I had put off trying this restaurant for years now, and I finally had the opportunity to swing by. They have a couple locations, but I just so happened to be in Spring Branch and thought I'd give them a try Even from the exterior this place looks trendy and inviting. There is parking, it's not a huge parking lot, but it should accommodate all the seating inside The interior is pristine and everything has its place. The interior is also very trendy. The menu is clearly posted above the order counter. They have quite a variety of classic/popular Vietnamese dishes (pho, banh mi, vermicelli bowls, spring rolls, wings, etc The staff were very friendly and professional. We ordered at the counter and they brought our meal to us in a timely manner Everything tasted delicious. The flavors were on point, the portions were hearty, and the plating/appearance were appealing. We did notice that the menu described the banh mi as being served on a crispy bun, and the baguette/hoagie roll was delicious, but it definitely wasn't crispy. It could have just been the day Some tips: They have sriracha if you want/need it... and for me, I always need it (love it). I had some friends visit soon after this locations opening, and they had an event coming in, and they offered my friends some extra food and actually gave them a gift card because my friends mentioned they were getting married soon. All this to say, this location is very hospitable Cheers!!

We were across street at Decoy when we started craving something sweet so we decided to walk here for some boba. We ordered the this tea and the passionfruit tea. Apparently at this location they do not add any boba to their drinks even though they the reviews/photos show otherwise. Also, the drinks ARE NOT freshly made. The employee brought out a jar of each flavor and poured each one in our cup right in front of us. Flavor was extremely bland. Regret paying $11 for them!

I went to Saigon Hustle when craving some late night pho and was happy to see the were still open around 9:40. I ordered the chicken pho option. They don't have too many options just beef mix and chicken I believe. The pho came out pretty quick which was good and a hefty size. I do feel like I had to dress it up a lot with sirracha and hoisin sauce to enhance the flavor. But I did enjoy adding in the veggies like jalapeño and green onions that usually come with pho. I enjoyed reading the owners story on the wall and learning that this is women owned. It wasn't too spectacular for me so giving my experience a 3 star.

Ordered lemongrass tofu fresh soft spring roll. These were pretty yummy. Wrapper was split... Also ordered the tofu bahn mi and added a fried egg. Unfortunately the egg was kinda raw...too runny for my liking and they put pate in my sandwich even though on menu it says it wouldn't have it....

Solid lunch spot in the Spring Branch area. The grilled pork banh mi was tasty with crisp bread that was soft and flaky but not cut the roof of your mouth crunchy. The fries were really tasty as they were topped with some sort of creamy aoli, chives?, and crispy onions? Overall it was a great lunch.

My favorite item was the crispy wings! The salmon spring rolls were good, I'm just not a fan of salmon with peanut sauce. The banh mì was pretty good as well! It def had more meat than veggies and the pork was full of flavor. The salad was okay. The fried tofu was also okay but it was cold when i tried it but maybe it's better when warm? I noticed it was very well seasoned. The Ube drinks were good!! It didn't taste like it was made from powder. The Che Thai was a bit too sweet for my liking, but even you add ice, it levels out the sweetness! Saigon Hustle is a Vietnamese fast food concept, so the restaurant is small but has a decent sized outdoor seating area. It also gives off 70s local diner vibes. Except food is healthier than a typical American fast food chain. I came during a Yelp event but I'm sure the service is normally quick like a fast food restaurant.

Fast, generous, and tasty. Service and atmosphere: Spot on! Friendly and fast service. Clean and modern restaurant. Nice seating area both inside and outside. This restaurant offers drive through as well. Food and drinks: Very good selection of traditional dishes such as vermicelli or pho. Of course there is more to choose from. All dishes came in fast, were plentiful, very tasty, and nicely plated. They offer soft drinks and teas. I would recommend their tea that is strong and delicious. Pricing: $$ well worth it for sure!

Nut allergy warning: Several dishes do have nuts, such as a peanut sauce used for the spring roll, and the salad. I'm not the biggest fan of the banh mi at Saigon Hustle, but they're a great spot for Vietnamese appetizers and one of the only spots in this area that make a che Thai. They also offer other products like coffee that have basis in Vietnam. They are pricy, but I'm happy to have them as an option here!

I wanted to get dinner Friday night and immediately thought of Saigon Hustle. They were out of bahn mi bread so sandwiches were out. I ordered wings, a bowl with pork and another with chicken. The wings were good but the skin was a little chewy. It was the perfect level of spice. I asked for additional chili sauce for the bowls. The bowls were very good. We shared all the food between 4 people. The drive thru is very convenient but tiny, the food was fast and very tasty.

Another welcome addition to the neighborhood. I appreciate how much they kept the original footprint from the building and turned it into something new. Plenty of character from the design as you look into the restaurant. Good bit of seating inside and outside with a Drive Thru as well. For dine in guests you just order inside at the counter. The menu is not overstuffed, streamlined to the favorites of Vietnamese food in the city. Including Pho on the menu is something new compared to their original location. My banh mi was solid, banh mi's are the GOAT of the sandwich game though. My wife and daughter shared a massive bowl of pho, and since they didn't leave much behind I think they liked it. Price is right in the middle as far as Viet food goes. More expensive than your neighborhood spot, but not crazy high like other places like to creep up to.

Usual and everyday kind of Vietnamese food, nothing fancy but tastes really good, especially grilled pork and chicken. Rewards program is quite good too - easy to accumulate points and often with BOGO deals. The rewards well compensate the otherwise slightly overpriced sandwiches, etc.

One of many lunch spots around Houston. This restaurant is one that will always be a good sit down lunch spot where you can work freely on your laptop ect. The service is always amazing! Food and atmosphere is super hip! I always order their Vermicelli Ribeye with an egg roll. The Ribeye is sliced thin and marinated well in their signature sauce. Slightly sweet yet tangy!! They have the best vegetarian eggrolls! Far better than their pork! Super crunch and when dipped in their sauce, blows me out of the park!! You can expect plenty of parking during their lunch hours! Go and check this place out !

Well guys this place for sure is a new gem to the spring branch area. Not only do they serve great foods like their super Crunchy sauced wings but delicious desserts! They have DRIVE THRU!!!! The service is so friendly and impeccable, the place is so tropical vibe you can't help but feel relaxed! The owners are female entrepreneurs trying to show off the yummy Vietnamese cuisine to the folks around them. Definitely a great place to get anything from Bahn mi, wings, even some fabulous fried tofu!!! I loved every minute of savoring their food. I will be back soon yall!!!

You wrap the lettuce around the bánh xèo/bánh khọt and dip it in the fish sauce. I got the bánh khọt and the bò né. Bánh khọt is like a mini, thicker version of bánh xèo and came with nine pieces. Their bánh khọt was crispy, sweet and savory, and went well with the fish sauce. Although the portions initally look small, they are very filling. The bò né was filling and sizzling when it came out. It also came with a side of salad. The meat was tender. I really liked the bánh khọt and would definitely come back for them. I couldn't have been more wrong. Xeo Yum (#1) as it turns out is one of the most legit Vietnamese places in Midtown serving up some of the city's best banh xeo and banh khot. Located inside of a Food Hall (#2) in the back corner, they have low-key become a destination and without question, the most popular stall in the entire place. The fan base didn't happen overnight but is a direct result of Chef Cuong Nguyen's commitment to quality Vietnamese fare. Banh Xeo is their signature item, which is also known as a sizzling crepe or pancake made of rice flour, tumeric, and coconut milk. The banh xeo holds well, is perfectly crispy, and is nicely stuffed with an assortment of beans sprouts, shrimp, and some of the best grilled pork belly I've had. Another specialty item that doesn't get enough mention is their banh khot, which is similar but has a mini muffin / cupcake like appearance made in a specialty cast iron mold. This version is wonderfully crispy and pairs perfectly with fresh greens and fish sauce with some funk. It is my favorite item here. Some have argued they also serve one of the best bo ne (#3), the Vietnamese version of steak and eggs served in a skillet. The chunks of beef are nice and tender with just a tad of char, served with two fried eggs, and a banh mi baguette with a mix of butter and spare. Normally I think of spam or sausage included with the meats, but Chef Cuong's spin is with cherry tomatoes. It's a different approach and I'm not mad at it. Folks not looking for this can shoot for bo luc lac, aka shaking beef, which is also recommended. The staff here is sweet, hard-working, and very friendly. They also make a mean Vietnamese coffee and offer free iced self-serve water. The prices are what I would expect in a Midtown food hall, and there's plenty of seating. Anyone checking out the food hall need to make Xeo Yum as part of their eating itinerary. __________ (#1) A play on the Vietnamese sizzling crepe, Banh "xeo" and yum" (#2) Previously the Conservatory and now Stestí Food Hall. When I arrived there was nobody dining in the restaurant, that was a bit worrying, but I figured it was a bit early for the dinner crowd and late for the lunch crowd. Food & Drink - 4.5* First up was the noodles, I enjoyed them, but I wouldn't say the hype I'd heard about from some others was there. They had nice flavor, but there just wasn't anything "special." 3.5* Then it was on to the crawfish, and my oh my. Superb, the flavor is delicious and unique. This more than made up for the noodles dish. The potato and corn was good too. Service - 5* Solid. When I first arrived the owner was quietly reading a newspaper and eating his own lunch. He paused to greet me and advised that I could sit anywhere. He provided water and adequate time to determine what I wanted to order. The food came out quickly and he checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. As time went by, the crowd of folks showing up increased quite a bit and he still managed to check in on tables consistently. Pricing - 4* This is where it was odd. Always subjective but I found the noodles to be overpriced for not only the size but what I felt was a pretty simple dish. The crawfish on the other hand was priced very competitively and made up for the overpriced noodles. I provided pics of the menu for someone to make their own assessment but in general I thought many of the dishes were pricier than they probably should be. I know inflation is certainly killing many businesses and consumers but even these felt a bit off. Overall - 4.5* This is definitely going to be one of my go tos for crawfish when in the area. The flavor is fantastic, the pricing is good, the size of them were solid. There are a couple of other dishes I may try on the next visit. It was a 10/10 full flavor bomb. recommend.

There is a mural of Vietnamese landscape and an aquarium of arwanas. We started with mango salad with grilled pork and papaya salad with shrimp. Both dishes came with sweet and sour dressing. Mango was sweet and grilled pork was yummy. Papaya salad was fresh and a bit more subtle. We also ordered the fresh spring rolls. The old Saigon rolls came with mango and pork. Always liked mangoes. The other was regular fresh spring rolls with shrimp. The rolls came out last after when we got our Pho. Would have enjoyed it more if it came after the salads. I ordered the combination Pho with all the ingredients (brisket, eye round, tendon, meatball and tripe)a. There is only one size. There was a lot of noodles for the size of the bowl. They were generous with the meat. Wish they would have more soup. The soup itself was ok. Thought it was a little bland compared to others. Service was quick. It didn't take long to receive our order. They offer reusable wooden chopsticks. Will plan to try the other dishes other than Pho like rice plates next time.

This is a higher end fine dining restaurant so you should expect the portion sizes and price to be pretty comparable to a lot of other finer dining restaurants. Overall the food's flavor was fantastic. I ordered the king salmon clay pot. I thought the salmon was so tasty! They added pepper and sauce to the salmon - It was tender and flavorful and paired nicely with white rice. The quail (not pictured below) also was super flavorful and was cooked so well it tasted like beef. The soup was also light and refreshing, similar to a west lake soup. It was thicker consistency and had cilantro and chucks of lobster. The drinks served were also super balanced. We ordered the mojito and the dragon fruit cocktail. The mojito was the right balance between minty and sweet with just a hint of alcohol flavor. For the dragon fruit cocktail, it was very fruity, on the sweeter side but not overpowering and was topped with egg whites to give it a little bit of frothiness. I will say, we are slightly underdressed to enter this establishment. Everything seemed so luxurious and many people were in formal business wear! Keep this in mind if you go! There is a parking deck right next to the location as well, both self parking and valet!
