What made it worse was learning this was their first time attempting a back glass repair. They clearly weren't experienced, and the parts they used weren't Apple-certified (confirmed by an Apple technician I spoke with). And this isn't the first time this repair shop has broken another peoples phone. Because the phone was stuck in a boot loop, I couldn't recover anything from it and had no choice but to replace it entirely. After a lot of back-and-forth, the owner did eventually give me a full refund--but that doesn't make up for losing my phone and data. I will NOT be returning to iRepair Crack Mobile, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They are not Apple-certified, and from my experience, they lack the proper qualifications for repairs like this.

I explained what I wanted and they provided a rough estimate of the cost that depended on how damaged the old drive was. They would look at the drive to see what the issue was and call me within 3 days. I got the call and luckily the old drive was still accessible so they would be able to transfer the files to the new drive. The cost was less that I expected. I had checked several businesses in the Los Angeles/Orange area and there services were a couple of hundred dollars more for basic data recovery. The new drive has the files and I am glad I found Westcoast. They also repair computers and mobile phones.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Francisco when I needed my phone screen fixed. What should have been a simple and straightforward transaction turned into a nightmare that left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. We initially agreed on a fair price of $150 to replace the screen. However, when Francisco handed me the bill, I was shocked to see that he had overcharged me a whopping $450! It was an outrageous and unjustifiable increase from our agreed-upon price. When I confronted Francisco about the exorbitant charge, he became defensive and dismissive. He refused to provide any reasonable explanation for the additional $300 and simply shrugged it off as if it were no big deal. Not only did Francisco blatantly disregard our agreement, but he also failed to deliver any kind of exceptional service that would have justified such a drastic price hike. The quality of the repair was subpar, with visible scratches and poor alignment. Furthermore, Francisco's customer service skills were abysmal. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care throughout the entire ordeal. He was rude, unapologetic, and showed no willingness to rectify the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering using Phone Electrik services to steer clear. Their unethical pricing practices and lackluster service make them an unreliable and untrustworthy business. I went in to repair my phone's speaker. I was helped promptly by Mahmoud, who was very sweet and knowledgeable. He gave me a complimentary cleaning since I got a privacy screen, and now people can hear me speak on the phone clearly and I don't have to use earphones to take a phone call!! Honestly couldn't believe how quick they were able to fix it, I was dealing with this issue for months and thought I would need to get a new phone, so so happy it's all good now. If I had Apple Care, it would've been a $99 deductible. I paid less than that deductible cost alone for Empire to replace my charging port! 10/10, I would absolutely recommend coming here for this, and the charging port isn't something Apple looks at when you trade in a phone. I decided while I was there to get a new battery as well since mine was two years old and only charging to 79% of the original capacity. Cheaper than Apple AND the phone recognizes it as a genuine Apple battery. The technician was friendly, answered all my questions, and finished in less time than quoted. The business was also speedy to reply to my quote request.
