, my fam and I had enough time to stop in and try a quick lunch. We all ordered the soup and we were blown away ;) One of the things that really stood out to me about this wonton soup was how moist the wontons were. They were plump and perfectly cooked, with a delicate wrapper that melted in my mouth. The filling was flavorful and well-balanced, with a nice blend of pork and seasonings. In addition to the wontons, the other ingredients in the soup were all incredibly fresh. The veggies were crisp and had a great crunch to them, and the broth was full of flavor. And of course it was served piping hot. It was clear that the cook at this restaurant take great care in selecting the highest quality ingredients. Overall, I was blown away by the deliciousness of this wonton soup. It's definitely a hidden gem tucked away near the movie house away from the mall food court, and I can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes. Didn't even know this place existed until I happen to walk by it. I had the beef pho and my mom has the chicken and vegetable pho. I regret not taking a picture of the beef. It looked very low quality compared to what you would usually receive. Service was very quick, and we received are meals in about two minutes. I wanted to like this place. It's conveniently located at the playground my daughter loves, has good hours. My whole family loves pho and looks for any reason to eat it. My husband and son both had pho. My son had the kid's chicken pho and my husband had the meat ball. My son said it was inedible, but he's 7 and kids complain. My husband's pho was watered down, but passable. Had it just been that, I would have let it go. But it wasn't. I ordered the pork bun (cold noodles with cooked pork and vegetables, standard Vietnamese dish) to split with my daughter. First, they get my order wrong and try to give me chicken. No big deal, confusion happens. But I was concerned by the chicken they tried to serve me. It was not the standard Vietnamese bbq chicken, it looked boiled? And it was PINK. My correct meal was brought out quickly. The meat had a mealy texture and an odd flavor. My daughter and I didn't eat much of it, chalked it up to crappy mall food. But this is the point... We left, walked about one hundred feet away...from the restaurant to the front of the Disney store...and my daughter started vomiting. When I saw the sign for a new pho/tapioca place in the mall, I HAD to stop by! Unfortunately, I was grandly unimpressed by their pho. It tasted of ginseng or some herbal root. Actually, it didn't taste like pho at all. My friend and I stopped eating halfway through. What WAS good was their spring rolls! I got the shrimp ones and they were good! Not happy with the boba drink. I ordered the potted plant tea and they didn't put the mint on top like in the menu picture. The boba was tough af. Could not eat it as it was very undercooked!! I had to get a separate cup and place them aside. The Oreo was tasty but it's on a bed of ice and cannot mix well with the tea. There was so much ice!!! 3/4 of the glass was ice and wasn't much tea to drink!! :( I tried the jasmine tea and that was very weak and mostly sugary!! It was also full of ice and after tax they charged me $11.34 and I added a 1.57 tip to make it 12.91 for two teas. No twitteo the price, was too expensive. Not worth the price. First time here and I was pleasantly surprised for a little place in a mall. The drinks my friend and I had were delicious. Mine was a Taro Slushy and her's a Matcha Slushy. Both were thick and delicious. They have many selections and styles for drinks to be served and a variety of jellys to choose from; if you're interested in exploring more than just bobba. The food wasn't bad. A little disappointed that the way it was served didn't match the pictures on the menu, especially for those who are eating in instead of taking out. The egg rolls though delicious were deceivingly small. And I wish there were more in food portions. The environment was clean and quaint. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was really nice. They need to be more aware of their music playing. Rap is not for a family friendly environment. They kept skipping the songs when an inappropriate one came on. I hope that they keep getting support. Maybe with tweeks in stable music choices playing would help and with a growth in financial support hopefully improve on food presentation for those dinners who eat in. read more

I have yet to find a good pho place in the Summerwood/Kingwood area. The few I've had is still subpar including this one. The portion was alright for a large pho ($8.50) but only includes one kind of meat. To start off, the customer service is alright and the lady at the register was nice. However, she charged me full price for the drinks during happy hour (from 2-4pm, it's $2.50) and I had ordered meatball pho and she gave me the thin steak pho instead. I'm really only giving it a 2 star just because the lady was nice and easily refunded me back the difference for the happy hour price drinks and apologized. The matcha green tea smoothie was really good and satisfying but the kingwood milk tea had 75% ice that my husband pretty much finished sipping in 5 sips. When he finished, we saw that the boba we added just stuck between the ice. THAT'S how much ice we had with the milk tea. I ordered a beef pho , popcorn chicken and a mango smoothie. The beef pho was flavorful and fragrant and had plenty of beef slices. The popcorn chicken was alright, lacked flavor but they could have some condiments for us to sprinkle on for extra spicy ness or flavor. The food was not up to par. They were priced reasonably in comparison to other authentic pho places I've visited. However, the "plates" were small and flimsy. The pho at this location is extremely clean and non-greasy. The flavor is as good as other pho places on bellaire.
